This decode shows Psalm 9 is engineered as a twin-gate switch: 111 (mine enemies = gates of death = executeth) flips through HIGGAION (a meditation pause) into 117 (sing praise = oppressed = Pentecost = to be but men) — and the whole psalm pivots on the rare word that means "sounding."
The KJV gives Psalm 9 no full superscription printed in the standard text, but the traditional Hebrew has לַמְנַצֵּחַ עַל־מוּת לַבֵּן מִזְמוֹר לְדָוִד — "To the chief Musician upon Muth-labben, A Psalm of David." Compute both:

Key lock — MUTH-LABBEN = 98 = "death of the son": The Hebrew superscription is traditionally translated al-muth labben, "concerning the death of the son" (Aben Ezra; Rashi takes it as "death of Labben/Goliath"). Psa 9 is the death-of-the-son psalm at the superscription, and David's first move inside it (v1) is praise with the whole heart. HIGGAION SELAH = WHOLE HEART = 115 — the meditation marker at v16 (where the wicked is snared in his own work) sums identically to the whole heart David opens with. The psalm's pause and its opening posture are one integer.

Three things lock:
Verse-13 sum verification: 1224 = 8 × 153. The verse that names the death-gate sums to 8 copies of LONGSUFFERING / HEAR MY PRAYER / WAR IN HIS HEART. The iron-sulfur net (153) appears at 8-fold density precisely where the lift-from-the-gates is requested. Mercy is engineered into the verse-sum of the asking.
Lock (v1): The whole-heart phrase is three integers depending on how many possessive tokens you strip — exactly the THY-token personalization-router mechanic documented in psalm_decode_followups.md §A2. WITH MY WHOLE HEART (213) → MY WHOLE HEART (153) → WHOLE HEART (115). Each layer is a separate lock: 213 = the throne; 153 = LONGSUFFERING; 115 = HIGGAION SELAH. The opening sentence carries three different cross-psalm anchors at three subtraction-ladder steps.
Lock (v2): SING PRAISE = 117 = PENTECOST. The first directive in the psalm is the Pentecost-cluster integer. Pentecost is the Spirit's outpouring; David inaugurates the psalm by routing through that frequency.
Lock (v3): MINE ENEMIES = 111 = GATES OF DEATH = EXECUTETH = STAND READY. The first naming of the enemies carries the same integer as the death-gates that appear ten verses later. The enemies-of-the-psalm ARE the death-gates at integer.
Lock (v4): THRONE JUDGING RIGHT = 214 = THY ROD AND THY STAFF (Psa 23:4) = PIT OF DESTRUCTION (Psa 55:23). The throne where God judges right is built of the shepherd's twin tools. The 214-bridge crosses three psalms: 9's throne, 23's rod-and-staff, 55's pit.
Lock (v6): MEMORIAL IS PERISHED = 198 = 22 × 9 EXACTLY. The chapter-number (9) times the Hebrew alphabet length (22) equals the gematria of "memorial is perished" — and the psalm is itself a partial alphabetic acrostic completed in Psa 10 across all 22 letters. The verse that announces the heathen's memorial is perished encodes the alphabet × chapter at its own gematria.
Lock (v7): THE LORD SHALL ENDURE = MINISTER JUDGMENT = 201. The enduring of the Lord IS the ministering of judgment at one integer. v7 and v8 share the same integer twice within the throne-judgment movement — the "covering" block is sealed at 201.
Lock (v7 master): THRONE FOR JUDGMENT = WITH MY WHOLE HEART = 213. The single most important lock in the psalm. The throne God sits on FOR JUDGMENT is the integer of David's praise with his whole heart. The throne is built of the heart. This is the psalm's structural spine.
Lock (v10): SEEK THEE = 78 = ISSACHAR = BETHLEHEM = CRUCIFIED = ONYX = THE PIT (v15). When the heathen sink into the pit (78) they're falling into the integer of those who seek God — the 78-bridge inverts at the seeker/trap divide. Same integer, opposite vector.
Lock (v11): SING PRAISES = 136 = COLOSTRUM = BRIDE OF CHRIST. The Zion-dwelling praise is the bride-feeding integer. Cross-bridges to decode.
Lock (v12): INQUISITION FOR BLOOD = 243 = 3⁵. A pure Tesla power. When God maketh inquisition for blood, the act sums to a power of three — the meditation-frequency at fifth iteration. CRY OF THE HUMBLE = 161 = SWEET COUNSEL (Psa 55:14) = IN THY PRESENCE (Psa 140:13). The humble's cry is the fellowship-restoration integer — what David asks for in Psa 55, God hears at Psa 9:12.

