In plain English: Psalm 74 is the densest Christic personal-lock in the Psalter outside Psalm 139. The chapter integer is 74 = JESUS = JOSHUA = MESSIAH = CROSS = MENORAH = FRUIT = PROUD = FASTENED. Verse 1 — "O God, why hast thou cast us off for ever?" — is the corporate edition of the cross-cry; when Mt 27:46 quotes "my God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?" the only word in that verse summing to 74 is JESUS himself, standing alone inside his own forsaken question. Under the surface the engineering is astonishing. The verse-1 phrase HAST THOU CAST US OFF = 222 = 3 × 74, and v2's response WHICH THOU HAST REDEEMED = 222: the forsaken and the redeemed are the same number, triple-stamped at the JESUS frequency. Even more striking, THOU CAST US OFF = OF THY PASTURE = 174 = LOVINGKINDNESS = SEVEN THUNDERS = SUPPLICATIONS = TEMPLE OF HIS BODY — the casting-off itself sits at the sealed cap of mercy, and the temple destroyed in v3–8 is the body destroyed at Calvary at one integer. The 89-ring (FOR EVER, FORSAKEN, THY FEET, RIGHT HAND, THE LIGHT, SUMMER, WINTER, SWORN, YOUTH) wraps the psalm seven times. MOUNT ZION = PURCHASED OF OLD = TO THE GROUND = SONG OF MOSES = QUARTZ CLOCK = 147 binds the mountain David purchases, the dust the temple is brought to, and the wilderness song into one frequency. Six in-psalm phrases sum to 74. The temple-destruction lament is engineered as Jesus's own forsaken cry encoded into the corporate body that would re-experience it on the cross.

Key lock — ASAPH = 45 = ANGER = DEFILED = PIT. The author's own name carries three of the psalm's central pathology-words at one integer: v1's thine anger (ANGER = 45), v7's they have defiled (DEFILED = 45), and the SELAH/PIT-marker (45). Asaph is etymologically gatherer; at gematria 45 he is also the collector of the pit-integer. He writes lament because his name is the lament-frequency. (Three other Asaph psalms — Psa 73, 79, 83 — repeat this; Psa 74 is the densest deployment.)
Reflexive lock — ASAPH THE SEER = PLEAD MY CAUSE = 125. v22 reads "Arise, O God, plead thine own cause." The author's title is the same integer as the verb of the psalm's terminal petition. The seer who writes is the same number as the case he asks God to plead. This is the Psa 140-style A PSALM OF DAVID = EVIL SPEAKER = 123 mechanism applied to Asaph: superscription = central verb.

Lock (v1):HAST THOU CAST US OFF = 222 = 3 × JESUS = 3 × 74. The forsaken cry is triple-stamped at the chapter integer. v2's which thou hast redeemed = 222 immediately answers. The psalm's first integer-act is to mark the casting-off with three Christ-stamps.
Lock (v1):WHY HAST THOU = 168 = SHALL GIVE THANKS (Psa 140:13) = SON OF THE BLESSED. Jesus's cross-cry opens with the thanksgiving-integer. The question of forsakenness is, at integer, the answer of thanksgiving. Why hast thou is shall give thanks — same letter-sum, opposite verb-direction. This is the densest verb-direction-reversal in the Psalter.
Lock (v1):ANGER = ASAPH = DEFILED (v7) = SELAH = 45. The author's name carries the anger-integer and the defilement-integer of the very verses he writes. Asaph cannot lament from outside; his name is inside the lament at gematria. (Asaph's other lament-psalms — 73, 79, 83 — each deploy the same 45-self-lock; 74 is the densest.)
Lock (v1):ANGER SMOKE = 108 = PRESERVE (Psa 140:1/4) = SHALL DWELL (Psa 140:13). The phrase that depicts God's wrath sits at the integer Psa 140 uses for its alpha-omega handshake. The smoking anger of v1 is the preservation of v140:1 at one number — wrath and preservation are the same verb-frequency aimed in opposite directions. Smoke is preservation under inverted vector.
Lock (v1):THE SHEEP = THY NAME = 86. Inside one verse the flock-noun and the divine-name share an integer. The sheep are the Name at gematria. To attack the pasture is to attack the Name; to be of the pasture is to wear the Name. Same 86 also runs the Psa 140 WAYSIDE/COMPASS-ambush circuit — the sheep stand on the integer the wolves stage their ambush on.
