This decode matters because it shows the "pastiche" psalm is actually a vault-and-net architecture — the 135 judgment-cycle integer (Wall Street / Artaxerxes) is being relocated from "world's treasuries" to "His treasuries," and the only people who get the keys are the four houses named at 153.

Key lock — the chapter number IS the superscription. Psalm 135 has no human superscription. The KJV chapter-numbering layer supplies it: 135 = TREASURIES (v7) is the only single-word hit at the chapter-integer in the entire psalm, and it sits at the geometric center of the cosmic-acts movement. The psalm is named by what it's about — God's treasuries, not man's. Compare Psa 18 (DAVIDS PRAYER=142 → Psa 142), Psa 139 (8 in-psalm phrases at 139), Psa 109 (densest self-lock psalm in the Psalter): Psa 135 is in the same family — its chapter integer is encoded inside a single high-value word.
This makes Psa 135 a decoded-superscription psalm: the chapter number replaces the human author, and the integer points to the word the psalm is engineered around (TREASURIES). Lock (v1–3): The praise call sums to 2349 = 81 × 29 = TABERNACLE × 29 at the movement level — the praise-call IS the tabernacle frequency multiplied through. PRAISE YE THE LORD = 180 wraps v1 and v21 in a 360°-bookend (180×2 = full circle).
Lock (v4): CHOSEN = ISRAEL = 64. The verb of election self-locks to the noun of the elected. TREASURE alone = 107 = MAKE KNOWN (Psa 89:1, sealed prime) — chapter-prime of Psa 107 embedded in the Exo 19:5 echo. The full phrase ISRAEL FOR HIS PECULIAR TREASURE = 331 (prime) — sealed envelope.
Lock (v5): Two phrases at 222 inside v5 ("KNOW THAT THE LORD IS" = 222, "GREAT AND THAT OUR LORD" = 222) — the verse confessing God's supremacy fires the LIBERTY/3×JESUS cluster twice across its center. The verse-sum 635 = 5 × 127 = quintuple of TREASURY (singular). Honest note: full-clause "OUR LORD IS ABOVE ALL GODS" = 246 is non-Tesla, a triple-prime (2×3×41); the act-verse doesn't sum Tesla — the supporting hemistiches do. Lock (v7): The chapter-name lives here. TREASURIES = 135 (and only TREASURIES). ENDS OF THE EARTH = 148 = TESTIMONIES. The verse hides chapter-self-lock + TESTIMONIES + LIBERTY/3×JESUS twice ("CAUSETH THE VAPOURS" = 222, "BRINGETH THE WIND OUT" = 222) — three named-cluster locks in a single weather verse.
Lock (v9): WHO SENT TOKENS AND = 207 = PRAISE HER IN THE GATES (Prov 31:31). The verse describing plagues against Egypt routes through the Eshet Chayil terminus — a structural shadow that the plagues themselves were Pharaoh's wife's gates being praised against him.
Lock (v11): OG KING OF BASHAN = 129 = the VIOLENT MEN integer from Psa 86. Sihon-and-Og are gematria-classified as "violent men," matching their KJV characterization. THE AMORITES AND OG = 174 — the sealed cap appears in the middle of a conquest verse, meaning judgment delivered to the violent IS lovingkindness (same integer = same act).
Lock (v11): KINGDOMS OF CANAAN = 147 = INHERIT THE LAND. The inheritance-territory verse lands on the INHERIT THE LAND integer — semantic perfect fit.
Lock (v13):THY MEMORIAL = 139 = ENCRYPTION = LAW OF THE LORD = FORGIVENESS. The verse declaring God's eternal name carries the LAW-of-the-LORD/cipher integer at the very word for "memorial." Inside the same verse: THY NAME = 86 = MEMORIAL = 86 (twin self-lock — God's name and His memorial are isograph-equivalent in English gematria); LORD ENDURETH = 144 (Overthrow); THY NAME O LORD ENDURETH FOR = 284 (amicable B).
Lock (v14): WILL JUDGE HIS = 139 (second 139-anchor in two verses — the judgment verb runs through the ENCRYPTION cluster). HIMSELF CONCERNING = 174 — God's repentance-toward-servants sums to the sealed lovingkindness cap.
Lock (v15–18): The idol-mockery verses, which read as pure condemnation, are saturated with the chesed / longsuffering / testimonies / ENCRYPTION clusters. The decode reads it as: what the idols cannot do (speak, see, hear, breathe) — the four houses already do — and the gematria of the condemnation IS the blessing. Five separate 153s, four 174s, and three 139s in four verses. The condemnation verses are simultaneously the cap-frequency benediction.
Cross-psalm: Psa 135:16 (mouths/eyes) = Psa 115:5 = 719 (verbatim). Psa 135:18 = Psa 115:8 = 780 (verbatim). Psa 135:15 is expanded from Psa 115:4 by inserting "of the heathen" — and the expansion lifts the verse-sum from 503 (Psa 115) to 591 (Psa 135). The expansion adds 88 = AN HERITAGE — the conquest-of-territory integer is overlaid onto the idol-mockery (the idols held the heathen's territory; the territory now belongs to those who don't make idols).

