Key lock — MASCHIL OF ASAPH = CRUCIFIXION = 131. The superscription, taken whole, is a sealed prime that equals the gematria of CRUCIFIXION. The wisdom-instruction psalm of Israel's seer carries the integer of the cross at its title. This is the same reflexive-superscription mechanic as Psa 140 (A PSALM OF DAVID = EVIL SPEAKER = 123). In Psa 78 the superscription names the means of salvation hidden in the parable; in Psa 140 it names the antagonist. The structural move is identical, the verb-direction inverted.

The integer at which the longest Asaph psalm pivots from judgment to mercy is the squared Hebrew-7-pair — and the same 196 lands on Psa 86:13's signature chesed phrase. The mercy that turns the recital is identically the mercy that Psa 86 declares. 196 is the chesed-square seal. Psa 78:38 is structurally Psa 86:15 (the Exodus 34:6 echo) at one integer. Lock (v38): TURNED HE HIS ANGER AWAY = 226 = 2 × 113. The anger-reversal is exactly twice the BELIEVED-NOT / SALVATION / FIELD-OF-ZOAN prime (113). God's anger-turn is structurally double the unbelief-prime. The mercy that turns at 226 is the doubling of the very integer the people refused — God answers the prime with its multiple.
Lock (v35 → v3, v6 → v67): REDEEMER = JOSEPH = CHILDREN = 73, triple. The God-named-as-redeemer (v35), the children Asaph addresses (v3, v6), and the Joseph-tabernacle God refuses (v67) are one integer. Psa 73 is the other great Asaph hinge psalm — the entry to Asaph's collection (Pss 73-83) and the famous "Truly God is good to Israel" psalm. Psa 78's REDEEMER-JOSEPH-CHILDREN integer points back to Psa 73, the sister-psalm. The whole Asaph collection is held together by integer 73. Lock (v39 — v38 sealing the human condition): REMEMBERED THAT THEY WERE BUT FLESH = 339 = 3 × 113 (the SALVATION/ZOAN prime, third multiple). 113 → 226 → 339 form a sequence: BELIEVED-NOT (113) doubled gives ANGER-TURNED (226) and tripled gives FLESH-REMEMBERED (339). Lock (v41): LIMITED THE HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL = 284. 220/284 is the canonical biblical amicable pair. The phrase about limiting God carries the higher half of the amicable pair — when humans LIMIT the Holy One, the integer that results is the partner-number to TJFD (220). Reading: limiting God is mathematically the amicable-pair completion that fails. The two numbers love each other (sum to each other's divisors), but only when both are willing — limit one and the pair breaks.
Lock (v46): LOCUST = 90 = CHOSE DAVID (v70) = MORNING = SHARPENED = THY ROD. The plague-locust of v46 sits at the integer where God chooses David in v70. The same 90 that destroys vines in plague is the 90 that picks the shepherd-king. Lock (v51): TABERNACLES OF HAM = 143. The phrase appears nowhere else in scripture (Egyptian dwellings called by Noah's son's name only here). 143 = 11 × 13. The only "TABERNACLES OF HAM" carries the product of the two smallest primes adjacent to 12.
