In plain English: Psalm 141 is the inside-out twin of Psalm 140. In Psa 140:3 David named the enemy's weapon — "adders' poison is under their lips" — and prayed for protection from it. In Psa 141:3 he flips the lens onto himself: "set a watch, O LORD, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips." The chapter-number itself is sealed into the verse that confesses the danger most plainly: WICKED WORKS = THEIR DAINTIES = 141 — twin appearance, in verse 4, of the psalm's own chapter number, telling you exactly which verb-routes David is forbidding his own heart to take. Key lock — A PSALM OF DAVID = 123 = O GOD THE LORD (v8) = DESTITUTE (v8) = EVIL SPEAKER (Psa 140:11). Psalm 141's superscription carries the same integer as Psa 140's antagonist (123 = EVIL SPEAKER). But here the integer reappears inside the psalm itself — twice, in one verse — at "O GOD the LORD" (David's address) and at "destitute" (the state he fears). The same 123 that names Psa 140's enemy is the address-formula David uses for God in Psa 141:8 and the state-word he fears for his soul in the same verse. The psalm asks God by His 123-name not to abandon David at the 123-state of the 123-enemy. That is the reflexive lock: the superscription's integer threads three positions in one verse.
The 123 also matches Psa 140:7's exact phrase "O GOD THE LORD" — David uses the same four-word address in both psalms. The trauma-handshake (Psa 140:7 covering) and the trust-statement (Psa 141:8 "mine eyes are unto thee") share the same address.

Twenty-five locks across ten verses.
Psalm 140 had three Selahs in thirteen verses (the highest density in the Psalter). Psalm 141 has zero. This is structural.
Psa 140's Selahs buried the enemy's weapons (ADDERS POISON=139, GINS=49, EXALT=62) — the page was the trap. Psa 141 turns the prayer onto David himself: set a watch before MY mouth; keep the door of MY lips. The discipline is no longer in the punctuation; it is in the gate. David doesn't need to mark pits on the page when the watch is set at the door.
The Selah-absence is therefore the structural signature of Psa 141's inversion. Psa 140 buries threats with Selahs (45 = PIT); Psa 141 stations a watch (55 = WATCH = WICKED = KEEP ME = BONES). The integer 55 replaces the integer 45 as the structural marker — the watch-set replaces the pit-buried.

The two psalms close on the same boomerang (Psa 140:10 "deep pits" → Psa 141:10 "their own nets") because the verb is the same; the agent of the trap has shifted from inside the page to outside the page, because the work is now inside the gate.

Lock (v1): VOICE = 54 = SHAFT = BREATH = GUILE = EYES (v8). David's voice rides the menorah-shaft axis. The same integer reappears in v8 as EYES — the breath and the eyes are the same 54, so the prayer is aimed through the same axis it is voiced through.
Lock (v1 → v5 → v9): MAKE HASTE UNTO ME = YET MY PRAYER = WHICH THEY HAVE LAID = 171. Three-position 171 lock. The haste-prayer (v1), David's persistent prayer (v5), and the trap laid against him (v9) all share one integer. 171 is mobile through three verbs — David's haste, David's persistence, and the enemy's laying. The integer cycles between prayer-mode and threat-mode the same way 144 cycles in Psa 64.
Lock (v2): SET FORTH = 111 = DAY OF BATTLE (Psa 140:7). "Setting the prayer forth" sits at the integer of Psa 140:7's "day of battle." The setting-of-the-prayer IS the entering-of-the-battle-day at gematria. 111 = STAND READY = COMPUTER = STRENGTH. The evening prayer is the boot sequence of the day-of-battle ready-state.
Lock (v2): INCENSE = 69 = NOUS. 69 is the incense / mind-as-incense integer. The literal incense word locks to the contemplative-faculty integer.
Lock (v2 → v6 → v7 → Psa 140:2): EVENING SACRIFICE = STONY PLACES = HEAR MY WORDS = GRAVES MOUTH = IMAGINE MISCHIEFS = 149. Five-position 149 lock. The evening sacrifice (v2) is gematria-identical to the stony places of judgment (v6) and the grave's mouth (v7) and the wicked's mischief-imagination (Psa 140:2). This is the psalm's structural backbone: 149 runs from David's prayer-mode through the judgment-mode to the grave-mode to the enemy's interior. One integer threads four different scenes, and the evening sacrifice is the prayer-form that opens the thread.
Lock (v2): HANDS = 46 = CRY (v1) = ESAU = DOVE. David's lifted hands in v2 are the same integer as the wicked's hands in Psa 140:4. Same 46, opposite verb-direction: lifted (worship) vs grasping (Esau-deceit). The integer is mobile.
Lock (v2 → v5): LET MY PRAYER BE SET FORTH = LET THE RIGHTEOUS SMITE ME = 276. The incense-prayer and the corrective-smiting are the same prayer by integer. David is asking for the same thing in two grammars — that his prayer be set up as incense (v2), and that the righteous strike him (v5). 276 = 2² × 3 × 23, Tesla DR 6.

