Five exact-form 139s + one variant (169). No other Davidic psalm carries the personal-name integer this many times as its actual refrain. The mercy psalm runs on the encryption key.
Reading: to bless the LORD is to speak the encryption-prime. The act of blessing is, at integer, the act of asserting one's full encrypted name back to God — six times in one psalm — and the addressee inside the refrain (O MY SOUL = 120 = CHIEF MUSICIAN = SOUL IN PEACE) is the integer at which the soul is commissioned to lead the music (Psa 55 lock). Lock (v7): The verse-sum 698 doesn't land Tesla — but the whole content (his ways to Moses, his acts to Israel) carries the channel-meaning the gematria doesn't need to verify. HIS ACTS UNTO THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL = 340 = 2² × 5 × 17 (17 is iron-sulfur seed-prime).

Lock (v9): "neither will he keep his anger for ever" = 207 = PRAISE HER IN THE GATES (Prov 31:31 terminus). The wrath God refuses to keep is, at integer, the Eshet Chayil's praise-in-the-gates. The mechanism by which God doesn't keep wrath is the same mechanism by which the woman of valor is praised — both at 207 Tesla.
Lock (v10): REWARDED = 78 (Bethlehem/Issachar/Crucified). The reward-arithmetic God refuses is the integer of the place He was born, the tribe of time-keeping, and the act of the cross — refused reward = cross-accomplished reward. AFTER OUR SINS = 165 = CHILDRENS CHILDREN (v17): the sin-arithmetic God refused = the generational reach of mercy. The mercy-arrow points exactly opposite to the refused-arithmetic, at the same integer.
Lock (v11): HEAVEN-high-above-EARTH puts the earth at 52 = HEART = WE ARE (v14) — the earth in the heaven-above-earth comparison is the heart and "we are" of v14. The mercy-distance is measured against the heart-integer, not against literal physical earth. SO GREAT IS HIS MERCY = 213 — three-way lock with INIQUITIES-forgiven (v3) and MINISTERS (v21): forgiveness, mercy-greatness, and angelic ministry meet at one integer in the chesed psalm.
Lock (v12): EAST = 45 = ANGER = SELAH. The direction from which transgressions are removed carries the integer of (a) the wrath God doesn't keep and (b) the buried-depth marker (SELAH = 45). The east-from-west distance is the anger-distance. WEST = 67 = SOUL (bare): the destination is the soul. The removal-vector is anger → soul, and the trip is "as far as east from west." Lock (v13): PITIETH = MERCIFUL = 87. The father-verb at v13 is the Sinai-formula attribute at v8 at one integer. The father pities (87) because the LORD is merciful (87). FATHER = ANGELS = 58 — the angelic host of v20 = the father-verb of v13 = the wife/Mary-pattern integer. CHILDREN = 73 = KINGDOM (v19) = CROWN: the children pitied are the kingdom-ruled and the crown-given at one integer.
Lock (v14) — the dust super-lock: WE ARE DUST = HIS THRONE = SATISFIETH = 116. Three-way lock across the psalm. The anthropology (we are dust, v14) = the throne (v19) = the soul-satisfier (v5). What appears to be three different verses is one integer-fact: the satisfaction of the soul, the throne of heaven, and the dust of our frame are one structure. Lock (v14b) — the four-way 64 cluster (DUST=MERCY=JUBILEE=GRASS): In this psalm DUST (v14) and GRASS (v15) both = 64 = MERCY (v8 bare) = JUBILEE = MY GOD. Four 64-anchors inside one psalm is exceptional density. Anthropology (dust), botany (grass), divine attribute (mercy), and direct address (my god) all at the JUBILEE-frequency. The psalm names you what you are, what your days are, and what God is — all 64. Lock (v14c): OUR FRAME = 97 = PLEASURE (v21) = VIOLENT (the 97 prime). The frame God knows is the violence-integer turned to ministering-pleasure. The 97 = SERPENT/SON OF MAN/VIOLENT prime (followups B5) is reframed in Psa 103 as the dust-frame and the host's pleasure — the imprecation-prime turned chesed.
Lock (v15): FLOURISHETH = 141 (Tesla DR=6). Flower's blooming-verb is Tesla; the wind-passing (198, Tesla DR=9) is Tesla — both the bloom and the dispersal are Tesla-stamped. WIND = 50 = Pentecost-year / Jubilee-marker.
Lock (v16): WIND PASSETH OVER = 198 (Tesla DR=9; 2 × 99 = 2 × CAST OUT). The wind's passing is double the eviction-integer. The grass-disappears mechanism runs through CAST OUT twice.
Lock (v17a) — the everlasting/iniquity lock: EVERLASTING = INIQUITIES = 132. The duration of mercy = the content of forgiveness. The "from everlasting to everlasting" mercy is the iniquities. The iniquities were never lost — they were stretched to infinity at the same integer.

