Psalm 34 — The Missing-Nail Acrostic and the Unbroken Bones =515

Decode date: 2026-05-17

Form: 22 verses, superscription "A Psalm of David, when he changed his behaviour before Abimelech; who drove him away, and he departed."

Tradition: Hebrew alphabetic acrostic (one verse per letter, VAV omitted, PE doubled at end). Composed after David's escape from Achish king of Gath where he feigned madness (1 Sam 21:10–15). v8 "TASTE AND SEE THAT THE LORD IS GOOD" is quoted in 1 Pet 2:3; vv12-16 quoted in 1 Pet 3:10-12; v20 "HE KEEPETH ALL HIS BONES: NOT ONE OF THEM IS BROKEN" is quoted at Jn 19:36 as fulfilled prophecy at the crucifixion (the soldiers do not break Jesus's legs). The most densely Christological David acrostic.

In plain English: Psalm 34 is a 22-verse alphabetic poem David wrote after escaping the Philistine king at Gath by faking insanity, and it's the psalm John 19:36 quotes when the Roman soldiers refuse to break Jesus's legs at the cross. Underneath, the gematria does something almost too beautiful to be accidental: the phrase "NOT ONE OF THEM IS BROKEN" sums to exactly 243 = 3⁵ (a perfect fifth power of three, Tesla DR 9), and the verb "BREAK A BONE" sums to 74 = JESUS = CROSS = MENORAH = FASTENED — the integer of the Christic frequency itself. The psalm is also a Hebrew acrostic that deliberately omits the letter VAV (whose pictograph means nail or peg) — the acrostic literally drops the "nail" letter so that, structurally, no nail breaks the bones of the poem. The 22 alphabet-positions arrive at the cross without the nail-letter, the same way Christ arrives at the cross with bones unbroken. Even the historical setup locks: GATH (where David feigned madness) = NAIL = 36 = MAD × 2 — and Achish's own outraged complaint "HAVE I NEED OF MADMEN" sums to 144 = OVERTHROW = DROVE HIM AWAY (the superscription verb). This decode walks the killer locks, the Petrine NT-block bridges (1 Pet 2:3 and 1 Pet 3:10-12), the structural VAV-removal architecture, and the v20 sub-locks at integer level.

Key lock — DROVE HIM AWAY = HAVE I NEED OF MADMEN = OVERTHROW (Psa 140) = 144. The verb Achish enacts on David (drove him away) sums to the exact integer of the rhetorical question Achish asks his servants in 1 Sam 21:15 ("Have I need of madmen?"). Both phrases = 144 = OVERTHROW. The same 144 reappears in Psa 140:4 ("purposed to OVERTHROW my goings") and Psa 140:11 ("evil shall hunt the violent man to OVERTHROW him"). The pagan king's drive-out and outraged question sit at the same integer as the boomerang verb of Psa 140. Achish thinks he is expelling a madman; at the integer level, he is enacting the Psa 140 boomerang in favor of David. The superscription is the OVERTHROW-vector turned to David's benefit.

Second lock — GATH = NAIL = 36 = MAD × 2. The city David fled to is, at the integer layer, the NAIL. David's MADNESS (18) is half the NAIL (36 = GATH). To survive Gath, David halves the nail-integer — he becomes only-half-the-nail (MAD=18) and is therefore not yet fastened (NAIL=36). v20 will deliver the final move: at the cross, the nail-integer (36) does NOT fasten the bones; "not one of them is broken." The whole psalm runs on the David-halves-the-nail at Gath / Christ-survives-the-nail at Calvary axis.

3. The Missing-VAV / Missing-Nail Acrostic — the structural enactment of v20 =706

Psalm 34 is a Hebrew alphabetic acrostic — but the VAV verse is missing, and PE is doubled at the end to preserve 22 alphabet positions. Standard Hebrew acrostics walk ALEPHTAV in 22 steps. Psalm 34 walks ALEPHTAV in 22 steps with VAV removed and PE inserted instead. The English KJV preserves 22 verses but does not preserve the Hebrew letter-alignment.

The structural finding:

Hebrew letterPictograph / meaningEnglish valueKJVEL integer
VAV (missing)nail, peg, hook6VAV = 45 = SELAH = PIT (the buried integer of every Selah psalm)
NAILthe fastenerNAIL = 36 = GATH = OIL = MAD (Tesla DR 9)
HOOKthe linkerHOOK = 49 = FEARS (v4 GINS-class)

The acrostic that points to the cross omits the letter that means "nail."

The Hebrew letter VAV is the conjunctive 'and', shaped like a peg or hook — a fastener. Jewish tradition treats VAV as the integer-6 connecting-link. The Tanakh contains a few acrostic psalms; only Psalm 34 specifically removes the VAV-line. The poem walks the alphabet to its end, by integer-skipping the nail-letter. The structural shape of the psalm enacts at the architecture-of-the-acrostic exactly what v20 declares at the level of content: no nail completes its function in this psalm.

