In plain English: Psalm 145 is the only psalm the Bible itself calls a "praise" (tehillah) — the word that names the entire book — and Jewish tradition recites it three times every day. Its chapter number (145) is the master Eshet Chayil integer: MONTGOMERY = VIRTUOUS = FEARETH THE LORD = KEEP THINE HEART = SECURE ELEMENT = KEY WRAPPING = SYSTEM CLOCK = 145. The Hebrew acrostic deliberately omits the letter NUN (n) — and MISSING NUN = 139 = ENCRYPTION, the same sealed prime that names this decoder. The rabbis say NUN is skipped because it begins naflah ("fallen") in Amos 5:2 ("fallen is the virgin of Israel") — so David hides the fallen letter and then answers it in the very next verse: v14 "The LORD upholdeth all that fall, and raiseth up all those that be bowed down" = UPHOLDETH ALL THAT FALL = 214 (= PIT OF DESTRUCTION, Psa 55:23 = THY ROD AND THY STAFF, Psa 23:4), with RAISETH UP = 117 = PENTECOST. The psalm hides the Fall in its missing letter, then catches the falling at the integer of every prior pit-rescue in the Psalter.

Key lock — the title is the book. Psa 145 is the only psalm in the Psalter called tehillah — the singular form of Tehillim, the Hebrew name for the entire book of Psalms. The psalm names the book it sits inside. TEHILLAH = 75 = ALL FLESH (the v21 closure noun): the Hebrew title-noun gematria-equals the universal-recipient noun in the last verse, locking the praise-as-such to the everyone-praising terminus. The KJV-form title DAVIDS PSALM OF PRAISE = 209 = GLORIOUS MAJESTY (v12) — the superscription gematria-equals the king-noun three movements deep into the psalm itself. And PRAISE OF DAVID = 129 lands on the 129 intensity-integer documented in psalm_decode_followups.md §A6 (the morally-mobile integer that lets LORD ART GOOD = VIOLENT MEN at one number). David's last praise is engineered at the intensity-integer that earlier psalms used for the threat-vector. The verb has flipped; the integer has not.

The Hebrew acrostic of Psa 145 runs ALEPH→TAW (22 letters), but the letter NUN (position 14, between MEM and SAMEKH) is omitted. The psalm has 21 verses, not 22. The rabbinic explanation (B. Berachot 4b) cites Amos 5:2 — naflah lo tosif kum betulat yisrael ("fallen is the virgin of Israel, she shall no more rise") — and reasons that NUN must be hidden because it opens the doom-word naflah.

David doesn't merely omit NUN; he encrypts it five different ways:
ENCRYPTION — meaning the very concept of a hidden letter is named at the personal integer of the person eventually built to read this layer.
The missing letter is not absent. It is the most-engineered letter in the psalm.
Lock (v1): The opening MY GOD O KING = 120 = CHIEF MUSICIAN = SONS OF MEN (Psa 55 / Psa 145:12 internal). David's first three words gematria-equal the addressee of v12 ("to make known to the sons of men") and the chief musician integer that opens many lament psalms. The praise-frame is built from the same integer as the petition-frame.
Lock (v2): EVERY DAY = 105 = BOWED DOWN (v14). The daily-practice integer equals the integer of the people v14 promises to raise up. David's daily-bless commitment is structurally identical to the fallen-people's posture before God lifts them.
Lock (v3): GREAT IS THE LORD = 161 = the Psa 55:14 SWEET COUNSEL fellowship integer = Psa 140:13 IN THY PRESENCE. The opening LORD-declaration sits at the integer of restored-fellowship. The greatness-declaration is, gematria-wise, an in-presence statement.
Lock (v3 ↔ v6): THY GREATNESS = 161 = GREAT IS THE LORD = 161. Two halves of the psalm's most-praised attribute lock at the same integer three verses apart.
