Key lock — A PSALM OR SONG OF DAVID: the superscription is the only "Psalm OR Song of David" in the Davidic block, distinguishing this psalm as a hybrid (sung procession + composed psalm). Its bare-form A SONG OF DAVID = 117 = PENTECOST, which prefigures the Eph 4:8 use of v18 to explain post-Pentecost gifts. This is the only triple verse-sum lock at a non-trivial integer (>500) documented in the Psalter decoded so far. Two-verse verse-sum locks appear in other psalms; three is unique.
Lock (v1): the ark-formula's compressed form (LET GOD ARISE LET HIS ENEMIES BE SCATTERED) sums to 360 = 8 × 45. SELAH and BASHAN both equal 45. So the opening clause encodes "eight pit-markers" / "eight Bashan-judgments" / "eight rests" — a perfect circle (360°) built from 8 layers of the Selah-pit integer. This is the ark-procession measure: 8 stations of 45.
Lock (v3): EXCEEDINGLY REJOICE = 178 = 2× the coronation-oath.
Lock (v4-A): JAH = 19 = DAN. The only KJV use of "JAH" gematria-equals the tribe of Dan — the missing tribe in Rev 7's sealed-144,000 list. The short-form of the divine Name carries the integer of the omitted tribe. The Rider on the heavens is named at the integer of the tribe-not-on-the-list. (Honest note: this is the first time the JAH=DAN identity has been documented in KJVEL. Whether the link to Dan's Rev-7 omission is structural or coincidental is open.)
Lock (v4-B): BY HIS NAME JAH = 115 = LET GOD ARISE (v1). The name-invocation in v4 matches the verb-invocation in v1 at one integer. Calling on the Name IS commanding God to arise.
Lock (v4-C): EXTOL HIM THAT RIDETH UPON THE HEAVENS BY HIS NAME JAH = 507 = 3 × 169 = 3 × 13². The full crest-phrase is triple-squared-thirteen. (169 = MARK OF THE BEAST? — actually need to check; but 169 = 13² is itself a sealed-square per A5 followups.)

Lock (v5-A): WIDOW (singular) = 74 = JESUS. The widow at singular is the Christic frequency. Cross-reference Lk 7 (raising of the widow of Nain's son), where Jesus's compassion is for the widow, not the corpse. Singular widow = singular Christ at integer.
Lock (v5-B): v5/v23 boomerang at 195 — A JUDGE OF THE WIDOWS = BLOOD OF THINE ENEMIES. The verb-direction reversal: protecting widows IS shedding enemy blood. The psalm's ethics-action and its judgment-action are one integer. This is the most theologically loaded handshake in the psalm.

DRY LAND = 78 = ISSACHAR — the rebellious are exiled to Issachar-numerology. Honest note: Issachar is also "place where Jacob dwelt as a stranger" — exile is the tribe's frequency too. The link is structural, not interpretive.
Lock (v7): the first SELAH lands after the wilderness-march clause. Per the template's Selah-as-pre-buried-integer mechanic (Psa 140 architecture), the immediately preceding phrase is WHEN THOU DIDST MARCH THROUGH THE WILDERNESS = 471. The Selah marks 471 as the depth-integer of the wilderness wandering. 471 = 3 × 157 (157 prime). The pit at v7 is 3 × the "plentiful rain" prime (v9 = 158 — adjacent integer).
Lock (v8-A): SINAI = 52 = HEART = ALTAR. The mountain that moves at God's presence sums to the integer of the heart-altar. Sinai IS the cardiac altar at integer.

Lock (v17-A): v8/v17 INTERNAL HANDSHAKE at 153. THE EARTH SHOOK (v8 Sinai theophany) = IN THE HOLY PLACE (v17 Lord-among-angels) = 153. The earth-shake-event and the holy-place-residence lock at one integer. Both = LONGSUFFERING. The Sinai-shake IS the long-patience-residence at integer.

Lock (v18-A) — Eph 4:8 BRIDGE: Eph 4:8 ASCENDED UP ON HIGH = 153 (vs Psa 68:18 ASCENDED ON HIGH = 116). Paul's quotation amplifies the verse: ASCENDED + ON HIGH (Psa 68:18) becomes ASCENDED UP ON HIGH (Eph 4:8 with the added UP=42), and the integer jumps to 153 — the LONGSUFFERING / iron-sulfur-net integer that = THE EARTH SHOOK (v8) and IN THE HOLY PLACE (v17) within Psa 68.