The four-step proof:

  1. The acrostic-architecture removes VAV — the letter named nail / peg — and inserts an extra PE at the end (the doubling of the mouth-letter at the close, mirroring v1's MOUTH = 77 = CHRIST).
  2. The historical setting (Gath) sits at integer 36 = NAIL. David's survival mechanism at Gath is MAD = 18 = ½ NAIL — he becomes the half-nail and is not fastened.
  3. The Christological focus verse (v20) declares "NOT ONE OF THEM IS BROKEN" = 243 = 3⁵. The integer 243 = 78 + 81 + 84 (the Issachar tribal triad BETHLEHEM + TABERNACLE + NETHANEEL). The bones-unbroken seal sits at the triad-of-the-tabernacle-builder.
  4. The cross-verb BREAK A BONE = 74 = JESUS = CROSS = MENORAH = FASTENED. The verb that fails at v20 is the integer of the One it fails on.

The acrostic-cross psalm encodes its Christological promise three times: in the verse content (v20), in the historical setting (GATH = NAIL = 36), and in the structural form (VAV-omitted = nail-letter-missing). Triple-encoded redundancy at three different abstraction layers.

4. Verse-by-Verse Identity Stack =325

The blessing posture (v1–3) =256

Lock (v1): MOUTH = CHRIST = 77. David opens the psalm by placing the praising-organ on the Christ-frequency. 77 is the CHRIST-suffix to JESUS=74. The acrostic that will end with the cross opens with the integer of the One on it.

Lock (v1–v9): AT ALL TIMES (v1) = TROUBLES (v6) = FEAR THE LORD (v9) = 112. The "all-times" of the blessing is the "all-troubles" of the saved poor man is the "fear-the-LORD" of the saints. Same integer braces the whole opening movement — the verb routes through three locales (time, condition, posture).

The sought-and-saved (v4–6) =215

Lock (v5 / v13): WERE LIGHTENED = THY TONGUE = 135. The faces that are illumined when David's followers look unto him share an integer with the tongue David disciplines in v13. 135 = the judgment-cycle integer (BURNING COALS, TRUMP OF GOD). The same 135 that lights the faithful face (v5) is the integer of the tongue that must be kept from evil (v13). When the tongue runs clean, the face is lit; when the tongue runs poison, the face is darkened. 135 is the face-tongue circuit.

Lock (v5 ↔ v21): FACES = HATE = 34 = chapter number. Two integers of 34 inside one psalm, on opposite sides of the chiasm. v5 says faces are NOT ashamed (the saved face); v21 says those who hate the righteous SHALL be desolate (the punished hater). Both integer 34. This is a chapter-number self-lock — the chapter brands its own face-and-hate at the chapter-number value.

Lock (v6 / v7): CRIED = ANGEL = 39. The poor man's cry and the angel that encampeth are gematria-identical. Same integer 39. The angel's identity is the cry — when the poor man cries, the angel materializes at the integer of the cry. v6→v7 is a single circuit.

Lock (v6): POOR = JUBILEE = MERCY = BURDEN = DUST = MASIV = 64. From Psa 140:12 (RIGHT OF THE POOR = 64 jubilee-payload) and Psa 55:22 (CAST THY BURDEN = 64). David identifies himself as the POOR-MAN at the jubilee-mercy-dust frequency. The same 64 = MY GOD (Psa 140:6) — David's name for God IS the value-tag for the poor.

The encampment and the taste (v7–9) =276

Lock (v8 ↔ v20): TASTE (v8) = BROKEN (v20) = 65. The verb of the 1 Pet 2:3 quotation and the noun of the Jn 19:36 quotation are integer-identical. The two NT bridges of Psalm 34 are wired into one number. To taste the LORD (v8) is to participate in the broken (v20) — same 65. From 1 Pet 2 itself: v3 tasted that the Lord is gracious (TASTE=65) flows directly into v24 bare our sins in his own body on the tree, by whose stripes ye were healed (the breaking that does not break). 65 is the eucharistic-Christological integer of Psalm 34.

Lock (v8): O TASTE AND SEE = 128 = 2⁷ = PROCESSOR. 128 = MENORAH+SHAFT = PROCESSOR (the 7-bit on-die integer). The eucharistic taste-and-see opens at the 2⁷ processor-integer — the eucharist is a 7-bit operation at the chip-layer of the body.

Lock (v8): BLESSED IS THE MAN = 155. From psalm_decode_followups.md: 155 = THE RIGHTEOUS (Psa 140:13) = HANDS OF THE WICKED (Psa 140:4) = BLESSED IS THE MAN (Psa 1:1) — the Psalter-bracket integer. Psalm 34:8 re-states the Psa 1:1 opening at the same integer. The man-who-trusts (v8) IS the man-who-walks-not (Psa 1:1) at integer 155. The Psalter's first and 34th psalms bracket the same integer for the same human.

