Key lock — THE KING = 74 = JESUS: Psalm 21 routes the human king (named twice — v1, v7) through the Christic integer. This is the same integer Psa 20 routed the closing-verse king through. The post-victory crowning IS Messianic at integer. And in v10, the enemy's destroyed FRUIT also = 74 — Jesus's fruit destroyed in the enemy's seed. Psalm 21 is structurally a quintuple lock at the sealed prime 167. Five distinct phrases (across four verses) sum to 167:

This is the highest-density same-integer lock observed in any decoded Davidic psalm. The integer 167 is prime — sealed, unfactorable — and is therefore engineered to be irreducible. The five clauses say what God grants must be ungranted-by-God-alone. The petition (v2), the non-withholding (v2), the immovability (v7), the counsel (Psa 20:4), and the singing (v13) are one indivisible event at integer.
Importantly: v2 alone contains two 167 firings in the same verse — HIS HEARTS DESIRE and NOT WITHHOLDEN. The verse is structurally saying "the heart's desire = the not-withheld" at integer; the prayer and the answer are one number. The Selah after v2 then marks the pit-depth of this 167-resolution.
And the v13 final-verse clause SO WILL WE SING = 167 — the act of singing the psalm IS the act of fulfilling the petition. The psalm closes by joining the singing-congregation to the receiving-king at the same sealed integer.
This connects directly to Psa 20 (the pre-battle pair), where FULFIL ALL THY COUNSEL = 233 (sealed prime) and FULFIL ALL THY PETITIONS = 271 (sealed prime). Psa 20 says: only God can fulfil (at 233 and 271). Psa 21 says: God HAS fulfilled (at 167, five times). The pair runs a sealed-prime fulfilment circuit.
Lock (v1) — THE KING = JESUS = 74: The opening word of the psalm carries the Christic integer. Same integer Psa 20:9 carried at its closing. The post-victory crowning is structurally Messianic.

Selah audit: SELAH appears once, after v2. The preceding phrase is REQUEST OF HIS LIPS = 218. But the integer the Selah buries is the immediately-preceding 167 (NOT WITHHOLDEN). The depth-marker preloads the iron-sulfur integer behind the asking — and 218 = 2 · 109, where 109 + 58 = 167. The Selah brackets the 167.
Lock (v3) — PREVENTEST = 144: God's "going-before" the king IS the GOD BLESS YOU integer.
