Δ = 24. The integer-difference between petition and answer is 24 = TWENTY-FOUR ELDERS = priestly courses (1 Chr 24, twenty-four divisions of priests instituted by David himself). David's petition integer (336) is reduced by exactly the count of the priestly courses he ordained when he became king. The priesthood David built is the integer-bridge between his prayer and its answer. The 24 elders surrounding the throne in Rev 4 are the same 24 — David's own priestly arrangement is what closes the gap.

The hand of Saul (superscription) and the sorrows of death (v4) and the enemy fallen under David's feet (v38) form a three-point arc on integer 186. The snares Saul laid for David in his wilderness flight sit on the same integer as the Doeg-the-Edomite informer of 1 Sam 22. Lock (v4): AFRAID = CRIED (v6) = NET = CANDLE (v28) = 39. Four 39s. The made-me-afraid of v4, the cried of v6, the net (Psa 140:5 trap), and the light my CANDLE of v28 are one Tesla integer. Fear, prayer-cry, trap, and lit-candle are one frequency. The candle in v28 is the inverted net at integer 39 — what was a trap becomes a light.

Lock (v6): HIS TEMPLE = SECRET PLACE = 107. The temple where God hears David and the secret place of v11 are one integer. God hears from the temple AND covers from the secret place at the same number 107. The hearing and the hiding are one location.
Lock (v6): VOICE = 54. 54 = SHAFT = BREATH = GUILE (Psa 55:11). David's voice in v6 is the menorah-shaft integer — the same 54 that the GUILE rode in Psa 55. The voice/breath axis is reclaimed.
Lock (v7):EARTH = 52 = HEART (Psa 140:2) = ALTAR. The earth that shakes in v7 sits at the heart-integer Psa 140 uses for "imagine mischiefs in their heart." God's theophany shakes the earth-integer that the wicked use as the heart-integer. Same 52, opposite verb: wicked imagine evil at 52; God shakes 52.
Lock (v8 ↔ v15 ↔ v48):NOSTRILS = DELIVERETH ME = PRESERVE ME = 126. Triple. God's nostrils breathe smoke in v8 and blast-of-breath in v15; David is delivered at 126 in v48; Psa 140 prays preserve at 126. The same 126 that God exhales as smoke is the 126 that delivers David is the 126 David prays for preservation on. The scent-firewall operates as the verb of deliverance.
Lock (v8):HIS NOSTRILS = MY INIQUITY (v23) = 162 = MOUNT OF GOMER. 162 = MOUNT OF GOMER = CHILDREN ARISE UP (Hosea 1:10) = double tabernacle. God's nostrils in v8 and David's iniquity in v23 are one integer = the redemption-of-Hosea's-wife geography. The integer of David's iniquity is the integer God's nostrils breathe out — God exhales what David confesses. This is the cleansing-by-confession circuit.
Lock (v9):CAME DOWN = 78 = ISSACHAR = BETHLEHEM = CRUCIFIED. 78 is the time-understanding tribe. God's descent in v9 is the Issachar/Bethlehem/crucified integer. The theophany lands at the integer where Christ would later be born and crucified — the descent in v9 prefigures the Bethlehem-descent and the Calvary-descent at the same 78.
Lock (v9): HEAVENS = 74 = JESUS = MESSIAH = CROSS = FASTENED = MENORAH. God bowed the HEAVENS (= 74 = JESUS) at the moment of descent. The heavens-bent-down integer is the cross-integer. The Christological signal is wired into the v9 verb.
Lock (v10): WINGS = 72 = PRAISED (v3) = BUCKLER (v2) = HIS FEET (v33). Four 72s. From Psa 140:7 — COVERED = WINGS = MERCIES = STILL = MISCHIEF = 72. The wings God rides on are the wings He covers David with are the praise David sings are the buckler that defends are the feet that step. Same 72, five verbs.
Lock (v11):THICK CLOUDS = VIOLENT MAN = STATUTES = LORD LIVETH = GAVE HIS VOICE = 125. Five 125s — all in this psalm, plus Psa 55's PRAY AND CRY = MAN MINE EQUAL. The thick clouds that pavilion God's dwelling, the violent man v48 prays deliverance from, the statutes David did not put away (v22), the LORD-liveth blessing of v46, and the voice God gave in v13 — all on integer 125. The clouds are the violent-man-integer turned upward to God; the statutes are the violent-man-integer turned to obedience; the LORD liveth blessing is the violent-man-integer turned to praise. Five repositionings of one integer.
Lock (v13):THUNDERED = SERVANT = UPRIGHT = 99. Triple lock. The LORD's thunder, the title of the singer, the moral state of the singer — one integer. God thunders the servant into firmament-eviction posture. This is the same 99 that Psa 140:13 promises to the upright; here in Psa 18 it is delivered through theophany — the voice of God speaks the upright into existence.
Lock (v14): ARROWS = KING SAUL = 94. God's arrows are aimed at the integer of David's pursuer. At gematria, the arrows are Saul-shaped at deployment. And CONSUMED (v37) = 94 — the enemy is consumed at the same integer as the arrows that consumed them. The full circuit: God's arrows (94) → consume the enemy (94) → at the Saul-integer (94).
Lock (v14): COMPASSED (v4) = 95 / SCATTERED (v14) = 95. The verb that the sorrows of death used (compassed me) is the verb God uses to scatter the enemies (scattered them) at integer 95. Same verb-structure, opposite recipient. David was compassed at 95; God scatters at 95. The 95-verb is repurposed.
Lock (v15):FOUNDATIONS OF THE WORLD = FROM THE HAND OF ALL HIS ENEMIES = 264. Both Tesla DR 3. The foundations that are discovered at God's breath ARE the hand-of-enemies the superscription names. The hand of all his enemies sits at the foundations of the world integer — at the integer where God's breath uncovers reality, that is where the enemy's grip is exposed. The cover of enemy-hand is removed because the foundation it stood on is the same integer.
Lock (v15): BLAST = BREATH = LOVE = VOICE = HINDS = 54 — quintuple. God's blast of breath (v15) and David's love (v1), voice (v6), and hinds-feet (v33) all sit on integer 54. God's exhale and David's whole worship-stance are one integer. 54 = SHAFT = the menorah-axis. The blast that uncovers foundations runs on the shaft.
Lock (v15):WATERS = THY NAME (v49) = WAYSIDE (Psa 140:5) = COMPASS (Psa 140:9) = WOUNDED (v38) = 86. Five 86s span both psalms. The waters that get uncovered (v15), the name David will sing to (v49), the wayside trap (Psa 140), the encirclement (Psa 140), and the wounded enemies (v38) — all at 86. The integer 86 carries the trap, the singing, the wound, and the name. Verb-direction routes the destination.

