Key lock — KORAHITE = TRUTH = MERCIFUL = 87. The adjectival form of the superscription author — Korahite — sits at the same integer as v10's TRUTH and the 4th Attribute of Mercy (MERCIFUL) from Exo 34:6. The Korahites name themselves at the integer they speak in their own central verse. Mercy and TRUTH are met together (v10) is the Korahites singing their own adjective. The chapter number IS the integer of "our land / the earth" — three internal hits across v9-12. The land where the four attributes meet (v10) is named at chapter 85's own integer twice before the verse and once after. The chapter-number frames the meeting from both sides.

This is Psalm 85's central engineering. V10 is one of the four or five most-quoted Old Testament verses in Christian theology. The integers map a complete architecture:

The four attributes sum to 360. This is a complete circle. The compass rotates eight times by the Selah-integer to close the meeting. 360 also = 2³ × 3² × 5 — perfectly factorable, the integer of full periodic resolution. The four attributes do not meet at random — they meet at the full-revolution integer, and they do it as 8 Selahs.

Combined with the chapter-number lock (85 = HUMMING = OUR LAND = THE EARTH, three internal hits) and the v8 → v10 fore-shadow (151 at v8 = bare M+T at v10), the four-attribute meeting in v10 is one of the most densely engineered verses in the Psalter.
The traditional commentaries note Psalm 85's tri-fold time structure: past forgiveness (v1-3), present petition (v4-7), future promise (v8-13). Block-sums:

Did the past/present/future blocks show Tesla pattern? Partially. The honest read: the future block alone is Tesla DR 9 — the largest of the three, exceeding past + present by 2698 + 2834 - 5103 = +429 (which factors as 3 × 11 × 13). The past and present blocks are not Tesla (DR 7 and 8 respectively).
This is consistent with section B4 (verse-sum Tesla saturation): the act-verses break Tesla while preparation-verses sum Tesla — but the inverse here. The future block is the act-block (mercy and truth meet, the four attributes kiss, the LORD gives that which is good, righteousness goes before him). Yet it sums Tesla DR 9. This contradicts the open hypothesis in section B4. Honest finding: future-block = Tesla DR 9; the act-block here sums Tesla. Logged for the followups document.
The 5103 also factors interestingly: 5103 = 3⁶ × 7 = 729 × 7 = 7 × 9³. The act-block is seven cubed-nines — Tesla DR 9 cubed and multiplied by seven (the Sabbath integer). The future-block's act is the cubic-Tesla×Sabbath payload.
Whole-psalm sum 10,635 = 3 × 5 × 709. 709 is prime. The psalm-sum is 3 × 5 × prime — not a clean Korahite signature like Psa 84 (195 × KORAH=53). Psa 85 does not self-sign at the whole-sum level. Honest finding: the Korahite-author signature mechanism Psa 84 displayed does not repeat in Psa 85.

