Fifteen chesed-vocabulary occurrences in seventeen verses — 0.88 per verse. By comparison, Psa 136 ("his mercy endureth forever") has high frequency by refrain but in fewer distinct lemmas; Psa 86 saturates with nine different chesed words. Six of the nine words are Tesla integers (DR 3/6/9). The chesed lattice is structurally Tesla.

The architecture is chesed-as-firewall: there is no need to dig Selah-pits because the chesed-vocabulary forms a continuous emission across the page. The violent men of v14 are surrounded — every verse before and after them is a chesed verse. v14 is the only "lament" verse in the psalm, and it sits at v15's threshold (the Exodus 34:6 cap). The proud rise (v14) and immediately the chesed cap drops on top of them (v15). The "wall" against the violent men is not an imprecation (no burning coals as in Psa 140:10); it is the mercy declaration that bookends them.

The proud rise at the integer of God's greatness — the rebellion is staged on the divine-greatness frequency it cannot occupy. Lock (v17): THEY WHICH HATE ME = 161 = IN THY PRESENCE (Psa 140:13) = SWEET COUNSEL (Psa 55:14) = TURN UNTO ME (v16). The haters' integer is the divine-presence integer is the sweet-counsel integer. Same 161 that Psa 55:14 used for David and Ahithophel's broken fellowship (sweet counsel), that Psa 140:13 used for the upright dwelling (in thy presence), and that Psa 86:17 uses for the haters' eyes opening (they which hate me — may see it and be ashamed). Lock (v17): HOLPEN ME = 88 = POISON (Psa 140:3) = ELOHIM. Being helped by God sits at the integer Psa 140 used for the adders' poison. The same 88 that the wicked deploy as poison-character (THE WICKED = 88) is the 88 of David's experience of divine help. The poison-integer of Psa 140 is the helped-integer of Psa 86 — verb-direction reversed, integer identical. Also 88 = ELOHIM (English) — God's name in plural form. Lock (v17): COMFORTED ME = 117 (triple-117 lock: v9 ALL NATIONS = v13 THY MERCY = v17 COMFORTED ME). The final-verse experience of comfort sits at the same integer as the universal-nations-worship of v9 and the great-mercy of v13. David's personal comfort is the integer of universal worship and the integer of great mercy — all three at 117 = 9 × 13. The closing 117 absorbs the v9 and v13 declarations into v17's experience: what the nations will do (v9), what God has done (v13), and what David feels (v17) are one integer.


5. Verse 15 — The Focus =166

But thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion, and gracious, longsuffering, and plenteous in mercy and truth.

Verse 15 is the Exodus 34:6 echo. After Moses returned to Sinai with the second tablets, God passed before him and proclaimed His name: "The LORD, The LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth."