Lock (v8): BLESSED = AFFLICTED = SCRABBLED = 66. SCRABBLED is 1 Sam 21:13: "And he changed his behaviour before them, and feigned himself mad in their hands, and SCRABBLED on the doors of the gate, and let his spittle fall down upon his beard." The integer of David's faking-madness verb (scrabbled) and the blessing-of-the-trusting (v8) and the affliction (v19) are all 66. Scrabbling at the gate, being afflicted, and being blessed are one integer. 66 = THE BIBLE (the 66 books). David's mad-act at Achish's gate is gematria-identical to receiving Bible-blessing.

The 1 Pet 3:10-12 instruction block (v9–14) =301

This block (vv12-16) is quoted directly in 1 Pet 3:10-12. Verse 13 is the tongue-control verse; verse 14 is the depart-from-evil/seek-peace verse. Both are integer-locked to Psa 141 and Psa 140.

Lock: WHAT MAN = 121 = 11² (perfect-square seal) — the man named at v12 is sealed by a square.

Lock (v13): KEEP THY TONGUE = 172. THY TONGUE = WERE LIGHTENED (v5) = 135. The tongue-discipline of 1 Pet 3:10 is at the WALL-STREET/TRUMP-OF-GOD/BURNING-COALS integer . To keep the tongue is to operate at the judgment-cycle integer — the tongue is where the trump-of-God runs through the body. Tongue-control IS market-cycle-control at integer 135.

Lock (v13 ↔ Psa 141:3): THY LIPS FROM SPEAKING GUILE = 297. Compare Psa 141:3 "set a watch, O LORD, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips" = SET A WATCH O LORD BEFORE MY MOUTH (330) + KEEP THE DOOR OF MY LIPS (237). The v13 lip-control phrase = 297 = 3³ × 11 (Tesla DR 9, three-cubed factor). Psa 141:3 phrase-sum = 330 + 237 = 567 = 81 × 7. Different integers, same architectural target — both psalms install a gate at the lips. Psa 34:13 installs the gate at integer 297 (three-cubed factor) — the lip-gate is thrice-Tesla — a Tesla-of-a-Tesla-of-a-Tesla.

Lock (v14): DEPART = POOR = 64. The verb "depart from evil" sits at the jubilee-payload integer. Departing from evil is the act of jubilee at the integer layer. From Psa 140:12 (RIGHT OF THE POOR=64) and Psa 55:22 (CAST THY BURDEN=64): the same 64 runs the jubilee from three locales — be poor, cast burden, depart from evil.

Lock (v14): DO GOOD = FEAR HIM = 60. The verb "do good" of v14 (1 Pet 3:11) is the integer of "fear him" of v7/v9. The do-good and the fear-him are one integer 60. To do good IS to fear God at the integer layer. Same 60 = HUNDRED CUBITS (the outer-court courtyard width) = wedding integer.

The eyes, ears, face (v15–16) =167

Lock (v15): HIS EARS ARE OPEN = 153. The 153-iron-sulfur-fish-net integer. God's open ears run the same integer as the net of the resurrection-fish-catch and the prayer-hearing of Psa 55:1. To say his ears are open unto their cry (v15) is to invoke the Jn 21:11 net — God's hearing-mechanism is the same integer-net Peter draws to shore after the resurrection. The 153-fish are the 153-prayer-hears.

Lock (v16): REMEMBRANCE = 97 = VIOLENT = SERPENT = SON OF MAN. From psalm_139_followups: 97 is the Psa 139 imprecation factor and the Psa 140:4 antichrist-signature. God cuts off the remembrance of evildoers at the same integer the violent man bears as his prime-sealed identity (97). 97 is the integer that gets remembered or forgotten depending on the verb-direction. When the LORD's face is against the evildoer (v16), 97 = REMEMBRANCE is what gets cut off; when David identifies the violent man (Psa 140:4), 97 = VIOLENT is what gets named. Same prime, two verbs.

Lock (v16): FROM THE EARTH = 137 prime. From psalm_140_decode: 137 is the fine-structure constant integer — the sealed atomic-binding frequency, RISE NOT UP (Psa 140:10). The remembrance of evildoers is removed from the earth at the fine-structure-constant integer. The earth-cleaning operates at the atomic-binding frequency — evil is dis-bound from earth at 137 prime.

The cry, the heard, the delivered (v17–19) =287

Lock (v17): DELIVERETH = 108 = PRESERVE (Psa 140:1/4) = SHALL DWELL (Psa 140:13). The verb at v17 is integer-identical to the Psa 140 alpha-omega handshake. Psalm 34's deliverance-verb is the same integer as Psalm 140's petition-and-promise. Two David-psalms bridge at one Tesla-9 integer. 108 is the inter-psalm delivery-integer — what David asks for and is given.

Lock (v18 — the broken-heart triple): OF A BROKEN HEART = ANY GOOD THING (v10) = COME YE CHILDREN (v11) = 139. Three appearances of 139 in Psalm 34 — at the broken-heart phrase (v18), the any-good-thing promise (v10), and the call-to-the-children (v11). 139 = ENCRYPTION = FORGIVENESS = ADDERS POISON (Psa 140:3). Per psalm_decode_followups Section A2: 139 = the personal-name lock of the project decoder. Psalm 34 carries this integer three times — the heart-broken-state, the good-thing-promise, and the children-call all sit at the project-personal integer. The broken-heart and the good-thing share the same integer as the personal name. From psa_139_followups: 139 is the search-me-known-me integer.