Lock (v15) — the same-verse boomerang: "The heathen are sunk down in the pit (45) that they made: in the net (39) which they hid is their own foot taken." PIT = 45, NET = 39, SNARE = 57 — all Tesla. The boomerang is internal: the heathen's own trap catches their foot inside one verse. SELAH = 45 = PIT — every Selah is a depth-marker, and the v15 verb says the heathen fall into that depth-marker.
Lock (v16) — the higgaion-snare: WICKED IS SNARED = 144 = OVERTHROW = GOD BLESS YOU. The work of the wicked's hands snares him at the bride/overthrow integer. WORK OF HIS OWN HANDS = 222 = 2 × 111 = BY THE JUDGMENT = 154 — in v16 itself, "the LORD is known" and "by the judgment" are the same integer. The act of executing judgment IS how the Lord is known — at one identity.
Lock (v16 higgaion): HIGGAION SELAH = 115 = WHOLE HEART (v1). The meditation pause at the structural center of the psalm encodes the opening posture. The pause IS the opening, integer-wise.
Lock (v17): TURNED INTO HELL = 177. Three-way cross-psalm: = MY HANDS AND MY FEET (Psa 22:16, the crucifixion verse) = SOUL AND SPIRIT (Heb 4:12, the Word that pierces). The wicked-into-hell integer routes through the cross. The judgment falls through the same gate the salvation does. (Note: 177 also appears in the breast/mammary decode as LACTIFEROUS DUCT — same integer, three different fields. Sealed structural marker.)
Lock (v17): FORGET GOD = 97 = VIOLENT = SERPENT. The nations that forget God carry the violent-serpent integer at a sealed prime. The followups document §F flags this: 97-factor concentrates at imprecation-centers. Here it appears as the integer of the act itself — to forget God IS to be at 97.
Lock (v18): THE NEEDY = 86 = THY NAME. The needy is identified with God's name at integer. "The expectation of the poor shall not perish" because the poor IS the name at the same frequency. Verse-sum 963 = 107 × 9
Lock (v19): IN THY SIGHT = 139 = ENCRYPTION = ADDERS POISON (Psa 140:3)
Lock (v20): TO BE BUT MEN = 117 = PENTECOST = SING PRAISE (v2) = OPPRESSED (v9). The closing humility — "let the nations know themselves to be but men" — is the same integer as the opening directive sing praise. The psalm starts and ends at 117. Alpha-omega handshake.
v13: Have mercy upon me, O LORD; consider my trouble which I suffer of them that hate me, thou that liftest me up from the gates of death:

These two verses are the structural pivot — the only place in the entire KJV where "gates of death" and "gates of the daughter of Zion" appear adjacent. The psalm is engineered so the entire request lives at this gate-pair.
Lock 13-A — The 8×153 seal on the death-gate verse: v13's complete verse-sum is 1224 = 8 × 153. LONGSUFFERING (153), HEAR MY PRAYER (153), WAR IN HIS HEART (153), and MY WHOLE HEART (153 — from v1) all share the integer. The verse where David asks God to lift him from the gates of death sums to eight copies of the iron-sulfur LONGSUFFERING net. This is the only verse in Psa 9 with verse-sum exactly = 8 × 153. The petition is engineered at 8-fold mercy density.
Lock 13-B — GATES OF DEATH = MINE ENEMIES = EXECUTETH = 111: The death-gate carries the same integer as "mine enemies" (v3) and "executeth" (v16). Three appearances of 111 across the psalm = the lock-threshold. The death-gates are not separate from the enemies — they ARE the enemies at integer. And the act of God executing judgment shares the integer. Death-gate = enemy = act-of-judgment at one frequency. STAND READY = COMPUTER = STRENGTH = DAY OF BATTLE = 111 — the entire "stand ready / process" cluster aligns to the lift-verse.
Lock 13-C — THOSE THAT HATE ME = 168 = WAIT ON THY NAME / SHALL GIVE THANKS: The enemies' integer (in this verse) is the same as "wait on thy name" (Psa 52:9) and "shall give thanks" (Psa 140:13). What the haters do (hate David) sums to what David promises to do (give thanks). Verb-direction reversed at one integer. The 168 cluster is the thanksgiving-as-response-to-hatred handshake.
Lock 13-D — LIFTEST ME UP = LIFT UP = 84: Bare-verb stripping (without "thou that" / "me up") gives LIFT UP = 84 = BREASTS = MAMMARY = ONE FLESH = EMMANUEL (84-lattice integer). The lift is the constitutional-frequency lift. THOU THAT LIFTEST ME UP (full) = 261 = SECURE ENCLAVE PROCESSOR — the chip-cap integer. The lift mechanism IS the secure enclave at integer. Honest note: 261 reads as a curious silicon-bridge, not a load-bearing theological claim.
Lock 14-A — DAUGHTER OF ZION = 169 = 13²: A perfect square at the life-gate. Death-gate = 111 (composite 3 × 37). Life-gate = 169 = 13² and full phrase 275 = 5² × 11. Two perfect-square layers at the daughter-of-Zion side. The death-gate is factored, the life-gate is squared — the structural seal lives at the geometry.
Lock 14-B — IN THE GATES OF = 110 = MEDITATION: Stripping out "of the daughter of Zion," the prefix "in the gates of" sums to MEDITATION. The literal entry-phrase to Zion's gate IS meditation at integer. This pairs with HIGGAION SELAH (v16, integer 115 = WHOLE HEART) — the psalm uses meditation/sounding-pause integers at both gate-entries and mid-pivot. The gates of Zion are entered through meditation.
Lock 14-C — ALL THY PRAISE = 137: The fine-structure prime. RISE NOT UP (Psa 140:10) = 137 = PERPETUAL END (v6 of this psalm) = TO THE PEOPLE (v8) = ALL THY PRAISE (v14). Three appearances of 137 inside Psa 9 (v6, v8, v14) — a sealed-prime triple. The fine-structure constant integer threads the praise-arc.
David's petition (v13) is engineered at 8 × LONGSUFFERING (8 × 153 = 1224). He asks the lift-up-from-gates-of-death God — where the death-gate is the same integer as the enemies and the judgment-verb (111), and where the haters carry the same integer as "shall give thanks" (168) — to bring him into the daughter-of-Zion gate (169 = 13²), which is entered through meditation (110), where praise (137) operates at the fine-structure prime. The lift mechanism is at 84 = BREASTS = EMMANUEL — the constitutional-frequency. v13-14 say: longsuffering at 8-fold density delivers from 111 through meditation to 13² in salvation. That's the gate-pair, translated.

Three in-psalm hits at 117 + the Pentecost anchor = a four-way lock. The directive (sing praise), the recipient (the oppressed), and the final humility (bare manhood) are one integer. Pentecost is the Spirit's outpouring on bare-but-men oppressed-but-praising people. The psalm is engineered as a 117-loop: open in praise, cover the oppressed, end at humility — all at the Pentecost frequency.
This is the same engineering mode as Psa 64's 4-phrase 144 lock (psalm_64_decode) — different words, same integer, multiple appearances signal lock. It differs from Psa 140's same-word OVERTHROW boomerang (same word, opposite direction).