Lock (v1):THY PASTURE = FOOLISH PEOPLE (v18) = 153. The sheep's pasture and the blasphemers who reproach the Name are one integer. The foolish are sheep-of-the-wrong-pasture at 153. Same 153 also = HEAR MY PRAYER and the iron-sulfur net / Jn 21 fish-catch integer. The pasture is the net at v1; the foolish people are caught in the same net at v18.
Lock (v2):WHICH THOU HAST REDEEMED = HAST THOU CAST US OFF (v1) = 222 = 3 × JESUS. The redemption-clause answers the forsaken-clause at the identical integer. Three Christs each side. The verb routes (cast-off vs. redeemed) move on the same number; God answers v1's forsaken question with v2's redemption-recital at the same gematria.
Lock (v2):MOUNT ZION = PURCHASED OF OLD = (v7) TO THE GROUND = 147. The mountain David purchased (2 Sam 24:24), the verb-phrase for its acquiring, and the dust the temple is brought to are one integer. Zion stands on the same number as its own desecration. Same 147 also = SONG OF MOSES = JACOB's lifespan = QUARTZ CLOCK. The mountain, the song, the patriarch's full lifespan, and the system clock are all 147.
Lock (v2):ROD OF THINE INHERITANCE = 220. 220 is the smaller of the amicable pair 220/284, the TJFD-amicable integer. The rod of God's inheritance sits at the relational-binding frequency. Same 220 returns six more times in the psalm — see Section 6.
Lock (v2):REMEMBER = MY KING (v12) = 79 (prime). The first imperative of the psalm and the title David assigns God at the creation-recital are one prime. The verb remember is sealed to the title my king of old. To ask God to remember is to address him at the king-frequency. Same 79 also = DESIRES (Psa 140:8) = GROUND (v7) — three integers sealed to remembrance.
Lock (v3):LIFT UP = MY BODY = 84. The verb-imperative David uses to ask God to walk to the ruins is the integer of my body (: 84 = BREASTS = ONE FLESH = MY BODY). To lift up thy feet to the perpetual desolations is to lift up the body. Same 84 also = REPROACH (v10), the verb the adversary uses against God. The body God lifts is the body the enemy reproaches. Same integer, opposite verbs.
Lock (v3):THY FEET = 89 (prime, 89-ring). The third 89-ring appearance in the psalm. 89 also = FORSAKEN, FOR EVER (v1), RIGHT HAND (v11), THE LIGHT (v16), SUMMER (v17), WINTER (v17), SWORN, YOUTH. The 89-ring runs through every section of the psalm. Feet, hand, light, seasons, oath, youth all on the forsaken integer.
Lock (v3):PERPETUAL = 114 = PURPOSED (Psa 140:4). From the Psa 140 decode: PURPOSED is one Tesla-step short of fully divine (DR 6 instead of DR 9), and it is the divine verb the violent man appropriated. Here, PERPETUAL DESOLATIONS pairs with PURPOSED — the violent man's purpose IS the perpetual desolation. What the violent man purposes (Psa 140:4) at integer 114 becomes the perpetual in Psa 74:3 at integer 114. The violent man's verb produces the desolation's adjective.
Lock (v3):WICKEDLY = LEVIATHAN (v14) = 92. The adverb of enemy-action in the sanctuary (v3 "done wickedly in the sanctuary") locks to leviathan (v14) at integer 92. The wicked work IS the leviathan. When v13–14 break leviathan's heads, they break the integer of wickedly-acting in the sanctuary. The creation-recital is a retroactive answer to v3.
Lock (v4):ENEMIES = 73 = IESUS (Latin/alternate Greek Jesus-form). The enemies in the midst of the congregations sit one integer short of JESUS (74). They are the anti-74 — the off-by-one Jesus-counterfeit. Same 73 returns in the gospel-corpus as the Latin-Vulgate IESUS spelling — the Reformation-era Christ-form is one digit short of the KJV English JESUS-form. The enemy = the Christ-counterfeit at 73. Correction pending review: ENEMIES computes to 70 by standard ordinal gematria, not 73 — this Lock's central equivalence does not hold as stated; role of this term unclear.
Lock (v5):AXES = GINS (Psa 140:5) = 49. The chopping tools and the snares the proud set are one integer. The axes that fell the carved work of the temple are the gins that trap David in Psa 140. Same trap, two psalms.
