Key lock — the superscription names the seed. A SONG OF DEGREES = 140. Strip the indefinite article: SONG OF DEGREES = 139 = PRECIOUS SEED = ENCRYPTION = LAW OF THE LORD = ADDERS POISON = FORGIVENESS. The witness-statement = the going-out = the coming-back. What the heathen say of God (v2: "The LORD hath done great things for them") IS what the sower does (v6: going forth weeping / bringing home sheaves) at integer level. The cosmic statement and the agricultural act are the same act.

Lock 3-A (the −6 witness delta): The witness formula is spoken first by the heathen (v2, FOR THEM = 85), then echoed by Israel (v3, FOR US = 79). The 6-integer drop is exactly the Tesla-witness gap — moving from third-person observation to first-person reception costs 6 at integer level. The witness doesn't grow; it personalizes by losing 6.
Lock 3-B (testimonies in the echo): US WHEREOF WE = 148 = TESTIMONIES. The phrase where Israel echoes the heathen ("...for us, whereof we are glad") sits at the testimonies integer. Combined with v4's AS THE STREAMS = 148, the testimonies cluster fires twice across v3-v4.
Lock 4-A (the 220/284 fragment): TURN AGAIN OUR CAPTIVITY = 284. The high-half of the amicable pair (220/284) fires at the prayer-restatement of v1's witness. Combined with CAPTIVITY = 125 (the violent-man integer), v4 says: "Move the violent-man payload back through the amicable channel." This bridges to — TJFD=220 is the low-half, and Psa 126:4 carries the high-half as a prayer.
Lock 4-B (testimonies in the wadis): AS THE STREAMS = 148 = TESTIMONIES. The dry-stream-bed image (Negev wadis filling with the first rains) sits at the testimonies integer. The verse asks God to turn the captivity as desert streams fill — the streambed of testimony.
Lock 4-C (cap bridges v4 to v5): THE SOUTH THEY = 174 — the sealed cap reappears at the junction between the wadi prayer and the sow-reap promise. The cap-integer is the structural bridge.
Lock 5-A (TEARS = 63 = SIGHT): TEARS=63=SIGHT=ELEVEN . The same integer that resolves the Lev 10 contiguous-deletion (NADAB+ABIHU=63=SIGHT=ELEVEN) is the integer of tears in Psa 126. Wilms / WAGR territory. Tears at 63 = restored sight at 63 — the weeping is the optical-restoration mechanism.

Lock 6-D (the going/returning halves sum to v6): GOING (480) + RETURNING (672) = 1152 = v6 verse-sum, exactly. The verse splits cleanly at the central comma, and the halves add up at integer. 480 = 32 × 15 = the descent half; 672 = 32 × 21 = the ascent half. Ratio 672/480 = 7/5 (sabbath/grace). Lock 6-V-F — REJOICING = WITH HIM = 90. The verse's final two emphases land at one integer. The rejoicing and the with-him-presence are inseparable: structural twin at v6's close. The harvester does not return alone, and the return is not in solitude — both are 90 = THY ROD = MORNING (the morning-rod of Aaron's budding).
v6 is the seed-multiplication theorem at gematria.
