In plain English: Psalm 149 is the only psalm in the Bible that puts a sword in the saints' hand while they're still singing. The decode shows why: the praise and the sword are mathematically the same act — DANCE TIMBREL HARP (v3) and BIND THEIR KINGS (v8) both sum to 149, the chapter number. The same integer fingerprints the worship instruments AND the binding chains. Even more striking, this is the second psalm in the Psalter (after Psa 22) to carry the complete 220/284 amicable pair inside one text — three different phrases sum to 220 (BE JOYFUL IN THEIR KING / NEW SONG AND HIS PRAISE / PRAISE HIS NAME IN THE DANCE) and five different n-grams sum to 284. The whole-psalm sum is 7052 = 4 × KING(41) × HARP(43): the psalm IS the instruments multiplied by the kingship. And EXECUTE JUDGMENT (v9) = 177 = SOUL AND SPIRIT (Heb 4:12) = MY HANDS AND MY FEET (Psa 22:16) — the two-edged sword the saints carry is the same blade that pierces soul-from-spirit at the cross.
Psalm 149 has no superscription, no named author, no Selah. It opens and closes with PRAISE YE THE LORD (Hallelujah) — bracketed as a Final-Hallel member. The opening word and the closing word are the same integer.

Key lock — chapter is prime + Hallel frame matches. 149 is the 35th prime. The Final Hallel sums are 146(2×73), 147(3×7²), 148(2²×37), 149(prime), 150(2×3×5²). Psa 149 is the only sealed prime in the Final Hallel block — and its content is the only one with a sword. The prime-sealing of the chapter integer matches the unique violence of the chapter content. The frame phrase PRAISE YE THE LORD = 180 brackets the psalm exactly twice (v1, v9): an integer-palindrome at the most loaded Tesla integer in the praise-cluster.

22 locks across 9 verses. This is one of the densest chapter-locks in the corpus — comparable to Psa 22, Psa 64, and Psa 140.
The chapter-number-lock phenomenon (followups A1) is at maximum density in Psa 149. Five contiguous in-psalm n-grams sum to the prime 149:

The pattern: the chapter number lands in v1 (frame), v3 (praise/instruments), v8 (judgment/binding), v9 (judgment/execute). The integer 149 fingerprints the praise apparatus (DANCE-TIMBREL-HARP) and the judgment apparatus (BIND-KINGS, EXECUTE-UPON) at the same value. The psalm is engineered so the worship-instruments and the binding-instruments are the same prime.
Critical observation: DANCE TIMBREL HARP holds at 149 under any permutation (3! = 6 orderings, all sum the same — it's the multiset that matters). And in v8, "bind their kings" + "bind kings with" — overlapping windows — both 149. The integer is load-bearing across the entire imprecation movement.
Three of the seven non-Tesla verse sums are still in the 149-divisible neighborhood arithmetic — but 149 itself isn't divisible. It's prime. The chapter is sealed at a prime and the in-psalm phrases that lock to it are sealed by the chapter's own seal.