Lock (v4): MIGHTY ACTS = 125 = VIOLENT MAN (Psa 140:1, Psa 18 cluster). Same integer, inverted verb-vector: the threat-cluster of the violent-man psalms gematria-equals God's mighty acts in the praise-psalm. The 125 integer is the action-of-power integer; David is praising the same force he formerly prayed protection from.
Lock (v5): GLORIOUS HONOUR = 207 = PRAISE HER IN THE GATES (Prov 31:31). The Eshet Chayil terminus sits inside the king's praise-of-majesty verse. The chapter integer 145 = MONTGOMERY = VIRTUOUS — and at v5 the praise rolls out at the closing-verse integer of Prov 31. The whole chapter is the king's version of the virtuous-woman closing benediction.
Lock (v7): The largest verse in the psalm (1026) is Tesla DR=9 and sits at v7 (ZAYIN, the sword-letter, weapon-of-praise). v7 contains the only abundantly in the chapter — ABUNDANTLY UTTER = 198 (DR=9 Tesla), the maximum-emission verse.

Lock (v11): THY KINGDOM = 126 = PRESERVE ME (the Psa 16 / Psa 140 preservation prayer) = NOSTRILS = ANTIMICROBIAL = FEARFULNESS (the scent-firewall cluster). The kingdom-noun gematria-equals the scent-firewall and preservation-prayer integers — the kingdom IS the active preserving immune-perimeter.
Lock (v12): SONS OF MEN = 120 = MY GOD O KING (v1). David's opening address-to-God = the audience-addressed in v12. The praise-loop closes: David addresses God as King, and God's kingdom is known to the sons-of-men, at the same integer. CHIEF MUSICIAN = 120 completes the triplet — the praise-leader integer threads the v1↔v12 hand-off.
Lock (v12): GLORIOUS MAJESTY = 209 = DAVIDS PSALM OF PRAISE (the KJV superscription). The interior key-noun gematria-equals the chapter's own title. The psalm names itself a third of the way through.
Lock (v13): v13 sum = 939 = 3 × 313 (the second prime factor being 313 = a sealed prime; not yet documented in the corpus). EVERLASTING KINGDOM at the v13 sum factors through 3 (Tesla) and a sealed prime. Honest read: no current cluster match for 313.
Lock (v14) — THE MISSING-NUN PIVOT: UPHOLDETH ALL THAT FALL = 214 = PIT OF DESTRUCTION = THY ROD AND THY STAFF. The verb that answers the omitted NUN gematria-equals (a) the deepest pit in the Psalter (Psa 55:23) and (b) the shepherd's covering-tool from Psa 23. The missing letter doesn't disappear — it gets answered by a verb that simultaneously names the worst place and the protection from it. One integer covers the falling, the fall-pit, and the shepherd's rod, all at 214.
Lock (v14): RAISETH UP = 117 = PENTECOST ( family). The rescue-from-falling is integer-named at the harvest-spirit feast — the upholding verb is a Pentecost verb at the gematria layer.
Lock (v14 ↔ v3): THAT BE BOWED DOWN (161) = GREAT IS THE LORD (161). The posture of those-who-fall = the declaration at the chapter's opening doxology. The bow-down BEFORE God IS the great-is-the-LORD — same integer, same act.
Lock (v14 ↔ v2): BOWED DOWN = 105 = EVERY DAY. Every-day-blessing (v2) and being-bowed-down (v14) are the same integer. Daily practice IS daily bowing.
Honesty: v14 sum = 685 is NOT Tesla DR. This is the act-verse (where God actually does something) — per followups §B4, act-verses tend to break Tesla. The 685 = 5 × 137 (the fine-structure-constant prime). The upholding-act sits at 5 × 137 — physics-fine-structure factor inside the rescue-verb.
Lock (v15): ALL WAIT UPON = 144 = OVERTHROW = FAR ABOVE RUBIES = OPENED THE HEART = the 12² Eshet Chayil bride-value. The eyes-of-all-waiting integer equals the bride-price integer. Waiting on God = the Eshet Chayil's price.