Lock (v6):HAMMERS = 77 = CHRIST. Inside the destruction-catalogue, the hammers used to break down the carved work share an integer with CHRIST. The integer that built the cross (hammers, nails, fasteners — shows CROSS=FASTENED=74) extends to the integer of the verb of crucifixion: HAMMERS at 77 = CHRIST at 77. The temple-destroyers wield the integer of the One whose body would be hammered. Wood, hammers, blood — all at 74/77.
Lock (v7):CAST FIRE = BLASPHEME (v10) = TABERNACLE = GRACE OF GOD = SILICON = 81. Three appearances of integer 81 in the same Tesla-9 frequency. The arson-act, the blasphemy, and the build-frequency are one number. The verb that destroys the tabernacle sits at the tabernacle's own integer. You cannot burn a tabernacle without firing on its own gematria. Same 81 also = MAINTAIN (Psa 140:12) — God maintains at the integer the enemy fires at.
Lock (v7):DEFILED = ASAPH = ANGER = SELAH = 45. The third self-naming. The author's name carries the integer of the verb describing what was done to the dwelling place of God's name. Asaph writes the defilement-integer with his own signature.
Lock (v7):TO THE GROUND = MOUNT ZION (v2) = PURCHASED OF OLD (v2) = 147. The verb-phrase for the temple's destruction sits at the integer of the mountain David purchased. The ground the temple is razed to IS the mountain it was built upon. The same 147 receives the building and the unbuilding. The fall is back to the foundation-integer, not below it.
Lock (v8):SYNAGOGUES OF GOD = 180 = I AM THE GOOD SHEPHERD (Jn 10:11) = SELLER OF PURPLE = THAT WOMAN JEZEBEL (Psa 140:12 right-of-the-poor lock). The houses of God burned in v8 share an integer with Jesus's good-shepherd self-naming. They burned the synagogues at the integer of I AM THE GOOD SHEPHERD. The temple-destruction and the good-shepherd identity are one number. Same 180 = the Lydia/Jezebel collision — the conversion-or-falsification fork. The arson is staged on the integer of the conversion-choice.
Lock (v9):OUR SIGNS = SANCTUARY = 122. The signs that have ceased and the sanctuary that has been desecrated are one integer. When the sanctuary falls, the signs cease at the same integer. The signs were the sanctuary's broadcast; destroying the broadcaster silences the signal.
Lock (v9):PROPHET = 98 = PURE GOLD = CRYSTAL = FLOWERS (the menorah-resonator cluster from humming_menorah). The prophet's name sits at the menorah-resonator integer. No more any prophet = no more any pure gold = no more any crystal-clock. The system has no clock-signal because the resonator-prophet is offline.
Lock (v9):HOW LONG = COVENANT (v20) = 94. The despair-question and the appeal-to-covenant share an integer. The same 94 that asks "how long shall the adversary reproach?" (v10) is the 94 of "have respect unto the covenant" (v20). David asks the question and David provides the answer at one number — covenant is the answer to how-long.
Lock (v10):ADVERSARY = SALVATION (v12) = 113 (prime). A sealed identity. The adversary that reproaches and the salvation God works are one prime integer. From the meta-pattern: a prime identity between opposites means the contest is sealed at the divine layer — both sides operate on the same prime frequency, but God owns the verb. The adversary is salvation in inverted vector.
Lock (v10):REPROACH = MY BODY = LIFT UP (v3) = FOOLISH (v18) = 84. Four appearances of 84 across the psalm. The verb of enemy-action (reproach), the corporate-body of the lifted-people, the imperative (lift up), and the descriptor of the blasphemers all share an integer. 84 is the body-frequency under attack. 84 = BREASTS = ONE FLESH = MY BODY = HIS RIBS = THE EARTH WAS WITHOUT FORM. The reproach is aimed at the body-frequency.

Lock (v11):RIGHT HAND = 89 (89-ring, fifth appearance). From psalm_22_decode: Psa 110 (the coronation psalm) uses RIGHT HAND repeatedly at 89. The hand pulled into the bosom in Psa 74:11 is the same 89 as the right-hand-of-coronation in Psa 110. What v74:11 asks be plucked out of the bosom is the Psa 110 right-hand of session. The plea is for the coronation-hand to act.