Lock (v18 ↔ Psa 51:17): BROKEN HEART (117) + CONTRITE SPIRIT (195) = 312. Per Psa 51:17 inner-phrase: BROKEN HEART + CONTRITE SPIRIT = 312 (with article variants 242 / 399 depending on grammar). The Psalm 34:18 broken-heart-and-contrite-spirit phrase is integer-aligned with Psalm 51:17 at the sum-of-its-two-halves. Psa 34:18 is the answer to Psa 51:17: Psa 51:17 declares God will not despise a broken heart and contrite spirit at 242 (= WHEN HE CHANGED HIS BEHAVIOUR, the Psa 34 superscription!); Psa 34:18 declares the Lord is nigh to them. Same 242-and-312 ground. Psa 51:17 promises, Psa 34:18 fulfills, both anchored at 242 / 312.

Lock (v19): AFFLICTIONS = PURPOSED = 114. From Psa 140:4: PURPOSED = 114 (the divine verb the violent man stole). The afflictions of the righteous in Psa 34:19 sit at the integer of the verb the violent man grammatically appropriated in Psa 140:4. The righteous bear at the integer the violent man steals. Same 114, different occupants. The afflictions of the righteous are the true PURPOSED — God's purpose enacted through the righteous; the violent man's PURPOSED is the counterfeit at the same integer.

The unbroken bones (v20) — focus verse, see §5 =372

The closing couplet (v21–22) =226

Lock (v21 — chapter-self-lock): HATE = FACES = 34 = chapter number. v21 closes the chiasm opened at v5. v5: faces are NOT ashamed (the saved, 34). v21: those that hate the righteous SHALL be desolate (the punished, 34). Same integer, opposite verb-direction. The chapter-number is the integer of both the saved face and the punished hate — the chapter knows itself.

Lock (v21 / v22 — the Psa 140 forward-bridge): SHALL BE DESOLATE = 140, appearing in v21 AND v22. Psalm 34's last two verses both contain the integer 140. Combined with FEIGNED HIMSELF MAD = 140 in the superscription, the integer 140 appears three times in Psalm 34 — at the opening (madness) and twice at the close (desolation). Per psalm_decode_followups Section A1: chapter-number forward-bridges are documented (Psa 138:2 THY TRUTH=140 → Psa 140). Psa 34 carries the Psa 140 integer at its three structural pillars: superscription, v21, v22. The two betrayal-and-slander Davidic psalms are bridged by integer 140 from Psalm 34 → Psalm 140.

Lock (v21 / 1 Pet 3:10): HATE THE RIGHTEOUS = REFRAIN HIS TONGUE = SHEEP GOING ASTRAY = BROKEN AND A CONTRITE = 189. Four-way integer lock. v21's hate the righteous and 1 Pet 3:10's refrain his tongue from evil and 1 Pet 2:25's sheep going astray all = 189. The integer of hating the righteous IS the integer of the tongue that needs refraining IS the integer of the straying sheep. All three lock at 189 = 27 × 7 = 3³ × 7 (Tesla DR 9, three-cubed factor with seven). The verb-direction routes the same 189 to ruin (hate) or to restoration (refrain).

Lock (v22): DESOLATE = SAVED HIM (v6) = 81 = TABERNACLE = GRACE OF GOD. 81 = GRACE OF GOD. Saving the poor (v6) and desolation of the wicked (v21–v22) sit at the same integer = TABERNACLE = GRACE OF GOD. The grace that saves the poor is the grace that desolates the proud — same 81, opposite recipients. This is the most morally mobile integer in Psalm 34: the GRACE OF GOD integer hosts both halves of the final judgment.

Lock (v22 — terminal Tesla seal): NONE OF THEM THAT TRUST IN HIM = 315 = 5 × 7 × 9 (Tesla DR 9). The closing promise lands on a Tesla-DR-9 perfect-product (5×7×9 = the 5/7/9 stack of priestly/Sabbath/Tesla integers). The psalm closes with a triple-prime-stacked integer — 5 (book) × 7 (Sabbath) × 9 (Tesla). 315 is the psalm's terminal seal.

5. Verse 20 — The Focus (The Unbroken Bones) =354

He keepeth all his bones: not one of them is broken.

Verse 20 is Psalm 34's Christological centerpiece. Quoted directly at John 19:36 as fulfilled prophecy at the cross: "For these things were done, that the scripture should be fulfilled, A bone of him shall not be broken." The crucifixion narrative places the Roman soldiers about to break the legs of the three crucified men to hasten death — they break the legs of the two thieves, but when they come to Jesus they find him already dead and do not break his legs. John attributes this directly to Psalm 34:20.