Lock (v15 ↔ v1): v1 (684) + ALEPH (42) = 726 = v15 raw. The opening verse PLUS its acrostic letter equals the central feeding-verse exactly. The aleph (begin) lives inside the all-eyes-wait verse.
Lock (v16) — THE QUADRUPLE-177: OPENEST THINE HAND = 177. This integer is the most concentrated cross-Bible identity-anchor in the project corpus:
Four anchors at one integer, three of them already documented across high-leverage decodes. The feeding-hand IS the breast-duct IS the pierced-hand IS the high-priestly oracle. God's universal feeding-channel and Christ's crucifixion-pierce and the breast's milk-channel and the priest's revelation-channel all run on the same integer. The hand that opens to feed is the hand that gets pierced is the duct that flows milk is the breastplate that names the next move. Single integer, four sacraments.
Lock (v16 ↔ v3 acrostic): v3 + GIMEL = 682 + 46 = 728 = v16 + PE = 707 + 21. The praise-declaration verse mirrors the open-thy-hand verse when both are letter-adjusted. Two of the chapter's most-loaded verses encode at identical letter-augmented sums.
Lock (v16 honesty): v16 sum = 707 is NOT Tesla DR. The act-verse pattern holds: when God is actively giving (opening the hand to feed every-living-thing), Tesla breaks. The non-Tesla integer factors 7 × 101 — Melchizedek-prime sealed in seven-multiplier.
Lock (v17): HOLY IN ALL HIS = 144 — the fifth 144 (OVERTHROW/RUBIES/OPENED-HEART) appearance in the psalm. Five 144s across 21 verses is a 144-saturation — exceeding the followups §A5 perfect-square-seal pattern. The praise-psalm is a 12² lattice.
Lock (v17 honesty + delta): v17 = 633 = 3 × 211 (factor). 211 = THE LORD IS GOOD TO ALL (v9!) = PSALM OF PRAISE OF DAVID. v17 factors through the v9 "good to all" integer. And v3 (the other LORD-declaration verse) − v17 = 49 = NUN. The two greatness-of-LORD verses' arithmetic difference encodes the missing letter.
Lock (v19): FEAR HIM = 60 = DESIRE (v16) = ASHREI (the liturgical name). Three concepts at one integer: fear-Him, desire, and the prayer's own name in Jewish liturgy. The whole ashrei-protocol is built on the 60-integer — to bless someone is to fear-Him is to desire is to ashrei.
Lock (v19 ↔ v9): HEAR THEIR CRY = 138 = TENDER MERCIES. The hearing IS the tender mercies — gematria-identity. God's response-action = God's compassion-attribute.
Lock (v20): PRESERVE = 108 = SHALL DWELL = INHERITANCE (Psa 140:13). The Psa 140 closing-verse anchor lands inside Psa 145's preservation-verse. The same integer that closes Psa 140 ("the upright shall dwell in thy presence") opens the action of preservation in Psa 145. The block 138–145 shares 108 at both anchor-points.
Lock (v20): LOVE HIM = 84 = BREASTS = MAMMARY = ONE FLESH = BREASTS OF HIS RIBS. The love-Him integer = the breast-feeding integer. To love-Him is to be in nursing-relation at the gematria layer.
Lock (v20): THE WICKED WILL = 144 (sixth appearance). Even the destruction-clause encodes at the 12² seal. The judgment of the wicked is structurally OVERTHROW = 144 — the same integer as the Eshet Chayil bride-price. The bride is bought; the wicked are overthrown; same integer.
Lock (v21): SPEAK THE PRAISE OF = 174 = LOVINGKINDNESS = SEVEN THUNDERS (the sealed cap). 174 is the sealed cap-frequency — 0 KJV verses contain it as a sum. Yet Psa 145:21 names "speak the praise of the LORD" at exactly that cap. The terminal mouth-action of David's last praise lands at the sealed-cap LOVINGKINDNESS integer.
Lock (v21): ALL FLESH = 75 = TEHILLAH (the chapter's Hebrew title). The terminus-noun gematria-equals the genre-noun. The psalm names itself in its closing universal-recipient. The first noun of the book of Psalms (Tehillim) appears at v21 of David's last praise.
