Lock (v4-B) — WINGS SELAH = 117: The Selah-marker at the end of v4 follows WINGS — and the two-word phrase sums to 117 = PENTECOST = MY VOWS = SING PRAISE. Per the Psa 140 followup mechanic (Selah-as-pre-buried-integer): the integer immediately preceding Selah is the buried theme. Here, 117 (Pentecost / vow-circuit) is buried under the Selah.