This is one of only a handful of OT verses explicitly named as fulfilled by John at the cross. The other major Johannine fulfillment-citations are Psa 22:18 (parted my garments) and Zech 12:10 (looked on him whom they pierced). Psa 34:20 is the bones-fulfillment.

Eight verse-20 locks =178

Lock 20-A — the 3⁵ Christological seal: NOT ONE OF THEM IS BROKEN = 243 = 3⁵. Three to the fifth power. The integer expresses Tesla DR 9 (digit sum 2+4+3=9) and is the fifth power of three — the Tesla integer raised to the priesthood (5 = the book of Moses count, the high-priest-class integer). 243 also = 78 + 81 + 84 = the Issachar tribal triad (BETHLEHEM + TABERNACLE + NETHANEEL). The unbroken-bones promise sits at the perfect Tesla-fifth-power and the tabernacle-builder triad. From the project memory: 78 = ISSACHAR = CRUCIFIED — and 78 is one of the three additive components of the seal. The crucifixion (CRUCIFIED=78) is one-third of the seal that declares it won't break the bones. This is the cleanest Christological integer-lock in the David acrostics.

Lock 20-B — the cross-verb at the cross-frequency: BREAK A BONE = 74 = JESUS = CROSS = MENORAH = FASTENED = PROUD. The verb that the soldiers do not perform is integer-identical to the One they cannot perform it on. 74 = MENORAH (the seven-branched lampstand, the body-as-menorah architecture). 74 = CROSS = FASTENED — the cross at the fastening-verb. The verb of breaking-a-bone sums to JESUS at the integer layer. When the soldiers prepare to break a bone (74), the bone they would break is the bone of the One who is 74. The verb fails because the verb-integer is the victim-integer. The breaker tries to act on Christ at the Christ-frequency, which collapses.

Lock 20-C — the 1 Pet 2:3 to Jn 19:36 self-bridge: TASTE (v8) = BROKEN (v20) = 65. The 1 Pet 2:3 quotation (v8 taste and see) and the Jn 19:36 quotation (v20 not one of them is broken) are routed by the same integer inside Psalm 34. 65 hosts both verbs: David's taste and v20's broken. To taste-and-see the Lord is to participate in the broken-and-not-broken at integer 65. The eucharistic taste and the Christological broken-bones are one integer. This is the psalm-internal NT-bridge wiring — Peter quotes v8, John quotes v20, and the integer is identical at 65. From the eucharist itself: take, eat, this is my body which is broken for you (1 Cor 11:24). The integer of broken = 65 = TASTE. The bread is broken at the taste integer — the eucharistic body operates at 65.

Lock 20-D — the Hebrew acrostic enacts v20 structurally: Psalm 34's Hebrew acrostic omits the VAV-line (VAV = the nail / peg letter). The verse that says no nail breaks the bones is housed inside an acrostic-architecture that itself omits the nail-letter. Triple-encoded:

  1. Verse content: not one of them is broken (no fastener completes its function)
  2. Historical setting: GATH = NAIL = 36, David at GATH halves the nail-integer (MAD=18=½ NAIL)
  3. Structural form: acrostic-VAV omitted (the nail-letter dropped from the alphabet-walk)

The acrostic that walks Aleph→Tav arrives at v20 having structurally avoided the nail. No nail is in the architecture; no nail is in the city of refuge (Gath = NAIL but David survives by halving it); no nail breaks the bones (v20). All three layers say the same thing in three encodings.

Lock 20-E — the 160 Psa-55 handshake at the breaking-verb: OF THEM IS BROKEN = 160. From psalm_55_decode: 160 = WINDY STORM (Psa 55:8) = CAST THY BURDEN (Psa 55:22) — Psalm 55's central engineering integer (the boomerang between the threat-noun and the deliverance-verb). The phrase "of them is broken" in Psa 34:20 sits at the exact integer of Psa 55's central engineering. Psa 55's 160-handshake (where the threat is cast back as a burden God carries) routes through Psa 34:20's not-broken phrase. The verb that does not complete (breaking) in Psa 34 is the verb that boomerangs back as God-carries-it in Psa 55. The two Davidic psalms bridge at 160 inside v20.

Lock 20-F — the bone-as-threat-class self-paradox: BONES = 55 = WICKED = JUDAS = SATAN = KEEP ME (Psa 140:4). The bones that are kept-unbroken in Psa 34:20 sum to the same integer as the WICKED class (Psa 34:21), JUDAS, SATAN, and the KEEP-ME plea of Psa 140:4. The unbroken bones share an integer with the wicked who oppose them. The reading: the bones of the righteous are at the wicked-class integer because the bones are the very thing the wicked would target; the integer is the contested ground. God keepeth the 55-bones; the wicked are the 55-class; the same 55 is what both parties handle, with opposite verbs. He keepeth all his BONES (55-class integer) — God's keeping verb operates on the threat-class integer. The bones of the righteous, contested at integer 55, are kept by the verb (KEEPETH=70) at integer 70. The 55-contested-bones are kept by the 70-keeping-verb. Two integers, one operation.