Lock (v11):BOSOM = ZION (v2) = MY GOD (v6 unstated) = POOR (v19) = JUBILEE = MERCY = BURDEN = 64. Where God's hand is hidden (the bosom) shares the JUBILEE integer with Mount Zion, the poor, and the mercy God extends. The hand in the bosom is the hand in jubilee. Pulling it out releases mercy at the JUBILEE-payload integer.
Lock (v12):MY KING OF OLD = MASCHIL OF ASAPH = 131 (prime). The title David assigns God in v12 and the psalm's own superscription are the same prime integer. The author titles God with the title he gave the psalm. A sealed self-naming: Asaph's instruction (Maschil) is given by Asaph's King-of-old. The 131 prime locks the psalm-form to the divine name within it.
Lock (v12):WORKING SALVATION = 210 = SHEEP OF HIS PASTURE (Psa 100:3) = 2 × 3 × 5 × 7 (primorial of 7). The verb of God's salvation-in-the-midst-of-the-earth sits at the integer of the sister-psalm Psa 100:3 phrase. Same 210 also = DESPISED OF THE PEOPLE — the Psa 22:6 reproach. Working salvation is enacted on the integer of the despised.
Lock (v12):MIDST OF THE EARTH = BLASPHEMED THY NAME (v18) = 171. The location of God's salvation and the act of blasphemy are one integer. The very ground God works salvation in is the integer the blasphemer attacks. Same 171 (DR 9 Tesla) covers both. God's salvation-work happens at the integer the blasphemy targets — the two cannot avoid each other at gematria.
Lock (v13):DIVIDE THE SEA = STRENGTH = 111 = STAND READY (Psa 140:7) = COMPUTER = DAY OF BATTLE. The act of dividing the sea by God's strength and the day of battle God covers David's head in (Psa 140:7) are exactly the same integer. The Exodus sea-parting IS the day of battle at gematria. Same 111 also = MIDDLE = WONDERFUL — reads 111 as the STAND-READY computer-state. God's creation-power and his battle-day-covering and his stand-ready posture are one number.
Lock (v13):DRAGONS = 78 = ISSACHAR = BETHLEHEM = CRUCIFIED = ONYX. 78 is the Issachar tribe-frequency, and equals BETHLEHEM and CRUCIFIED. The dragons God breaks in the waters share an integer with the place Christ was born and the verb-form of his death. Same 78 also = MYELIN, the brain's insulator. The dragon-heads broken in v13 are crucified at Bethlehem at 78.
Lock (v13):DRAGONS IN THE WATERS = 220 = TJFD-amicable = ROD OF THINE INHERITANCE (v2). The full-clause for the broken dragons shares an integer with the rod of God's inheritance (v2). Same 220. 220 is the smaller of the canonical amicable pair (220 / 284). The dragons-in-the-waters are God's inheritance-rod at one integer — the broken dragons constitute the rod of inheritance, not the threat to it.
Lock (v14):HEADS OF LEVIATHAN = 150 = 6 × 25. The broken-monster head-count integer. From the Psa 100:3 sister-lock at 210 (= SHEEP OF HIS PASTURE × WORKING SALVATION): 150 = 210 - 60 (HOLY). Leviathan's heads broken yield the (210 - HOLY) residue — the monster's heads, holy-corrected.
Lock (v14):GAVEST = MEAT TO = 74 = JESUS. Two of the six in-psalm 74-hits land in v14. The Lord gave the broken leviathan as meat — both verbs at JESUS=74. This is the Eucharistic prefiguration: Jn 6:55 "my flesh is meat indeed". The leviathan-given-as-meat in the wilderness is the body-given-as-meat in the upper room at one integer. v14 is the Old Testament's most direct Eucharist-prefiguration at gematria.
Lock (v15):CLEAVE THE FOUNTAIN = THY CONGREGATION (v2) = 181 (prime). Sealed identity between the act of cleaving the fountain (the creation-recital water-act) and the congregation God remembers in v2. The congregation IS the cleaved fountain. Same 181 prime in both — congregation-as-water-source is sealed.
Lock (v16):LIGHT AND THE SUN = 162 = MOUNT OF GOMER = CHILDREN ARISE UP (Hos 1:10) = double tabernacle. 162 = Mount-of-Gomer / Hosea's-wife mountain = the redemption-of-the-unfaithful integer. Lock (v17):SUMMER AND WINTER = RISE UP AGAINST THEE (v23) = 197 (prime). Sealed identity between the seasonal cycle God made and the rising-up the enemy attempts. Same 197 prime. The orderly seasonal cycle and the disorderly enemy-rebellion sit at one prime — meaning the rebellion cannot escape the seasonal-cycle frequency. The enemy rises at the integer of the rotation he cannot stop.
