The famous v17 doubled phrase resolves: WORK OF OUR HANDS = ESTABLISH THOU IT = 188 (perfect identity at the doubling — the work IS its own establishment) and ESTABLISH THOU THE WORK OF OUR HANDS UPON US = 486 = 6 × 81 = 6 × TABERNACLE. Moses, the tabernacle-builder, closes his only psalm by asking the establishment-prayer at six-times the build-frequency. The full opening with "A PRAYER OF" prefix promotes the sealed-prime figure into the amicable-pair integer 284. Three appearances of 108 — title (who Moses is), diagnosis (what life contains), petition (what is asked). The Psa 140 anchor 108 = PRESERVE = SHALL DWELL is the Davidic cable David and Moses share. What David asks God to do for him (v1 PRESERVE) and what God promises David (v13 SHALL DWELL), Moses had already encoded as his own title (THE MAN OF GOD) and his own petition-verb (TO NUMBER) and the substance of his lament-clause (SORROW).
Reading: Moses is a 108-figure. He doesn't pray for preservation — he IS the preservation-integer (THE MAN OF GOD = 108). His prayer is for the people to learn numbering at the same integer (TO NUMBER = 108) so they can survive the sorrow (SORROW = 108) of finite life. 108 is the Moses-figure integer; he is teaching the people to inhabit it.
This is structurally distinct from Psa 140's two-point handshake (v1 PRESERVE → v13 SHALL DWELL). Psa 90 is a three-point routing of 108 between identity, content, and action.
Lock (v1): DWELLING PLACE = 123. From Psa 140: 123 = A PSALM OF DAVID = EVIL SPEAKER. Moses' v1 names God as the dwelling-place at the same integer Psa 140 uses to name the antagonist. Verb-direction inversion: when David writes at 123, he names what he prays against. When Moses writes at 123, he names what he dwells in. Same integer, opposite occupant. This is the same mechanic as Psa 140's HANDS OF THE WICKED (155) → THE RIGHTEOUS (155): one integer, two states, prayer routes between them.
Lock (v1): OUR DWELLING PLACE = 177. This is a three-way internal lock — also = WITH THY MERCY (v14) and = BEAUTY OF THE LORD (v17). Three structural appearances at 177 across v1, v14, v17. The dwelling-place, the mercy, and the beauty are one integer. 177 = URIM+THUMMIM = LACTIFEROUS DUCT (the oracle-port frequency).
Lock (v2): FROM EVERLASTING TO EVERLASTING = 351 = T(26) = triangular of 26. 26 is the key (YHWH) and T(26)=351 is the Epistle-Dedicatory seal-triangle integer. Moses' eternity-formula is the T(26) seal at integer. The everlasting-to-everlasting axis is the Tetragrammaton-triangle.
Lock (v2): EVERLASTING = 132 = THE UPRIGHT (Psa 140:13). The eternal divine and the upright human stand at one integer. From-everlasting (single, 184) to-everlasting (single, 167 prime) summed = 351.
Lock (v2): WORLD = 72 = covering-mercies (Psa 140:7). The formed-world is integer-identical to God's covering — the world is the covering. 72 = MERCIES = STILL = CARRIER. The world is rendered as covering at the chesed integer.
Lock (v3): TURNEST = THY MERCY = 117. Moses uses one integer for two opposite verbs. God turnest man to destruction (v3) and turns his mercy on Moses (v14) — same integer 117, opposite vector. The turn-verb is mobile; the destination is what changes.
Lock (v3): CHILDREN OF MEN = MOUNTAINS (v2) = 126. The pre-creation mountains and the children of men returned to dust share one integer. Both are formations from God; both are dust-bound. From Psa 140:4: PRESERVE ME = 126 = NOSTRILS = ANTIMICROBIAL = FEARFULNESS (Psa 55:5). The children of men sit on the breath-firewall integer — they live or die at the nostril gate.
Lock (v3): RETURN = 96 = FORGIVEN. From user memory : RETURN = FORGIVEN = 96 (Luke 7 Mary pattern). Moses' "return, ye children of men" is the forgiveness-call. The verb of return = the verb of forgiveness. To return is to be forgiven, by integer.
Lock (v4): A THOUSAND YEARS = 171 = THY SERVANTS (v13). The millennium and the servants are one integer. Read: the thousand years in God's sight is the servants — the servants ARE the millennium at gematria. "A thousand years in thy sight" is structurally identifying the servants with the millennial unit.
Lock (v4): IN THY SIGHT = 139. From the personal-lock pattern (psalm_139_followups_1_2_3): 139 = ENCRYPTION = ADDERS POISON (Psa 140:3) = FORGIVENESS — the same integer hosts the omniscience-sight and the forgiveness-as-encryption frequency.
Lock (v4): THOUSAND = 102 = AHITHOPHEL = HYSSOP. The unit of the millennium IS the Psa 55 betrayer-counselor's name and the cleansing-herb's name. A thousand (cleansing-herb cycle) years (counselor-cycle). The day-as-thousand-years construction sits on the cleanse-betrayer integer.