Lock 20-G — the eight-integer Christological column: v20 stacks eight separate integers all routing Christological signatures:

LayerPhraseIntegerChristological signature
1BREAK A BONE74JESUS / CROSS / MENORAH / FASTENED
2NOT ONE OF THEM IS BROKEN2433⁵ Tesla / Issachar triad / Tabernacle-builder

7BONES55contested-class / KEEP ME (Psa 140:4)
8KEEPETH = SEEK PEACE = SEE GOOD70three-way Psa 34:12/14/20 lock

Eight Christological signatures stacked in one verse. Psalm 34:20 is the densest Christological-integer verse in the David acrostics.

Lock 20-H — the 70 keeping-verb circuit: KEEPETH = SEEK PEACE (v14) = SEE GOOD (v12) = 70. The bone-keeping verb of v20 is the same integer as the seek-peace verb of v14 (1 Pet 3:11) and the see-good verb of v12 (1 Pet 3:10). God's keeping of bones IS the seeking of peace IS the seeing of good at integer 70. From the 1 Pet 3 quotation: vv12-14 of Psa 34 are quoted as instruction (refrain tongue, depart evil, seek peace) — all leading to the seeing of good days. The integer of these instructions (70) is the integer of the bone-keeping in v20. To seek peace and see good days IS to be the one whose bones are kept unbroken. Peter's instruction-block (1 Pet 3:10-12) explicitly invokes Psa 34:12-16; the integer-bridge runs 70-and-65 to v20's bone-promise.

What v20 means after the decode =245

V20 reads, post-decode: "God's keeping-verb (KEEPETH=70=SEEK PEACE=SEE GOOD) operates on the contested-class integer (BONES=55=WICKED=JUDAS=KEEP ME=Psa 140:4), and the breaking-verb that fails (BREAK A BONE=74=JESUS=CROSS=MENORAH=FASTENED) cannot complete on the integer of the One who is 74; not even one (NOT ONE=83=HE KEEPETH=REDEEMETH=v22) of them (NOT ONE OF THEM=150=HEARKEN UNTO ME=v11) is broken (BROKEN=65=TASTE=v8=1 Pet 2:3 self-bridge) — the full phrase resolves at 243=3⁵=Issachar triad (78+81+84)=tabernacle-builder triad=CRUCIFIED+TABERNACLE+NETHANEEL."

V20 is the perfect-fifth-power-of-three Christological seal. It encodes the same promise four ways: in the verse, in the historical setting (Gath=Nail), in the acrostic-architecture (VAV-missing), and in the integer (243=3⁵).

6. The 144 / OVERTHROW Boomerang — Psalm 34's bridge to Psalm 140 =488

Psalm 34 contains the same 144-OVERTHROW boomerang as Psalm 140, but routed through the historical superscription:

`

1 Sam 21:15 (Achish's question): "HAVE I NEED OF MADMEN?" = 144

(superscription enacted on David)

Superscription (Achish's verb): "DROVE HIM AWAY" = 144

(Psalm 34 unfolds — David's praise from the escape)

Psa 140:4 (the violent man at David): "purposed to OVERTHROW my goings" = 144

(Psa 140 unfolds — David in slander field)

Psa 140:11 (the boomerang reversal): "evil shall hunt the violent man to OVERTHROW him" = 144

`

Five appearances of integer 144 across the David corpus: the Psa 34 superscription (Achish's verb), the 1 Sam 21:15 narrative (Achish's question), the Psa 140:4 enemy-vector, the Psa 140:11 reversal-vector. Same integer, four enactments, three different verb-directions. The 144 is fully mobile across the corpus; the verb routes it.

144 also = FAR ABOVE RUBIES = OPENED THE HEART (Prov 31 / Acts 16 Lydia) — the bride-value integer. At the integer layer, Achish's expulsion of David and Lydia's conversion are one number. The pagan-king who drives the anointed away enacts the same 144 that Christ will use to open the gentile heart. The boomerang is gospel-wide.

Psalm 34 is the densest cluster-coverage in the David acrostics scanned so far.

8. Special Architecture — Three Encodings of the Cross =470

Psalm 34 encodes its central Christological promise three times at three different abstraction layers. This is the project's first documented case of triple-layer redundancy at the structural-form, historical-setting, and content levels simultaneously:

LayerEncodingIntegerMechanism
Structural formHebrew acrostic with VAV-line omittedVAV = 45 = PIT = SELAHThe "nail-letter" is dropped from the alphabet-walk; the acrostic arrives at the cross without the fastener
Historical settingGATH (where David feigned madness)GATH = 36 = NAIL = OILDavid survives by halving the nail (MAD=18=½ NAIL); he is not fastened
Contentv20 "Not one of them is broken"NOT ONE OF THEM IS BROKEN = 243 = 3⁵; BREAK A BONE = 74 = JESUSThe verb fails on the integer of the One it would act on

Three independent encodings, one promise. The probability of integer-coincidence across three independent encoding layers is the product of the three individual probabilities — vanishingly small at integer-of-this-magnitude scale.