Lock (v4-A): MEEK SALVATION = 147 = Psa 147 (the chapter immediately before this one in the Final Hallel). Lock (v4-B): the LORD takes pleasure = 411 = 3 × 137. The 137 prime (fine-structure constant, sealed in physics) governs God's pleasure. The Tesla envelope hides a physics-prime kernel.
Lock (v5): UPON THEIR BEDS = BEAUTIFY THE MEEK = 156. The bed-position in v5 and the meek-beautification in v4 are the same integer. The saints' lying-down posture IS the meek's standing-up beautification — the verses are mirror-positions at 156. Also: BEDS = 30 = TEE (the cryptography trust-zone primitive) = ARK — the bed is a secured trust-zone.
Lock (v6-A) — the sword integer: TWO EDGED SWORD = 162 = THE FOUR CHAMBERS. The cardiac four-chamber phraselands at 162 — and the apocalyptic sword lands at the same integer. The sword cuts through the heart's four chambers at integer-level. Cross-link Rev 1:16 "out of his mouth went a sharp two-edged sword" — TWO EDGED SWORD = 162 holds for both the Heb 4:12 form and the Rev 1:16 form.
Lock (v6-B) — A TWO EDGED SWORD prime: the form with the article = 163, a sealed Heegner prime (one of nine "lucky numbers of Euler"). The article makes the integer prime — and 326 (v7+v9 lock; see below) = exactly 2 × 163. The sword doubled IS the boomerang.
Lock (v6-C) — HAND = DANCE = 27: the sword-hand (v6) and the dance (v3) are the same integer 27 = 3³. The hand that holds the sword IS the hand that dances. This is the load-bearing in-psalm twin that explains why the psalm puts both objects in the same hand without contradiction — the hand-integer doesn't change.
Lock (v6-D) — MOUTH = GLORY = CHRIST = 77: the mouth that holds the high-praise (v6) = the glory the saints rejoice in (v5) = CHRIST. The mouth-integer is the Christ-integer. The "high praises in their mouth" is engineered to equal the glory and the Christ at one integer.
Lock (v6-E) — 333 verse-phrase: HIGH PRAISES OF GOD BE IN THEIR MOUTH = 333. A 3-digit Tesla repeat at the load-bearing phrase. 333 = 3 × 111 = 3 × STAND READY = COMPUTER. The praise-in-mouth is engineered as a "stand-ready computer at Tesla pillar."
Lock (v7-A): EXECUTE HEATHEN = 144 = bride-value. The phrase that names what is done to the enemies is the integer that elsewhere is the bride-value (FAR ABOVE RUBIES = Prov 31:10) and the heart-opener (OPENED THE HEART = Acts 16:14, Lydia). The judgment-on-heathen IS the heart-opening at one integer. Boomerang style: same integer, opposite direction. The verse is engineered so that whichever way you slice the chain-binding clause, it sums to 149. Lock (v8-B): CHAINS = AVENGE = 54 = 153 = LONGSUFFERING = HEAR MY PRAYER (Psa 64) = WAR IN HIS HEART. V6 is the pivot. Verses 1-5 are praise; verses 7-9 are judgment; v6 holds both — high praises in the mouth, two-edged sword in the hand. The decode shows v6 is the verse where the integer-identities of praise and judgment overlap at one human body — mouth-integer and hand-integer co-resident.
Lock 6-A — Mouth = Glory = Christ at 77: MOUTH = 77 = CHRIST = GLORY (v5). The verse names the body-part that holds praise as the integer that means Christ. The high-praise in their mouth is engineered so the mouth-integer is the Christ-integer. The saints' mouth IS the Christic anchor.

A pair of integers (a, b) is amicable iff the proper divisors of a sum to b and vice versa. The smallest amicable pair is (220, 284) — discovered by Pythagoras, paired on the Talmudic gift-of-Jacob (Gen 32:14 — 220 ewes and 200 sheep), and used in as a TJFD signature (T+J+F+D = 220).

Discovery: the amicable pair is concentrated in v1-v3 — the praise-block. The 220 lock fingerprints the act of being joyful in the King and praising his name in the dance. The 284 lock fingerprints the narration around those acts. The amicable pair splits praise from its surrounding narration at the integer-level.
Compare Psa 22: 220 fingerprints WORDS OF MY ROARING (v1) and MY MOTHERS BREASTS (v9); 284 fingerprints TONGUE CLEAVETH TO MY JAWS (v15). In Psa 22 the pair brackets the lament-to-praise pivot; in Psa 149 it bracket the praise-internal-architecture. Same pair, different structural function.

The two-edged sword (TWO EDGED SWORD = 162 in Heb 4:12, Rev 1:16, Psa 149:6) operates at the cut-integer 177. The saints carry the sword that already cut Christ. They carry it to execute the judgment written — which is the judgment that already executed against Christ at the cross.
This is exactly the substitutionary boomerang structure documented in and psalm_22_decode: the integer that cut Christ is the integer the saints now wield. Same integer, opposite direction. The sword has gone from punishing-the-Lord to punishing-the-heathen at one number.

The saints' honour and the heathen's punishment are the same blade, both edges. 163 is the single-edge integer. 326 is the integer when both edges have cut. The "two-edged" of the sword is exact at integer-level: the sword has two integer-images, 163 (one edge) and 326 (both edges), and the saints' honour AND the heathen's punishment land on the both-edges integer.