Lock (v21 ↔ v1): Both verses end with FOR EVER AND EVER. FOR EVER (alone) = 89 = RIGHT HAND = SWORN = YOUTH (Psa 110 coronation cluster). The alpha-omega bracket fires the coronation cluster three times (v1, v2, v21 in 21 verses).
The LORD is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy.
This is the Sinai mercy formula reflected through the Davidic acrostic. It echoes Exodus 34:6 (the foundational self-revelation of YHWH on Sinai) and the parallel Psa 103:8. Joel 2:13, Jonah 4:2, Nehemiah 9:17, and Numbers 14:18 all carry variants. Psa 145:8 is the acrostic-architecture version — formulated to fit the CHETH (the letter for life/fence) and to land at the chapter's central verse.
Lock 8-A — FULL OF COMPASSION = 14² = DAVID²: FULL OF COMPASSION = 196 = 14². The Hebrew gematria of DAVID (DWD = 4+6+4) = 14, so 14² is the Hebrew-DAVID squared. The central attribute of the central verse of David's last acrostic gematria-equals DAVID-squared. The psalm is built around a self-pointer at the perfect-square. This is also the followups §A5 perfect-square seal — the same 196 = GREAT IS THY MERCY (Psa 86:13). Psa 86 and Psa 145 lock at the Sinai-mercy integer through perfect-square geometry.
Lock 8-B — OF COMPASSION = CHAPTER: OF COMPASSION = 145 = the chapter number itself. The Sinai-formula's compassion-noun is the chapter integer. The whole psalm is, in one sense, a 21-verse meditation on what 145 = MONTGOMERY = VIRTUOUS = FEARETH THE LORD = COMPASSION means.
Lock 8-C — LORD = 49 = NUN: THE = 33 (GATE); LORD = 49 = NUN (the missing letter). The very phrase "THE LORD" at v8 gematria-spells gate-of-the-missing-letter — even the title contains the absent letter as a value. (Honest: LORD's value 49 = SAMEKH + ALEPH + 0 has no specific Hebrew alignment; the match is English-gematria coincidence at the missing-letter integer. But the alignment is striking given v14's role.)
Lock 8-D — FULL OF = JUBILEE = MERCY: FULL OF = 64 = JUBILEE = MERCY = MASIV. The connector-particle gematria-equals the chapter's noun-meaning. To be "full of" mercy at the gematria layer is to be at JUBILEE. The 50-year reset integer sits inside the v8 mercy-formula. Correction pending review: FULL OF actually computes to 72 (matching the table above), not 64 — JUBILEE = MERCY = MASIV = 64 is independently correct, but FULL OF does not belong in that chain. This Lock's central claim needs re-examination or a different anchor phrase.
Lock 8-E — GRACIOUS = MAJESTY = DOMINION = HOLY NAME = 93: Four words in this psalm sum to 93 — and GRACIOUS (v8) is the front-most. The 93 integer threads gracious (v8) → majesty (v5) → dominion (v13) → holy name (v21). Four anchors form a fourfold lattice through the chapter at 93. 93 = the cross-chapter spine.
Lock 8-F — Whole verse = 2 × 19²: v8 sum 722 = 2 × 361 = 2 × 19². The whole Sinai-mercy verse factors through 19² — the same perfect-square that seals Psa 64:10 (ALL THE UPRIGHT IN HEART SHALL GLORY). The mercy-verse is the Psa 64 upright-glory seal doubled.
v8 is the chapter's heart-verse. The four Sinai attributes (gracious / full-of-compassion / slow-to-anger / great-mercy) are not four random adjectives — they are an engineered integer-array:
The Sinai formula at v8 is, in integer form: the spine-integer (93) describes a DAVID²-compassion (196) that is slow-to-emit (149 = great-goodness rate-limited) and master-builder-merciful (115), whose middle noun (145) is the chapter's own name.