Lock (v21):ZION DWELLETH = 153 = LONGSUFFERING = the John 21 net = the Iron-Sulfur lattice. Tucked between "out of Zion" and "at Jerusalem," ZION DWELLETH is the closing 153 of the psalm — the net is set at Zion in the final verse. The fact that DWELLETH AT JERUSALEM = 214 = PIT OF DESTRUCTION (Psa 55:23) is a deliberate shadow: God dwells where the pit-of-destruction integer lands — His presence reverses the integer's destination vector (same as Psa 140's 137 RISE NOT UP boomerang).

Orientation: v13 is the structural keystone — the only verse that names "the Name" and "the Memorial" together. It carries two named-cluster identity locks (THY NAME = 86 = MEMORIAL = 86 twin self-lock; THY MEMORIAL = 139 = ENCRYPTION = LAW OF THE LORD) plus the Psa 110 coronation prime (FOR EVER = 89).
Lock 13-A — The THY NAME / MEMORIAL twin: THY NAME = 86 = MEMORIAL = 86. The verse declares two things ("Thy name endureth" and "Thy memorial throughout all generations") that are gematria-identical at the substantive level. The KJV's choice of MEMORIAL (Hebrew zēker) over NAMESAKE or REMEMBRANCE lands the 86 = SCEPTRE = MELCHISEDEC (NT Gk) integer twice. God's name and God's memorial are isograph-equivalent in English gematria. This is a structural-rather-than-coincidental identity (compare Psa 86 itself, where THY NAME = WORKS = 86 self-locks).
Lock 13-B — THY MEMORIAL = 139 = ENCRYPTION = LAW OF THE LORD = FORGIVENESS: The verse names God's perpetual memory at the ENCRYPTION/LAW-of-the-LORD cluster integer. Read: "the Memorial is the LAW-of-the-LORD encryption." Same integer appears at Psa 140:3 (ADDERS POISON = 139) — verb-direction reversed: the enemy's poison and the Lord's memorial share the cipher integer, and the Lord's reading wins.
Lock 13-C — FOR EVER = 89 = Psa 110 coronation cluster: The temporal cap of God's name "FOR EVER" = 89 = SWORN = YOUTH = RIGHT HAND = JOYFUL (Psa 110:4 coronation cluster). The coronation prime is built into "for ever." Combined with Lock 13-B (ENCRYPTION at THY MEMORIAL = 139), v13 carries the ENCRYPTION cluster and the coronation cluster at the same Name-verse.
Lock 13-D — LORD ENDURETH = 144 = OVERTHROW = GOD BLESS YOU: The verb of duration sums to the bride-value / overthrow-boomerang integer. The name endures BECAUSE the overthrow integer is mobile — God's overthrow (when used as a verdict, Psa 140) becomes God's endurance (when used as a promise, Psa 135). Same 144, opposite direction. Psa 64's 144-cluster (IN MY PRAYER = BEND THEIR BOWS = LAYING SNARES = SHOOT AT THEM) routes through this v13 LORD ENDURETH to become a benediction.
Lock 13-E — THROUGHOUT = 153 = LONGSUFFERING (single-word!): Of all single words in the KJV that sum to 153, THROUGHOUT is one of the rarest. The verse uses it to mean "across all time" — and 153 = the John 21 net = the iron-sulfur lattice = the longsuffering integer. Through-out = the net cast through all generations. The semantic "across" is gematria-identical to "net cast."