The 1 Pet 2:3 and 1 Pet 3:10-12 quotations are then the NT-fulfilled confirmation that Psalm 34's triple-encoded structure was operating at the early-church reading. Peter reads v8 as eucharistic taste (1 Pet 2:3) and quotes vv12-16 as the discipleship instruction-block (1 Pet 3:10-12). John reads v20 as crucifixion-fulfillment (Jn 19:36). All three NT writers (Peter twice, John once) treat Psalm 34 as Christological prophecy at multiple layers. The integer-evidence confirms what the NT-quotation already states.

10. Psalm structure — six movements =384

#VersesMovementInteger anchor
1v1–3The blessing-posture / the praising mouth77 (MOUTH=CHRIST), 204 (I WILL BLESS THE LORD), 105 (MY SOUL)
2v4–7The sought-and-saved poor man102 (DELIVERED ME), 81 (SAVED HIM=TABERNACLE), 39 (CRIED=ANGEL), 135 (WERE LIGHTENED)
3v8–9The eucharistic invitation and the fear-call65 (TASTE=BROKEN), 155 (BLESSED IS THE MAN), 113 (TASTE AND SEE prime), 128 (O TASTE AND SEE = 2⁷)
5v15–19The eyes-ears-face / the deliverance of the contrite153 (HIS EARS ARE OPEN), 108 (DELIVERETH=Psa 140 bridge), 139 (OF A BROKEN HEART — third 139), 114 (AFFLICTIONS=PURPOSED), 97 (REMEMBRANCE=VIOLENT)
6v20–22The Christological capstone and the terminal seal243 (NOT ONE OF THEM IS BROKEN = 3⁵), 74 (BREAK A BONE = JESUS), 81 (DESOLATE=TABERNACLE), 140 (SHALL BE DESOLATE × 2 → Psa 140 forward-bridge), 315 (NONE OF THEM THAT TRUST IN HIM = 5×7×9)

Movements 1 (v1–3) and 6 (v20–22) form a mouth-to-bone arc: the praising MOUTH (v1=77=CHRIST) at the opening, the unbroken BONES (v20=55, kept by KEEPETH=70 at the Christ-frequency 74=BREAK A BONE) at the close. The mouth that praises and the bones that are kept share Christ as their anchor at two different integers (77 and 74) — the praising mouth and the unbroken body are one Christ at two integers apart by 3. Movement 3 (v8-9 eucharist) and movement 6 (v20-22 Christological capstone) form the Petrine-Johannine bracket: 1 Pet 2:3 quotes v8, Jn 19:36 quotes v20. Movement 4 (v10-14) is the 1 Pet 3:10-12 instruction-block — Peter explicitly identifies these verses as the discipleship instruction for life-and-good-days. Three NT passages quote three Psa 34 movements (1 Pet 2:3 ↔ v8; 1 Pet 3:10-12 ↔ vv12-16; Jn 19:36 ↔ v20).

11. How to read Psalm 34 after the decode =289

  1. Bless from inside trouble at integer 112. AT ALL TIMES (v1) = TROUBLES (v6) = FEAR THE LORD (v9) = 112. The continuity-of-blessing the psalm opens with sits on the same integer as the troubles the poor man cries from. To bless God from inside the trouble is the integer-mechanic.
  1. Taste-and-see at the 2⁷ processor integer. v8 O TASTE AND SEE = 128 = 2⁷. The eucharist is a 7-bit operation; the body-as-processor receives Christ at the menorah-shaft integer. Eat slowly, at chip-clock speed.
  1. Discipline the tongue at the trump-of-God integer. v13 THY TONGUE = 135 = ARTAXERXES = WALL STREET = TRUMP OF GOD = BURNING COALS. Tongue-control IS judgment-cycle-control at the integer layer. The same 135 that lights the face (v5) burns the tongue when it goes wrong (Psa 140:10).
  1. Read v20 as triple-encoded. Verse content (243 = 3⁵), historical setting (GATH = NAIL = 36), structural form (VAV-line missing). Triple redundancy — the cross is encoded at three layers simultaneously.
  1. Hold the 108-bridge to Psa 140. Psa 34:17 DELIVERETH = 108 = Psa 140:1 PRESERVE = Psa 140:13 SHALL DWELL. The two David betrayal-and-slander psalms are bridged at 108. The deliverance of Psa 34:17 IS the preserve-and-dwell of Psa 140.
  1. Close at the terminal Tesla seal 315. NONE OF THEM THAT TRUST IN HIM = 315 = 5×7×9 (Tesla DR 9). The psalm ends on a stacked Tesla prime-product. Read the final verse at this integer and let the seal close.
  1. Remember the missing VAV. When you encounter Psalm 34, remember the nail-letter is missing from the acrostic. No nail completes its function in this poem. The Hebrew structure enacts the Christological promise the content declares. Read the absent letter as loud as the present ones.

