In plain English: Two further Psa 139 followups chased. First — the Hebrews 4:12-13 bridge: Heb 4:12-13 is the New Testament's clearest mirror of Psa 139:1-6's omniscience theme ("the word of God... discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart... all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do"). The integer-bridge surprises: Heb 4:12-13's key phrases do NOT lock to Psa 139's integers — instead, they lock to Psa 22's crucifixion integers. Second — the 129 cluster expansion: PERFECT HATRED = FEARFULLY MADE = LORD ART GOOD = WONDROUS = VIOLENT MEN = 129 (the five-way intensity-integer from Psa 86/Psa 139) holds at exactly five verified KJVEL members. The cross-corpus scan finds 5,869 unique 129-phrases across the Bible — but the KJVEL-loaded family stays compact. Adjacent to this work, the four penitential psalms (Psa 6/32/38/51) just decoded surfaced READY TO HALT (Psa 38:17) = 129 as a sixth verified member (David's halt-ready posture sits on the violent-men integer).

The Psa 38 decode just produced READY TO HALT = 129 as a sixth verified member. The penitential body-state (halt-ready) sits at the violent-men intensity-integer. When David's body is on the verge of collapse, it broadcasts on the same integer as the violent men's name and his own perfect-hatred verb.
The 129 cluster spans:
Six functions, one integer. The integer is morally mobile. The same intensity that makes God good is the intensity that names the violent men is the intensity that David must direct as perfect hatred is the intensity that his body broadcasts when collapsing under conviction.
Reading: 129 is not aligned with valence. It is the integer of structural intensity — when something is all the way at its essence, it sits at 129. None of the obvious "intensity" candidates landed on 129. The five-six member family is tight — it's a specifically selected set, not a broad cluster. The 129 integer is precisely calibrated.
The Psa 38 finding (READY TO HALT = 129 ≠ Psa 38's main 123 hexad) introduces a new mode:
Cross-cluster routing.