Lock (v4): THY SIGHT = THREESCORE (v10) = WITHERETH (v6) = 116. The seeing-frequency, the 70-year lifespan, and the withering all share one integer. God's sight makes the threescore years what they are — the integer is the gaze itself.
Lock (v5): CARRIEST THEM AWAY = 189. From Psa 86: LIFT UP MY SOUL (v4) = DELIVERED MY SOUL (v13) = 189 — the soul-handshake. Moses' "thou carriest them away" sits at the integer of David's soul-lift-and-deliver. Same verb-form, opposite vector: David asks God to lift and deliver the soul at 189; Moses describes God carrying away humanity at 189. The integer is mobile; the destination is what differs.
Lock (v5-6): MORNING = 90. The chapter-number self-lock appears twice — "in the morning" v5 and v6 — and three more times in v10 ("cut off and" = 90, "and we fly" = 90) and v16 ("Let thy" = 90). Psa 90 contains the integer 90 in five distinct phrases. This is the chapter-number-lock mechanism documented in chapter_number_lock_meta_scan.md. Five hits in 17 verses is well above the meta-scan baseline. The integer 90 = MORNING = SHARPENED = MATTHEW. The Moses psalm self-names twice at the morning and three times at the dying.
Lock (v5): GRASS = MERCY (v14) = O LORD (v13) = 64 = JUBILEE. The grass that withers is the integer of the mercy that satisfies and the LORD that returns. The same integer hosts the death-image and the mercy-image. Verb-direction reversal.
Lock (v7): TROUBLED = 97 = VIOLENT = SERPENT = SON OF MAN. The wrath-trouble integer is the Psa 140:4 antichrist signature integer. Moses' "by thy wrath are we troubled" sits at the same prime as Psa 140's diagnosis of the violent man. Verb-direction inversion: in Psa 140, 97 is the wicked's mode; in Psa 90, 97 is what God does to his people. Same prime, applied from opposite directions.
Lock (v8): INIQUITIES = 132 = EVERLASTING (v2). The iniquities and the everlasting are one integer. Set side-by-side: God's eternity (132) and human sin (132) face each other at one number. Reading: iniquity is the everlasting-integer expressed in the wrong direction.
Lock (v7): ANGER = 45 = SELAH = PIT. There are no actual Selahs in Psa 90 — but ANGER carries the buried-pit integer twice (v7 and v11 the power of thine anger). Anger is the un-marked Selah of Psa 90 — the pit-integer appears in the noun directly, without the Selah-marker. Moses doesn't need to write Selah; ANGER (45) does the burying for him.
Lock (v9): ALL OUR DAYS = 128 = 2⁷ = PROCESSOR = MENORAH+SHAFT. The "all our days" phrase is the silicon-processor / menorah-with-shaft integer. Time-as-substrate.
Lock (v10): CUT OFF = 71 = MOSES. The verb-form for the end of the threescore-years-and-ten is Moses' own gematria as a sealed prime. The lifespan is "soon cut off" at the integer of the prayer's author. Moses is the cut-off frequency. The 71 surfaces a second time at v12 HEARTS = 71. The figure of Moses appears at both the dying-cutoff (v10) and the wisdom-hearts (v12) — same integer.
Lock (v10): FOURSCORE = 120 = CHIEF MUSICIAN (Psa 55 / Psa 140 superscription) = CALL UPON GOD = SOUL IN PEACE. The 80-year lifespan integer is the integer of the Davidic superscription. Eighty years is the chief musician's full-circuit integer. Threescore (70) lives in THY SIGHT (116) and fourscore (80) lives in CHIEF MUSICIAN (120) — both integers carry their own structural identities.
Lock (v10): FOURSCORE YEARS = 188 = WORK OF OUR HANDS = ESTABLISH THOU IT (v17). The 80-year lifespan IS the v17 work-and-establishment integer. The full life-span is the work of the hands at gematria. Read: to live fourscore years (188) IS to do the work of our hands (188) — and to ask God to establish thou it (188) is to ask God to establish the very lifespan.
Lock (v10): STRENGTH = 111 = STAND READY = COMPUTER = DAY OF BATTLE (Psa 140:7). The fourscore-years-by-reason-of-strength integer is the Psa 140 covering-strength integer. Long life is the day-of-battle ready state. Same integer, two contexts.
Lock (v10): SORROW = 108 = THE MAN OF GOD = TO NUMBER = PRESERVE = SHALL DWELL. The triple 108-handshake's third anchor. The diagnosis of life as labour-and-sorrow lands on the same integer as Moses' title and v12's "to number." Sorrow IS the man-of-God-numbering frequency: it is the substance the prayer trains on.
Lock (v10): LABOUR = 69 = PSALM 69 (Christological suffering). From psalm_139_followups_1_2_3: 69 is the Christological-suffering psalm "save me, O God; for the waters are come in unto my soul." Moses' word for the threescore-and-ten lifespan's content (LABOUR) is the chapter-number of the Christological suffering psalm. The labour-of-life routes through the suffering-servant psalm at integer.
