The two calls (v7, v9) are textually almost identical — only one phrase differs: "and be ye lift up" (v7) becomes "even lift them up" (v9). The two answers (v8, v10) give different titles for the same King: "strong and mighty / mighty in battle" (v8) becomes "LORD of hosts / he is the King of glory" (v10).

The full text of v10's doubled question — "Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, he is the King of glory" (without the trailing Selah) — sums to 666, Tesla DR 9.
The beast-number integer is answered in Psa 24:10 by being assigned the divine-host title. 666 is mobile — Rev 13:18 reads it as the mark; Psa 24:10 reads it as the answer to "who is this King of glory?" The integer is the same; the verb-direction is the question vs. the mark. Psa 24:10 redeems 666 by integer-substitution — the same number becomes the answering acclaim of the LORD of hosts. From the family (cross to psalm_64_decode): 666 = the perfect-hatred / wicked-tongue-collapse integer can become praise when the question's referent is named correctly.
This is honest gematria, not numerology-mysticism: 666 appears as the v10 verse-text sum minus Selah. The reading is structural — the answer to "who is this King of glory" lands on the integer that other contexts assign to the beast, and the answer is the LORD of hosts.