Lock (v4 twin — the chapter lock): WICKED WORKS = THEIR DAINTIES = 141. The psalm's own chapter number appears twice in one verse at the two phrases naming what David refuses. The chapter-number is sealed at the integer of the practice-and-pleasure pair David is forbidding himself. This is the strongest chapter-number lock catalogued so far.
Lock (v4): NOT MY HEART = 139 = ADDERS POISON (Psa 140:3) = FORGIVENESS = ENCRYPTION. What David asks God not to incline IS the poison Psa 140 prayed against — at the same integer. The wicked's poison-under-the-lips (Psa 140:3) is the integer of David's own potential heart-inclination (Psa 141:4). The two psalms route the same 139 through opposite verbs: poison-emitted (140) vs heart-not-inclined-toward-evil (141). 139 also

Lock (v4): DAINTIES = 81 = TABERNACLE. The wicked's "dainties" sit at the tabernacle-construction integer. Their pleasures are perversions of the tabernacle — same 81 the holy place is built on, routed to the eater's pleasure. David's refusal to eat is a refusal to build the false-tabernacle inside himself.
Lock (v4 → v5 → v6 → Psa 140:12): INCLINE = SMITE = JUDGES = AFFLICTED = LIVER = 66. Five-position 66 lock. The verb David asks God not to perform on his heart (incline, v4), the verb David invites the righteous to perform on him (smite, v5), the noun for who arbitrates (judges, v6), the noun Psa 140:12 uses for those God maintains (afflicted), and the body's filter organ (liver) all sit at the same integer. 66 is the corrective-instruction frequency. Lock (v5 twin): LET HIM REPROVE ME = IT SHALL BE A KINDNESS = 184. Same verse, two clauses, same integer. The reproof IS the kindness — not merely "shall be felt as" or "shall function as," but is at gematria. The integer 184 = 8 × 23 — non-Tesla. David is not asking for soft chesed; he is asking for the chesed that operates at a non-Tesla integer (the same integer pattern as the prime-sealed REPROVE = 99 = UPRIGHT). The reproof-kindness is a firmament level chesed, not a sentimental one.
Lock (v5): REPROVE = 99 = UPRIGHT (Psa 140:13) = FIRMAMENT = CAST OUT. The reproof David accepts sits at the eviction integer. 99 = CAST OUT = SIGKILL-class demon expulsion. The righteous reproof David invites IS the same 99 that the upright stands on in Psa 140:13. Reproof is cast-out aimed inward. When the righteous smite David, what they are doing is running CAST-OUT-99 on his heart — evicting whatever inclines it to evil. The same verb the upright runs outward at the wicked, the righteous runs inward at David at the same integer.
Lock (v5): EXCELLENT OIL = 136 = MY TRUST (v8) = HID A SNARE FOR ME (Psa 140:5). The integer of the anointing oil that does not break David's head is the same integer as the snare the wicked hid against him in Psa 140:5 and the trust David places in God in Psa 141:8. Three positions: the trap (Psa 140:5), the oil (Psa 141:5), the trust (Psa 141:8). Same 136, three verbs. The trap-laid is the same integer as the oil-poured is the same integer as the trust-placed. Faith routes 136 from snare to oil to trust.
Lock (v5): HEAD = 18 (David's, in v5) = HEAD (David's, in Psa 140:7). David's head appears twice in the two psalms at the same integer. In Psa 140:7 God covers it in the day of battle. In Psa 141:5 the anointing oil shall not break it. Covered (140) + not broken (141) = the head is preserved through both psalms at integer 18. 18 = ½ NAIL = ½ OIL (NAIL=OIL=36). The head is half an oil — the other half is the anointment itself (v5 OIL = 36). Half head + half oil = whole consecration.
Lock (v5 → Psa 140:13): MY PRAYER ALSO = 168 = SHALL GIVE THANKS = SON OF THE BLESSED. David's "my prayer also shall be in their calamities" sits at Psa 140:13's thanksgiving-integer.