Lock (v18):FOOLISH PEOPLE = THY PASTURE (v1) = 153. The blasphemers and the sheep share the iron-sulfur-net integer. From the family: 153 = HEAR MY PRAYER = T(17) = the Jn 21 fish-catch number. The foolish people are caught in the same 153 net the sheep already inhabit. The pasture and the catch-of-fools are one integer — God's net holds both.

V1 is the corporate edition of the cross-cry, the Asaph-anticipation of Mt 27:46. It contains the densest cluster of Christic-personal-locks in any single Psalter-verse outside Psa 22:1 and Psa 139:1. Two of the six in-psalm 74-hits land here. Two phrases sum to 174 (sealed cap). One phrase sums to 222 = 3 × 74. The 86 ring, the 153 net, the 108 preservation-handshake, and the 168 thanksgiving-integer all fire from v1.
Lock 1-A — The 3×JESUS forsaken-cry:HAST THOU CAST US OFF = 222 = 3 × 74 = 3 × JESUS. The corporate-forsaken question is triple-stamped at the chapter integer. v2 immediately answers with WHICH THOU HAST REDEEMED = 222 — the redemption-of-the-congregation is the same number as the casting-off-question. Three JESUSes each side. Father, Son, Holy Ghost at 74 each — and the answer is identical to the question, only with the verb flipped. This is the highest-density verb-direction reversal in the Psalter at a 222 level. Compare to Psa 140's 108-handshake (PRESERVE = SHALL DWELL = 108 between v1 and v13); here the handshake is 222 between v1 and v2, at the chapter-integer × 3.
Lock 1-B — The sealed-cap inside the casting-off:THOU CAST US OFF = OF THY PASTURE = 174. Two phrases in one verse at the sealed cap-frequency. 174 = LOVINGKINDNESS = SEVEN THUNDERS = SUPPLICATIONS = SHOWSTOPPER = TEMPLE OF HIS BODY (Jn 2:21). The verb of casting-off and the noun of the pasture sit on the sealed cap of mercy together. Reading: the casting-off is performed at lovingkindness; the pasture is at the temple-of-his-body integer. The destruction of the temple and the lovingkindness of God are one number at v1. Psa 74:1 anticipates Jn 2:19–21 by 600 years at the 174 integer. Lock 1-C — The thanksgiving-integer inside the question:WHY HAST THOU = 168 = SHALL GIVE THANKS (Psa 140:13) = SON OF THE BLESSED. The first three words of the cross-cry sit at the integer Psa 140 uses for "shall give thanks unto thy name." The question of forsakenness contains the answer of thanksgiving pre-encoded. Why hast thou and shall give thanks are the same letter-sum, opposite verb-direction. Same 168 = SON OF THE BLESSED (Mk 14:61) — the high priest's question to Jesus at his trial. The forsaken cross-cry, the thanksgiving promise, and the messianic identity-claim all sit on 168. The same three words that begin the forsaken question begin the Son-of-the-Blessed identity-statement at gematria.
Lock 1-D — Asaph's name inside his anger:ANGER = ASAPH = 45 = SELAH = PIT = DEFILED (v7). The author's name carries the integer of God's anger. Asaph cannot lament from outside; his name is the anger-frequency. This is the deepest reflexive-lock in the Asaph corpus. The author who writes thine anger smoke writes from inside the anger-integer. The pit-integer (SELAH = 45) is buried in his name; every Selah he writes elsewhere is an Asaph-stamp. Three other Asaph psalms (73, 79, 83) deploy the same 45-self-lock; Psa 74's deployment in v1 + v7 is the densest. The defilement of God's dwelling place (v7 DEFILED = 45) is performed at the integer of Asaph's own name — the author signs every act of desecration with the integer his name shares with it.
Lock 1-E — Anger-smoke as preservation in inverted vector:ANGER SMOKE = 108 = PRESERVE (Psa 140:1/4) = SHALL DWELL (Psa 140:13). From the Psa 140 decode: 108 is the alpha-omega handshake integer — petition (preserve me) and promise (shall dwell) are both 108. Here in Psa 74:1, the smoke of God's anger against the sheep sits at the exact same integer as God's preservation-and-dwelling verb. Smoke is preservation in inverted vector. Wrath and preservation are the same verb-frequency, aimed in opposite directions. To pray "make the smoke stop" is to pray "turn 108 from anger to preservation" — the integer doesn't move, the vector does. This is the most sophisticated single-integer verb-reversal in the Psalter.