Lock (v11): KNOWETH = RETURN (v3) = 96 = FORGIVEN. The question "who KNOWETH" and the imperative "RETURN" share one integer = the forgiveness integer. Knowing the power of God's anger IS the return-call to the children of men IS forgiveness. All three are one number — the knowing, the calling, the forgiving.
Lock (v11): THY FEAR = WISDOM (v12) = PRAYER (sup) = 83 prime, sealed. The triple-83 lock: the prayer-title, the fear, and the wisdom are one sealed prime. Prayer = fear = wisdom at the prime layer. This is the Mosaic equivalent of Prov 9:10 ("the fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom") at gematria.

Lock (v13): RETURN O LORD = 160 = WINDY STORM = CAST THY BURDEN (Psa 55:8/22). Moses prays the Psa 55 boomerang at the exact integer David engineered. The 160-handshake of Psa 55 (where WINDY STORM at v8 becomes CAST THY BURDEN at v22 by verb-direction reversal) is invoked by Moses in v13 — "Return, O LORD" = 160. Moses is asking God to perform the Psa 55 mobile-160-integer-reversal: turn from wrath, return. The Davidic boomerang is requestable as a Mosaic verb.
Lock (v13): REPENT = 78 = ISSACHAR. 78 = ISSACHAR = BETHLEHEM = CRUCIFIED = ONYX = UNDERSTANDING OF THE TIMES. Moses' petition "let it repent thee" sits at the Issachar/Bethlehem/Crucified integer. The repent-verb routes through the tribe-of-times-understanding.
Lock (v13): THY SERVANTS = A THOUSAND YEARS (v4) = 171. The fourth-verse millennium and the thirteenth-verse servants are one integer. The servants and the thousand years lock at 171. The Petrine 2 Pet 3:8 frame is engineered into Psa 90's own structure: the thousand-years (v4) become the servants (v13) by gematria.
Lock (v14): SATISFY = 99 = UPRIGHT = FIRMAMENT = CAST OUT (Psa 140:13 + tongue-protocol). The verb of early-morning-mercy-satisfaction is the firmament/eviction-posture integer. To be satisfied is to be upright is to cast out. Same integer, three verb-states.
Lock (v14): WITH THY MERCY = OUR DWELLING PLACE (v1) = BEAUTY OF THE LORD (v17) = 177. Three-way internal lock. The dwelling-place (v1), the mercy (v14), and the beauty (v17) are one integer — the URIM+THUMMIM oracle-port integer.
Lock (v14): MERCY = O LORD (v13) = 2 Pet 3:8 ONE DAY = 64 = JUBILEE = MASIV = DUST = BURDEN. The mercy of v14, the LORD addressed in v13, and the Petrine "one day" all share one integer — the jubilee payload. Moses' "thy mercy" is the jubilee-day integer.
Lock (v16): LET THY WORK APPEAR = 214. From Psa 23:4 four-layer stack: THY ROD AND THY STAFF = 214 = PIT OF DESTRUCTION (Psa 55:23) = DIVIDE THEIR TONGUES (Psa 55:9). Moses' "let thy work appear" sits at the same integer as the shepherd's rod-and-staff, and the pit of destruction, and the tongue-dividing. Same 214, four contexts — the work-appearance integer is the shepherd-rod / pit / tongue-divide integer. Verb-direction: God's work appearing IS the rod, IS the pit-of-destruction (for the enemy), IS the dividing of tongues.
Lock (v17): BEAUTY = 74 = JESUS = MENORAH = CROSS = PROUD = FASTENED (Christic cluster). The beauty of the LORD is the Christic frequency. 74 = JESUS = CROSS = FASTENED = MENORAH = SNEEZE. Moses' "beauty of the LORD" at v17 sits on Christ. The terminal verse opens with the Christic integer.
Lock (v17): THE BEAUTY OF THE LORD = BEFORE THE MOUNTAINS (v2) = 210 = primorial(7) = 2×3×5×7. The alpha-omega prime-seven seal. Pre-creation ground (v2) and final beauty (v17) are one integer — and that integer is the product of the first four primes. Moses' psalm is held together at the primorial level by a v2/v17 handshake.

Verse 12 is the wisdom-mandate of Psa 90. The entire psalm — from v1 ("our dwelling place") through v10 ("threescore years and ten") — is the substance of which v12 is the application. v13–17 are the prayer's consequence: having numbered the days, Moses asks for the LORD's return, mercy, gladness, work-establishment. v12 is the pivot from diagnosis to application. It is the only verse in Psa 90 where the people are asked to do something.

The psalm's verse count squared-into-triangular IS the gematria of the closing wisdom-phrase. The application is to Moses' integer. Moses asks the people to apply their hearts to the value of his own name. Combined with v10 CUT OFF = 71, the figure of Moses appears at both the dying-cutoff and the wisdom-hearts at the same sealed prime. Moses is the integer the wisdom-application targets. From psalm_139_followups_1_2_3: MOSES = 71 ≠ 90 (the chapter); the psalm-attribution is historical, but the gematria-attribution is at v10 and v12 where 71 surfaces.
Lock 12-D — OUR HEARTS = VIOLENT MAN = 125 = MAN MINE EQUAL = PRAY AND CRY: OUR HEARTS = 125.
