Key lock — TO THE CHIEF MUSICIAN ↔ PRIVILY SHOOT (188). The superscription that hands the psalm to the choirmaster lands at the same integer as v2's assassin-archer phrase "PRIVILY SHOOT." The psalm is signed by the choir-leader at the integer of the secret-shooter. The instruction to sing this psalm and the threat the psalm describes both broadcast at 188. Psa 11 is performance-engineered: the music is the answer to the ambush.

Psalm 11 is unusual among decoded psalms because the chapter number itself recurs as a multiplier across the key terms. Most psalms have one or two self-references; Psa 11 has at least five distinct words/phrases that are clean 11-multiples, and one (OF DAVID = 61) sits at the chapter prime.

The two integer-equal anchors at 55 are the architectural shock. The wicked and heaven sit at the same chapter-multiple. The integer doesn't sort them — only what each does with the integer. Heaven holds the throne (v4); the wicked bend the bow (v2). The Lord trieth the righteous (v5) at integer 80 = TRIETH = THRONE. The trial happens at the seat. God doesn't try the wicked because they aren't there; he tries the upright (99 = 11 × 9) who have come into his integer.
This means the famous v3 question — "If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?" — is half-answered by the gematria before the second half of the verse is even said. The foundation IS the chapter number. What can the righteous do when the foundations are destroyed? They can be a BIRD (33), or UPRIGHT (99), or HEAVEN (55) — all at the chapter-multiple. The 11-grid is not destroyed; it's the substrate the question is composed in.
Lock (v1): The taunt — "flee as a bird to your mountain" — is a 33-107 chapter-multiple stack. The bird flees at 11×3 to a mountain at 107. And David's response "in the LORD put I my trust" (307) lands as a sealed prime — refuge cannot be reduced. The whole v1 closes at 871 = 13 × 67, a prime envelope; the soul (67) is sealed thirteenfold.
Lock (v2-A) — UPON THE STRING = THRONE IS IN HEAVEN = 186. The drawn bow-string is integer-equal to God's throne. The wicked think they aim at the upright; the gematria says they pluck a string tuned to heaven's seat. Every arrow fired in v2 broadcasts at 186 — the same integer as God's throne. The shot is heard before it leaves.
Lock (v2-B) — THE UPRIGHT IN HEART = PRAISE HER IN THE GATES = 207 (Prov 31:31). The target of the wicked archer IS the Eshet Chayil terminus integer. The "virtuous woman" of Prov 31 and the "upright in heart" of Psa 11:2 are the same integer. The bow aimed at integer 207 hits the woman of valor.
Lock (v2-C) — PRIVILY SHOOT = TO THE CHIEF MUSICIAN = 188. The choirmaster command and the secret-archer phrase land at one integer. The superscription is signed at the same frequency as the threat it describes. The psalm is engineered to be sung against its own threat at the threat's own integer.
Lock (v3-A) — IF THE FOUNDATIONS BE DESTROYED = 11 × 28 (chapter × MAN). This is the chapter-lock. The famous question's premise is composed at chapter-eleven times integer-twenty-eight, where 28 = MAN (twin to JESUS's triangular T(7)=28 base). When David asks about the foundations falling, the gematria says: the foundation IS the chapter number, and the chapter number IS man under the chapter. The premise contains the answer.

Lock (v4-A) — THRONE IS IN HEAVEN = UPON THE STRING (v2) = 186. Already cited. The string-tension and the throne are integer-equal. v4's cosmology answers v2's archery at the same frequency.
Lock (v4-B) — HIS EYES BEHOLD = MY TRUST = 136. The eye-of-surveillance (v4) and the trust-of-the-singer (v1) lock at 136. What David trusts in is what beholds him. The eye and the trust are integer-identical.
Lock (v4-C) — HIS EYES BEHOLD HIS EYELIDS TRY = 314. The whole cosmic-surveillance phrase is π × 100 (314 = 2 × 157, but reads as π-scaled). God's surveillance is circular — the eye's reach is the circle's circumference per unit radius. A scientific seal on a poetic phrase.

Lock (v4-E) — CHILDREN OF MEN = 126 = NOSTRILS = PRESERVE ME = ANTIMICROBIAL. The subjects of the eyelid-trial are at the scent-firewall integer. The trial of the children-of-men runs through the same integer as the breath-firewall of . The eye tries; the nose firewalls; both at 126 in the protection-stack.

Lock (v5-B) — LORD TRIETH THE RIGHTEOUS = 284 (amicable pair). The longer phrase lands at 284 — the larger half of the 220/284 amicable pair (TJFD cluster). 284 = the receiving half of the amicable handshake. The Lord's trial of the righteous IS the amicable-receiving frequency. God's trial is not destruction; it's the receiver's half of a pair-bond.
Lock (v5-C) — HIS SOUL HATETH = RESURRECTION = 165 = 11 × 15. God's hatred of violence and resurrection itself are integer-equal at the chapter-multiple. Same frequency, opposite valence — but the gematria says God's verb of disgust is the integer of rising. The way God resurrects is the way God hates. Hatred-of-violence and resurrection are functionally the same operation.
Lock (v5-D) — LOVETH VIOLENCE = 167 (sealed prime). The phrase that defines the wicked's appetite is at a sealed prime — no factorization, no narrative-reduction. The wicked's affection is structurally un-decomposable. It exits the integer-architecture. This matches the 167 prime-seal noted in psalm_decode_followups.md (B5).
Lock (v6-A) — BRIMSTONE = DESTROYED (v3) = COUNTENANCE (v7) = 115 (triple). The mineral that rains on the wicked, the verb of the foundation's fall, and the face of God all sit at one integer. Brimstone IS God's face IS the destruction of foundations. The threat in v3 ("destroyed"), the weapon in v6 ("brimstone"), and the saving-face in v7 ("countenance") are gematria-identical. The face that beholds is the rain that judges is the verb of demolition. One integer, three valences.