Lock (v17c) — the chapter-103 in-verse lock: Inside v17 the phrase "of the LORD" sums to 103 — the chapter number itself appears as a 3-word phrase inside the psalm. This is the Psa 103 self-lock (followups A1 confirmed mechanic, 53% of psalms).
Lock (v17d): CHILDRENS CHILDREN = AFTER OUR SINS = 165. The generational reach of mercy = the sin-arithmetic God refused. The pivot is exact: v10 says God didn't deal with us after our sins (165); v17 says His righteousness goes to children's children (165). This is the Bible's central mercy-formula — David's compressed citation of Ex 34:6 (the verse YHWH proclaims to Moses on Sinai). Almost every later Hebrew Bible quotation of God's character (Ex 34:7, Num 14:18, Neh 9:17, Joel 2:13, Jonah 4:2, Psa 86:15, Psa 145:8) is a re-citation of this single Sinai-text. Psa 103:8 is David's re-encoding.
Lock 8-A — the sealed prime envelope: Psa 103:8 sums to 691, a prime. The mercy-formula David citation is sealed. Ex 34:6 sums to 865 = 5 × 173 (173 prime, the "anointest my head" integer from Psa 23:5). David didn't preserve the integer — he compressed Moses's open formula into a sealed prime. Plenteous mercy is rod-and-staff comfort and pit-of-destruction at one integer. Lock 8-E — MERCIFUL = PITIETH = 87: v8's MERCIFUL and v13's PITIETH lock at one integer (87, Tesla DR=6). The Sinai-attribute and the father-verb are integer-identical. In a 22-verse psalm, v8 (David's Sinai gloss) and v13 (David's father metaphor) are five verses apart and at the same integer — the whole anthropomorphic move from "merciful God" to "father who pities" is one integer-step.
Lock 8-F — the GRACIOUS=93=DOMINION bridge: GRACIOUS (v8) = DOMINION (v22) = 93. The Sinai-attribute David picks first ("merciful and gracious") locks to the very last word of the psalm (dominion). The grace announced at v8 is the dominion blessed at v22 — at one integer, three-way Tesla (DR=3). The psalm starts grace and ends dominion at the same integer.
Lock 8-G — ANGER=45=EAST=SELAH: ANGER (v8) = EAST (v12) = 45 = SELAH-integer. The anger God is slow to (v8) = the east transgressions are removed from (v12) = the buried-depth marker. The anger is east of the soul at the SELAH-depth — three integer-equivalent meanings of one buried direction.
"The LORD is merciful (87 = pitieth) and gracious (93 = dominion), slow to anger (anger = east = the SELAH-depth), and plenteous in mercy (214 = rod-and-staff = pit-of-destruction, the comfort that covers the grave)." The formula David compressed from Moses is a four-vector statement: pity-frequency × dominion-frequency × east-removed-anger × rod-and-staff-pit-covered. The Sinai gloss is, at integer, an engineering description of how mercy reaches: it pities, it rules, it removes east, and it covers the pit with the shepherd's staff.
Verse 8 is the Sinai compression sealed under prime 691, expanded structurally across 22 verses, with the missing word (LONGSUFFERING = 153) re-encoded in v17's everlasting-to-everlasting architecture.
Psa 103 carries one of the cleanest integer-mobile boomerangs in the Davidic corpus. The same integer (165) appears in two verses 7 apart, carrying opposite vectors:

The problem doesn't change. The verb does. What God refused to do (deal with us after our sins — 165) becomes what God does do (extend righteousness to children's children — 165) at the exact same integer.
This is the chesed boomerang: the negative imprecation-arithmetic (Psa 109 territory at 165 = after our sins) is converted by mercy into generational-mercy-reach (165 = children's children) at the same integer-cost.
Reading: mercy is not the absence of sin-arithmetic. Mercy is the re-direction of sin-arithmetic toward children's children at the same integer. The cost (165) is paid in both directions; the vector is what mercy changes.
Psa 103 hits a remarkable nine of the documented KJVEL clusters with at least two anchors each.

Psa 103 has 22 verses, the Hebrew alphabet count, but is not an acrostic in Hebrew (Psa 9–10, 25, 34, 37, 111, 112, 119, 145 are the acrostics). The 22-verse count is structural even without the acrostic device. The total verse-sum (17141) factors as 61 × 281 — both primes, with 61 = OF DAVID. The author is the first prime factor of his own psalm; the second factor 281 is sealed.
Compare Psa 119 (the great Hebrew-alphabet acrostic, 176 verses = 22 × 8) and Psa 145 (the alphabetic acrostic Davidic). Psa 103 opts out of the acrostic device but keeps the count — using the 22-verse shape as a container without using the letter-mechanism as a key. The choice to keep alphabet-count without alphabet-letters is itself the architecture: mercy has the shape of complete speech without requiring complete speech to be uttered.
