Psalm 42 is engineered around its doubled refrain. Both verses begin identically:
"Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted [in me / within me]? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him..."

The single rewording shifts the verse from non-Tesla to Tesla. And not just any Tesla — 1593 = 9 × 177 = 9 × WATERSPOUTS = 9 × URIM AND THUMMIM. The closing refrain is nine times the integer of v7's waterspouts. The psalm's depth-image (177 = the cataract of v7) returns at the close, multiplied by nine, as the structural Tesla seal of the second refrain. The waterspouts become the praise.

The cure-word in the second refrain is the HINDS-FEET integer. The deer of v1 returns at v11 as the integer-substitution that heals the refrain into Tesla. Why art thou cast down moves from HELP (41) to HEALTH (54 = HINDS) — and the soul's deer-longing of v1 becomes the soul's deer-cure at v11.
54 = HINDS = AXON = VOICE = BREATH = LUNG = SEARCH = ORACLE = ELISHA. All FA symptoms + all FA-cure verses + the patient herself = 54. Psa 42:11 closes its refrain on this same integer.
