In plain English: Psalm 53 is a near-clone of Psalm 14 with one name changed (LORD → God) and one verse rebuilt (v5 — the new "scattered bones" military verse). The gematria explains why the duplication exists: the new psalm's central integer is 144 — the OVERTHROW / OPENED THE HEART integer — and it appears as a sub-phrase in five of six verses (1, 2, 3, 4, 5). Lock 1-C — sin/salvation identity (198): ABOMINABLE INIQUITY (v1) = SALVATION OF ISRAEL (v6) = 198. The thing that is abominable and the thing that saves Israel are the same integer. This is the bookend lock: the fool's deepest sin in v1 has the same gematric weight as Israel's deepest deliverance in v6. The psalm is engineered around this 198 bookend.
Lock 2-A — preservation-frequency receives surveillance: God looking down upon CHILDREN OF MEN (126) lands on the same integer as PRESERVE ME (Psa 140:1) = NOSTRILS = ANTIMICROBIAL = FEARFULNESS. God's gaze descends through the preserve-me / scent-firewall layer. The verse that says "God looked down" is identifying the layer at which He looks. He looks at the 126 layer — the protective scent-attestation interface, the same layer Psa 140's "preserve me" prayer occupies.
Lock 2-B — UNDERSTAND = CHIEF MUSICIAN at 120: UNDERSTAND = 120 = CHIEF MUSICIAN (the superscription opening!) = CALL UPON GOD = SOUL IN PEACE. To understand IS to call upon God IS to be at chief-musician pitch. The superscription's role and the verse's condition share one integer. The fool fails the 120-test in v4 (HAVE NOT CALLED UPON GOD).
Lock 3-A — cross-verse 234 ladder: ALTOGETHER BECOME FILTHY (v3) = SCATTERED THE BONES OF HIM (v5) = 234. The integer that names moral filth is the integer that names military scattering. The body's bones are scattered in v5 because the moral body is altogether-filthy in v3. The 234 carries the judgment cascade across two verses.
Lock 4-A — not-calling = pit-of-destruction (214): HAVE NOT CALLED UPON GOD (v4) = 214 = PIT OF DESTRUCTION (Psa 55:23) = THY ROD AND THY STAFF (Psa 23:4). This is the structural insertion. Psa 14:5–6 reads: "There were they in great fear: for God is in the generation of the righteous. Ye have shamed the counsel of the poor, because the LORD is his refuge." Psa 53:5 replaces both verses with a military-deliverance scene — scattered bones, encampment, despising. Two verses of defensive-posture comfort collapse into one verse of offensive scattering. Psa 14 says "God is with the righteous"; Psa 53 says "God scatters the enemy."
This is the verse the whole twin-exercise was built to insert.

The v5 of both psalms locks on the enemy-presence integer. In Psa 23 God prepares a table in the enemy's presence; in Psa 53 God scatters the enemy in His own presence. The arithmetic of the swap is exact at the resolution verse. "THE LORD" (82) is swapped for "GOD" (26), and the verse drops exactly 56 — the difference between the two divine-name phrases. The twin-psalm engineering is integer-exact at the un-altered verse.