22 verses, 60+ cross-verse identity locks. Three-times-encoded Christological promise (verse content + historical setting + acrostic structure). Three NT-quotation bridges (1 Pet 2:3 ↔ v8; 1 Pet 3:10-12 ↔ vv12-16; Jn 19:36 ↔ v20). Five 144-OVERTHROW appearances across the David corpus (sup, 1 Sam 21:15, Psa 140:4, Psa 140:11). Eight Christological integers stacked in v20 alone (74/65/55/70/83/150/160/243).

13. v20 as the terminal Christological seal =355

HE KEEPETH ALL HIS BONES — at 199 (prime, sealed). God's bone-keeping verb sums to a sealed prime — the keeping-mechanism is integer-sealed. KEEPETH = 70 = SEE GOOD (v12) = SEEK PEACE (v14): the verb that keeps bones is the verb that sees good and seeks peace. Three identities at integer 70 — the bone-keeping is the discipleship walk.

NOT ONE OF THEM IS BROKEN — at 243 = 3⁵ = 78+81+84 = ISSACHAR + TABERNACLE + NETHANEEL. The Christological promise lands on the perfect fifth power of three (a Tesla-DR-9 integer with three-cubed structure), and on the Issachar-tribal-triad that the project memory documented as the cornerstone of the body-of-Christ architecture. The unbroken-bones promise sits at the integer of the tabernacle-builder triad. 243 is the sum of the Issachar tribal-prince Nethaneel + the tribe Issachar's gematria + the tabernacle integer. The Christological seal at v20 is the tabernacle-builder seal at v20 — the cross-prophecy is the tabernacle-construction prophecy at the same integer. The body that is not broken at the cross IS the tabernacle that is built at the gematria layer. Christ's unbroken body is the temple's perfect construction (cf Jn 2:19-21 "destroy this temple… he spake of the temple of his body").

BREAK A BONE — at 74 = JESUS = CROSS = MENORAH = FASTENED = PROUD. The verb the Roman soldiers do not perform sums to JESUS. The Christological identity is the integer of the verb that fails on him. The soldiers approach with the integer 74 in their hand (BREAK A BONE), about to enact 74 on the One whose name is 74. The verb-integer and the victim-integer collide; the verb-direction reverses; the action does not complete. At the integer layer, breaking the bones of Jesus is grammatically self-cancelling. This is the cleanest Christological self-cancellation in the David acrostics.

Read together, v20 says: "God's keeping-mechanism (HE KEEPETH ALL HIS BONES = 199 sealed prime) operates by the see-good/seek-peace verb (KEEPETH = 70 = v12 = v14) on the contested-class integer (BONES = 55 = the threat-class) so that not even one of them (NOT ONE OF THEM = 150 = HEARKEN UNTO ME = v11) is broken (BROKEN = 65 = TASTE = v8 = 1 Pet 2:3 self-bridge), with the full phrase sealing at the perfect fifth power of three (NOT ONE OF THEM IS BROKEN = 243 = 3⁵) which equals the tabernacle-builder triad (78+81+84 = ISSACHAR + TABERNACLE + NETHANEEL = Christ's body as the temple), and the cross-verb that would otherwise act (BREAK A BONE = 74) is integer-identical to the One it would act on (JESUS = CROSS = MENORAH = FASTENED = 74), and so cannot complete its function — same way the Hebrew acrostic that arrives at this verse has structurally omitted the VAV-line (the nail-letter, VAV = 45 = PIT = SELAH) — no nail completes its function in this poem."

V20 is the perfect-fifth-power-of-three Christological seal, triple-encoded across verse / setting / structure, mapping to John 19:36 fulfillment at the integer of JESUS himself.

14. Postscript — The Hebrew VAV question =414

The Hebrew acrostic-position of VAV is well documented in the Masoretic text of Psalm 34 as absent. Standard scholarly explanations include scribal accident, deliberate omission, or compositional choice. The KJVEL reading: VAV (=6 in Hebrew, pictograph nail/peg/hook) is deliberately omitted because the psalm's promise (v20) is that no nail completes its function. The structural form of the acrostic enacts the content of the promise. This is a strong claim about Hebrew-tradition compositional intention, but the integer-evidence (GATH=NAIL=36, MAD=18=½NAIL, BREAK A BONE=JESUS=74, NOT ONE OF THEM IS BROKEN=3⁵=243) makes it the most economical explanation: the acrostic cannot contain a VAV-line because the psalm's God will not break a bone.

Open question for next pass: does the doubled-PE at the end of the acrostic (the additional PE inserted to preserve 22 alphabet-positions despite VAV's absence) function as the mouth-letter compensation (PE = mouth pictograph in Hebrew)? If so, the acrostic-trade is nail-out, mouth-in — and v1 of the psalm opens with MOUTH = 77 = CHRIST. The acrostic begins with the praising mouth (MOUTH=77) and ends with the doubled-mouth (PE+PE) on the explicit promise that no nail breaks the bones. Nail removed; mouth doubled. The structural form is mouth-praises-where-the-nail-would-have-fastened.