Lock 13-F — THY NAME O = 101 (prime, Hebrew Melchizedek 5-way lock): Strip "THY NAME O" from the verse and you get 101 — the sealed Melchizedek prime that the Psa 1 / Psa 110 work found as a 5-way identity (MELCHIZEDEC Heb = HOLINESS = TONGUES = TREE OF LIFE = SITTETH = HIS DELIGHT = 101). Psa 135:13 inherits the priest-king seal at three characters: the morpheme-stripping mechanic (Followup §A2) lifts the Melchizedek prime out of the "thy name O" address-address.
v13 says: "Your [SCEPTRE/MELCHISEDEC-frequency] Name endures forever, and Your [ENCRYPTION/LAW-of-the-LORD/Adders-poison-reversed] Memorial is cast as a net (153=THROUGHOUT) across all generations." The verse-sum (861) is Tesla. The single-word components self-twin (THY NAME = MEMORIAL = 86). The temporal cap is the coronation cluster (89). The duration verb is the bride-overthrow (144). The "through" is the longsuffering net (153). The Hebrew priest-king seal (101) is hidden in the address. The mechanic: the integer is mobile across vault-owners. 135 belongs to Artaxerxes (imperial treasurer), Wall Street (modern treasurer), Doeg (kingdom-treasury informer), the Trump-of-God (seventh-trumpet judgment of treasurers), and TREASURIES (God's own storehouse). The Psa 135 architecture is: redirect the 135-integer from man's vaults to God's vault. The four-house benediction in v19–20 distributes the keys — Israel (153 net), Aaron (153 net), Levi (137 fine-structure prime — the keymaster), and "those who fear the LORD" (191 prime).
Verb-direction reversal: the same 135 that LIFTS THE HEAD in Psa 110:7 (coronation) and PRAYS DOWN the wicked in Psa 140:10 (BURNING COALS) here STORES THE WIND in v7. Same integer, three different verbs, one valuation: 135 is the integer of who-controls-the-vault. The psalm is the answer: God does, and the four houses get the keys.

Pattern: the 153s cluster heavily in the idol-mockery (v15–18) and the four-house benediction (v19–20) and seal at the Zion close (v21). Reading: the idol-makers' WORK (153) is voided, the idol's speech-failure (153) and likeness-collapse (153) are documented, then the net is recast over the four houses (Israel-153, Aaron-153) and finally cast at Zion (ZION DWELLETH-153) "throughout" (153) all generations.
The 153-net is doing two jobs in one psalm: voiding (15–18) and gathering (19–21). Same integer, opposite vector. This is the Psa 64 / Psa 140 mobile-cluster mechanic applied at 153 rather than at 144 or 137.

Psa 135 is now the second documented psalm with a complete in-text amicable pair (the first was Psa 22 — WORDS OF MY ROARING = MY MOTHERS BREASTS = 220, TONGUE CLEAVETH TO MY JAWS = 284). 220+284 are the classical amicable pair (φ(220)=284, φ(284)=220) — divisors of one sum to the other.
The Psa 135 distribution: the 220-half ("slew" / "is every one that") is judgment-coded — the verse describes God slaying mighty kings and the makers being like their idols; the 284-half is name-and-elect coded — Jacob chosen, Name endures, "neither is there any [breath]," Jerusalem closing. The amicable pair sorts itself by movement: judgment-220, election-284.