The class of haters David is delivered from is the prayer-hearing integer. God hears prayer at the same integer the haters operate on — to be heard is to be delivered from the 153-class. 153 is the gap-marker integer in the chiastic seal.

Lock (v20-24):RECOMPENSED = ON HIS HEART = PERICARDIUM = PENTECOST = 117. Quadruple lock. 117 is the heart-encasement integer. From the Pentecost count (50 days × ~2.34 = 117 — note: PENTECOST = 117 directly). David's recompense-according-to-righteousness sits at the pericardium/Pentecost integer — the reward is delivered to the heart-vessel and times to the Spirit-arrival. Righteousness is recompensed at the same integer that wraps the heart and triggers Pentecost.
Lock (v23):UPRIGHT = SERVANT = THUNDERED = 99. Triple — same as Master Lock §2. David's claim "I was also UPRIGHT before him" sits at the superscription's SERVANT integer at God's THUNDERED integer at the universal FIRMAMENT/CAST OUT integer. David's self-assessment in v23 is exactly the title the LORD gave him in the superscription is exactly the verb of God's voice in v13. The integer is the proof of the title.
Lock (v23):UPRIGHT BEFORE HIM = 180 = RIGHT OF THE POOR (Psa 140:12) = SELLER OF PURPLE = THAT WOMAN JEZEBEL. 180 is the Lydia/Jezebel collision integer. David's upright before him sits at the conversion-or-falsification integer. The kept-from-iniquity is the nostril-exhale. The breath-firewall scrubs the 162.
Lock (v25–26): The merciful/pure/froward sequence is a gematria mirror principle:
God shows himself froward at the rock-integer to the froward — the rock-foundation becomes inscrutable to the perverse. Same 85 the rock-of-defense (v2) carries. The rock is gentle to the upright and FROWARD to the froward.

Lock 48-G — DELIVERED ME = 102 (the Ahithophel-inversion lock): DELIVERED ME = AHITHOPHEL = WICKEDNESS (Psa 55:11) = 102. The rescue-verb carries the betrayer-integer. Psalm 18 ≅ 2 Samuel 22 (the chapter is David's same victory song).