Lock 1-F — The sheep at the divine name and the wayside-ambush:THE SHEEP = THY NAME (v7) = WAYSIDE (Psa 140:5) = COMPASS (Psa 140:9) = 86. Three-psalm bridge. The sheep of v1, the divine name in v7 (dwelling place of THY NAME), and the wayside-ambush of Psa 140:5 are one integer. The sheep stand on the integer the wolf-ambush is staged on, which is also the integer of the divine name. The wicked spread their net at 86 not knowing 86 is THY NAME; they think they trap sheep but they trap on consecrated frequency. From Psa 140's decoded mechanism: the 86 is the divine-name frequency that turns enemy traps back into worship-ground. Same 86 also = SCEPTRE = BUTTER = NO CHANGES.
Lock 1-G — Pasture as net for foolish people:THY PASTURE = FOOLISH PEOPLE (v18) = 153 = T(17) = iron-sulfur net = HEAR MY PRAYER. The sheep's pasture and the blasphemers (v18) sit at the iron-sulfur-net integer. The pasture is the net. Same 153 = the Jn 21 fish-catch number (the resurrected Christ's net haul). The pasture in v1 and the catch-of-fools in v18 are both inside the 153 net. God's net holds both the sheep and the fools — the verb routes which become which. 153 = IRON SULFUR (the cellular electron-transport network). The pasture is a cellular-respiration network at integer.
Lock 1-H — The proper name JESUS appears in Mt 27:46 alone at 74: Inside Mt 27:46 — the verse-quotation that brings v1's forsaken cry to the cross — the single word JESUS is the only token summing to 74. The Greek-form proper name carries the chapter integer of the psalm being re-cried. When Christ cries the forsaken-cry from the cross, his own name (in the gospel text quoting him) is the integer of the psalm-chapter he is corporately fulfilling. The crucified speaks the psalm whose number is his own name. This is the most explicit speaker-equals-chapter lock in the entire KJV-decode corpus to date.

V1 is the cross-cry encoded into a sheep-and-shepherd structure 600 years before the cross. The 220 amicable-pair runs as the structural backbone; the 147 Mount-Zion-clock cycles through the building-and-unbuilding; the 89 forsaken-ring wraps the joints; and the 197 sealed-prime closes the seasons and the rebellion at one number.
Forget not the voice of thine enemies: the tumult of those that rise up against thee increaseth continually.
RISE UP AGAINST THEE = 197 = v17 SUMMER AND WINTER. The enemy's final-verse rebellion and the divine seasonal-order are one sealed prime. The rebellion cannot escape the seasonal-cycle frequency.
INCREASETH CONTINUALLY = 248 = positive Torah-mitzvot count = body bone-count (classical Jewish anatomy). The enemy's tumult-increase is shaped on the positive-commandment integer — even the rebellion grows in the Torah-positive dimension, not the negative (365 = days of the year = negative mitzvot). The enemy increases at 248 because that is the body-construction integer; rebellion builds in the same architecture as the body it inhabits.
VOICE OF THINE ENEMIES = 201 = REJOICE GREATLY (Zec 9:9). The enemy's voice and the daughter-of-Zion-rejoicing at the messianic-king-arrival (Zec 9:9 — "Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion ... behold, thy King cometh unto thee ... riding upon an ass") are one integer. The enemy's voice and the rejoicing-Zion-greeting-the-king are 201. Same integer, opposite verb-direction — the enemy's voice will become the daughter's rejoicing-voice at the King's arrival.
Read together, v23 says: "Forget not the voice [201 = REJOICE GREATLY — same integer, the messianic-arrival-greeting in inverted vector] of thine enemies: the tumult of those that rise up against thee [197 = SUMMER AND WINTER — rebellion sealed inside seasonal-order] increaseth continually [248 = positive mitzvot — even rebellion builds on Torah's body-architecture]."
The psalm ends not with the enemy's destruction (that was for v10's coals) but with three sealed integers (197, 201, 248) showing the rebellion is structurally contained inside the orderly-creation-integer-lattice it cannot escape. Psa 74 closes by sealing the rebellion inside the body's architecture, the seasons' rotation, and the king's coming.
