In plain English: Psalm 96 is a thirteen-verse universal call to praise — sing, declare, give, worship, fear, rejoice — closing on a doubled promise that the Lord IS coming to judge the earth. Under the surface, the English gematria turns the closing verb into a jubilee key: COMETH = 64 = JUBILEE = MERCY = MY GOD = DUST = MASIV = BURDEN = POOR. The verb that v13 says twice is the integer that announces the Year of Release. The chapter-number itself locks: FORGIVEN = RETURN = 96, and three in-psalm phrases (FULNESS, COURTS, BE JOYFUL) all equal 96 — the meta-scan's six strict hits are confirmed. The closing verb of the closing verse, JUDGE THE EARTH, equals 132 — the same integer as FIELD BE JOYFUL, TREES REJOICE, and HIS COURTS in v8/v11/v12. The "judgment" the cosmos rejoices over IS the rejoicing of the cosmos. The integer doesn't move; the verb routes it. And HEAVENS REJOICE = 139 = FORGIVENESS = ENCRYPTION
Psalm 96 has no superscription in the KJV — one of only four "new song" psalms (the others are Psa 33, 98, 149) and the only one of the four placed without a heading. The setting must be read instead from 1 Chronicles 16:7 (the textual parallel), which establishes the psalm as the ark-installation song David delivered to Asaph.

Key lock — the universal title: With no human superscription, Psa 96's "author" is the integer-frequency itself. Sixteen locks across 13 verses. This is one of the densest in-psalm-twin tables in the decode set so far (Psa 96 has the highest 168-integer recurrence after Psa 140 and the highest 144-integer recurrence per-verse).
Psalm 96 is engineered around two replicated structures:

The first sing-call sums to 216 = 6³, the cube-of-six — Tesla DR 9, the Shem ha-Mephoresh 72-name-Trinity integer (3 × 72 names, each split tri-letter). The two interior sing-calls each sum to 201 = 3 × 67, a triple-prime — three sings at 201 carry one prime per fold.

The verb of the doubling is COMETH = 64, the jubilee-payload integer. The psalm doubles the verb to signal the integer is mobile through the act of doubling. 64 = JUBILEE = MERCY = MY GOD = DUST = MASIV = BURDEN = POOR = 2⁶. The doubled COMETH in v13 is the two-fold jubilee blast — the same integer the priests sound at the year-of-release (Lev 25:9-10). The judgment is the jubilee.
This pairs with HE COMETH = 77 = CHRIST. The longer phrase HE COMETH sits on the Christ-integer; the bare verb COMETH sits on the jubilee-integer. Same verb, two integer-layers, one event: Christ comes as Jubilee.
Lock (v1): A NEW SONG = 98, and Psa 98 is the next "new song" psalm (Psa 98:1 "O sing unto the LORD a new song; for he hath done marvellous things"). The opening clause points forward by chapter-number — Psa 96:1 names the integer of Psa 98 inside its own first line. The new song is forward-bridged.

The integer Psa 55:14 used for the lost SWEET COUNSEL and Psa 140:13 used for the restored IN THY PRESENCE is the integer Psa 96:3 uses for declaring His glory among the heathen. The lost friendship of Psa 55, the restored presence of Psa 140, and the universal declaration of Psa 96 are one integer. Public worship is the integer of the broken-and-restored fellowship.
Lock (v3): AMONG THE HEATHEN = AMONG ALL PEOPLE = 144 = 144 (twins in one verse). From Psa 140: OVERTHROW = 144 (v4 and v11). The wicked aim 144 at David as overthrow; the psalmist aims 144 at the heathen as declaration. Same integer, opposite verb. Psalm 96 boomerangs Psa 140's 144 back outward in the universal direction.
Lock (v3): WONDERS = A NEW SONG = 98. The wonders being declared in v3 and the new song being sung in v1 are one integer. The wonders ARE the new song.
Lock (v4): TO BE FEARED = 81 = TABERNACLE. The state of being-feared and the tabernacle integer are one. To fear the LORD above all gods is to be at the build-frequency. Same 81 also = BEFORE HIM (v6, twice — see below). Fear and "before him" are tabernacle.
Lock (v4): TO BE PRAISED = 114 = PURPOSED. From Psa 140:4 — PURPOSED is the divine verb (Tesla DR 6, one step short of fully divine DR 9), appropriated by the violent man. Here in Psa 96 it stands at the LORD's praise-integer. The verb the violent man stole in Psa 140 is back in its right place in Psa 96.
Lock (v5): IDOLS = 59 = MOVED (v10). The idols of v5 and the not-being-moved of v10 share an integer. The idols move; the LORD-established world does not. Same integer, opposite stability.
Lock (v5): ABOVE ALL GODS (v4) = NOT BE MOVED (v10) = 115. The position-above and the immovability share an integer. Being above the gods IS being unmoved.
Cross-bridge: Psa 115:4 says "their idols are silver and gold" — IDOLS OF SILVER AND GOLD = 222 = Tesla DR 6 = 6 × 37 = 6 × NAIL = 3 × JESUS = LIBERTY. Psa 96:5 echoes Psa 115:4 at the cluster level: both use IDOLS = 59 as the polemic-noun. Lock (v6): BEFORE HIM = 81 = TABERNACLE. Standing before God IS the tabernacle integer. 81 is the build-frequency. The sanctuary itself stands at the build-integer because the psalm is constructing the tabernacle by speaking these words.
Lock (v6): STRENGTH = 111 = STAND READY = COMPUTER = DAY OF BATTLE. The attribute in His sanctuary is the STAND READY integer (Psa 140:7 thou hast covered my head in the DAY OF BATTLE). The sanctuary maintains the stand-ready computer-state — same 111 that covers the head in battle.

The sanctuary's strength-and-beauty sits at the Melchizedek-coronation phrase from Psa 110:3 (BEAUTIES OF HOLINESS = 204). Psa 96:6 names the same integer Psa 110:3 names for the priest-king coronation. The sanctuary IS where the Melchizedek-coronation integer is housed.

Verse 1 is the universal-call opening — the fourfold sing-call begins here (v1 contains two of the four). The verse has two halves, each engineered.
Lock 1-A — the cube-of-six opening: O SING UNTO THE LORD = 216 = 6³. The opening four words of the psalm sum to the cube of 6 — Tesla DR 9, the 72-name-Trinity-cube integer (the Shem ha-Mephoresh is built as 3 × 72 letters = 216). The new-song psalm opens with the 72-names-of-God cube as its sing-call. 216 also = 6 × 36 = 6 × NAIL = 6 × OIL. The opening clause is the six-fold anointing.