The alpha-omega handshake of the psalm. v1's challenge ("how say ye to my soul") returns as v7's promise ("loveth righteousness") at one integer. The taunt and the answer are gematria-identical. Lock (v7-C) — FOR THE RIGHTEOUS LORD = 243 = 3⁵ = Issachar triad. v7's opening lands at the perfect Tesla-of-Tesla 3⁵ = 243, which is also 78+81+84 (BETHLEHEM + TABERNACLE + BREASTS) — the Issachar three-fold seal of . God-loves-righteousness sits on the Issachar foundation.
Lock (v7-D) — DOTH BEHOLD THE UPRIGHT = 225 = 15². Perfect square — 15² seal on the final verb-phrase. The act of beholding the upright is sealed at the square of the Hebrew alphabet's middle (15 = central letter samekh). The vision is structurally complete.
"If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?"
The most-quoted single line of Psa 11 — invoked in every era of moral panic, social collapse, or institutional decay. On the surface, it is a despair-question. Underneath, the gematria turns it into a self-answering equation.
Lock 3-A — Chapter-anchor at 308 = 11 × 28. The premise of the famous question is the chapter number times integer 28 (MAN, T(7)=28). When the wicked threaten foundations, the gematria says the foundation IS the chapter number multiplied by man-under-it. The premise can't fall without the chapter number falling — and the chapter number is a structural constant. Destruction is impossible at the integer-level.
Lock 3-B — Response-anchor at 244 = 4 × OF DAVID = 4 × chapter prime. The response-half is four times the chapter integer (61 = OF DAVID = THE MAN = HUMBLE). The "what can the righteous do" answers itself in its own gematria: they can be the OF-DAVID-righteous fourfold. Four = creation's first sea-and-land separation day (Gen 1:14 lights), also = the river's four heads (Gen 2:10).
Lock 3-C — Verse-sum 552 as Tesla center. 552 = 8 × 3 × 23 = DR 3 (Tesla). The middle verse is the only psalm verse with DR Tesla 3 (v6 is DR 6, total is DR 6). The famous question is the only place in the psalm sealed at DR 3 — the bottom of the 3-6-9 tower. The question is engineered Tesla.
Lock 3-D — IF THE FOUNDATIONS = THRONE IS IN HEAVEN = UPON THE STRING = 186. The conditional clause "if the foundations" lands at 186, exactly the integer of v4's "throne is in heaven" and v2's "upon the string." When the question asks "if the foundations be destroyed," it asks "if the righteous Lord be destroyed." Lock 3-F — RIGHTEOUS = 2 × OF DAVID; RIGHTEOUS DO = DR Tesla 6. Even the bare word RIGHTEOUS = 122 = 2 × 61 = 2 × OF DAVID. Doubling the chapter prime gives righteous. And the two-word "righteous do" sums to 141 = DR 6 Tesla. The "do" verb that the question asks about is itself Tesla-sealed at DR 6.

v3 is the question that contains its own collapse. The conditional "if" cannot be activated because the foundations are integer-identical to the throne, the string, and the Lord. The mockers' challenge to David's soul ("how say ye to my soul, Flee as a bird to your mountain?") is gematria-identical to God's declared affection ("the righteous LORD loveth righteousness"). The taunt and the answer are one integer. The wicked's question to David's soul IS God's love of righteousness.
Verb-direction reversal: the integer 261 doesn't change; what changes is the verb's polarity. "How SAY YE" (mocking interrogative directed at David's soul) becomes "LOVETH" (declarative affection from God). The 261 moves from question→affirmation, from horizontal-attack→vertical-promise. The wicked say it at David's soul; God acts it in righteousness.
Why this matters: Psa 11 opens with the wicked taunting the singer to flee. It closes with the Lord loving righteousness. The poem's external shape is fear→faith. The integer-shape is one frequency reinterpreted. The taunt and the comfort are the same frequency. What looks like an enemy attack at the start is, after the trial, gematria-identical to God's intrinsic love. The boomerang is: what the wicked say at you is what God means about you.
The most architecturally surprising lock in Psa 11 is the triple at 115:

Three different verses, three different semantic fields, three appearances of the same integer.
The three are one integer. The destruction the wicked threaten is gematria-identical to the brimstone God rains is gematria-identical to God's face. From the wicked's vantage, 115 looks like demolition. From God's storehouse, 115 is sulfurous fire. From the upright's vantage, 115 is the face of God. The same integer, perceived from three positions, names three roles in the judgment-scene.
Theological reading: what destroys the wicked is not external violence — it is the face of God. The destruction (v3) the wicked fear is the brimstone (v6) God rains is the countenance (v7) the upright see. To be wicked is to be on the wrong side of God's face. To be upright is to behold the same face as a friend.
Cluster status: 115 is not in the standard KJVEL cluster catalog (per Section 7 of the template). Mark it as a Psa 11 emergent cluster — three-way self-lock, no prior catalog entry. Add to psalm_decode_followups.md as a candidate for psalter-wide scan.