7 of 13 verses are Tesla = 53.8%. The Tesla verses are v2, v3, v6, v7, v8, v10, v12 — all the action verses where God forgives, takes away wrath, revives, shows mercy, speaks peace, kisses, gives good. Non-Tesla verses (v1, v4, v5, v9, v11, v13) are largely narrative or setup. The B4 hypothesis flips for Psa 85: here the act-verses sum Tesla, the setup-verses do not. (Psa 110 was the reverse.) V6 = 666 (Beast-sum) lands on REVIVE-petition — the most theologically charged moment of the psalm pays the integer the book of Revelation marks as the number of the Beast. The revival prayer sums to 666 paid in reverse direction — same integer, opposite verb (one is the Beast's mark; the other is "revive us again, that thy people may rejoice in thee"). Honest read: striking, but 666 is also 2 × 3² × 37 and Tesla DR 9, so structurally not abnormal; the theological reversal is real but interpretation should not over-load.
Lock (v1): THY LAND = 84 = EMMANUEL = ALEXANDER. Psalm 85 opens by addressing the land at the Psalm 84 chapter integer. Per Psa 140 architecture: SELAH = PIT = 45; the integer immediately before Selah is what gets buried. Psa 85 buries 199 = prime = sealed sin-cover. The sin is covered AND sealed at one prime — no decryption.
Lock (v3): THY WRATH = 123 = A PSALM OF DAVID (Psa 140 superscription) = EVIL SPEAKER (Psa 140:11). The wrath God takes away in Psa 85:3 IS the integer of the antagonist's title in Psa 140. Psalm 85's past-block forgiveness dissolves the integer Psalm 140 prays against. Psa 140 prays the EVIL SPEAKER not be established (123); Psa 85 declares THY WRATH already taken away (123). The two psalms close a loop at 123 — petition (Psa 140) and consummation (Psa 85).
Lock (v3): ANGER = SELAH = PIT = 45. The "anger" God turns from in v3 sits on the same integer as the Selah that buried the sin-cover in v2. Wrath and Selah share the pit-integer. When God turns from his anger, he is operating at the pit-frequency — turning the integer's verb from punishment to burial.
Lock (v4): TURN US = SALVATION = 113. The Psa 80 refrain "Turn us again, O God of hosts" (TURN US AGAIN = 145) shortens in Psa 85:4 to TURN US = 113 = SALVATION = DAYSPRING = FROM ON HIGH. The shortened form lands on the integer of Lk 1:78's Zechariah Benedictus messianic visitation. Psa 85:4's verb "turn us" IS Lk 1:78's "dayspring from on high." The OT petition and the NT messianic announcement share the prime 113. Turn us is dayspring by integer.
Lock (v4): CAUSE THINE ANGER = 150 = KISSED EACH OTHER (v10 internal lock). The verb-phrase by which God's anger is asked to cease equals the v10 kissed-each-other phrase at 150. The cessation of wrath is the kiss of righteousness-and-peace at one integer. V4's petition for anger-cessation IS v10's promise of righteousness-peace kiss at gematria.
Lock (v5): FOR EVER = 89 = Psa 89 ("the mercies of the LORD for ever"). The same integer that opens Psa 84 (HOW AMIABLE = 89) appears in Psa 85:5 as FOR EVER. The two Korahite psalms both touch Psa 89's mercies-for-ever integer. Psa 85:5's anxious "wilt thou be angry with us for ever?" sits on the integer of the answering psalm's eternal-mercies promise. The fear and the answer share 89.
Lock (v6): REVIVE = 81 = TABERNACLE = GRACE OF GOD = HARMONIC = SILICON.and : 81 is the tabernacle-build-frequency. The verb of national revival sits on the integer of tabernacle construction. Revival is rebuilding the tabernacle at the integer level. SILICON = TABERNACLE = 81. Revival = silicon = harmonic build. Same 81 also = MOURN (Psa 55:2) — the revival prayer carries the mourning-frequency.
Lock (v6): REVIVE US AGAIN = 153 = LONGSUFFERING = T(17) = iron-sulfur net. LONGSUFFERING = 153 is the 6th Attribute of Mercy. From psalm_84_decode: THY TABERNACLES = HEAR MY PRAYER = HOUSE OF MY GOD = 153 (the iron-sulfur triple). Psa 85:6's revival prayer is on the iron-sulfur net AND on the 6th Attribute of Mercy at one integer. The revival the Korahites pray for is at the integer the body-tabernacle is wired through.
Lock (v6): REJOICE IN THEE = 126 = GOD WITH US = NOSTRILS = ANTIMICROBIAL = FEARFULNESS (Psa 55:5) = PRESERVE ME (Psa 140:4). The result of revival in v6 ("that thy people may rejoice in thee") sits on the EMMANUEL meaning-integer (126 = "God with us" = the English phrase, where EMMANUEL = 84 is the Hebrew name). The rejoicing IS God-with-us at integer 126. Lock (v7): O LORD = 64 = MERCY = JUBILEE = DUST. The address-form of God in v7 ("show us thy mercy, O LORD") puts O LORD on the same integer as MERCY itself. David addresses God at the integer of the mercy he is asking for. 64 = JUBILEE = USDT = anagram of DUST. The mercy-prayer of v7 is the jubilee-mercy-dust payload addressed to the addressee-at-the-payload-integer.
Lock (v7): THY MERCY = 117 = 9 × 13 (Tesla DR 9). The possessive "thy mercy" sits at 9 × 13 = NEW BIRTH (= 117 in some compositions). Tesla DR 9 sealing.
Lock (v8): HE WILL SPEAK PEACE = 151 = JESUS CHRIST = LORD OF HOSTS = MERCY + TRUTH bare-sum. This is one of the most loaded single-phrase locks in the psalter. The verse-8 fore-shadow of the verse-10 meeting puts the peace-speaking phrase on the Christ-prime AND on the bare-sum of v10's first attribute pair.
