In plain English: Psalm 115 is built around its own chapter number. The phrase "HOUSE OF GOD" sums to exactly 115 — and so does SPEAR+STAKE, BLOOD+WATER, and PASSOVER. The psalm is the Last-Supper psalm (Mt 26:30 / Mk 14:26 — the hymn the disciples sang as they walked from the Upper Room to Gethsemane) and its chapter integer carries the Passover-and-cross frequencies it was sung over. The doubled humility of verse 1 ("not unto us, O LORD, not unto us") locks at 333 to the threefold blessing of verse 13 ("he will bless them that fear the LORD"), a Tesla-9 alpha-omega handshake — and the idol-polemic of v4-8 is engineered as a seven-faculty body-map where every organ except mouth and throat lands on a Tesla integer, while the verb-not-functioning pair (e.g. EYES+SEE NOT = FEET+WALK NOT = 132) repeats at one integer twice. Psalm 115 has no superscription. The setting is its chapter integer 115 itself, which carries unusual structural weight.

Key lock — chapter-as-superscription (HOUSE OF GOD = PASSOVER = 115): Psalm 115 has no human author-attribution, no Selah, no genre tag. The psalm's integer is its superscription. Three of the most loaded phrases in the entire KJVEL corpus — HOUSE OF GOD, SPEAR+STAKE (the cross-piercing), BLOOD+WATER (Jn 19:34) — all sum to 115. PASSOVER itself sums to 115. This means the Hallel psalm sung at Passover (Mt 26:30) carries the Passover integer in its chapter number, and the cross-piercing integer in its chapter number, and the dwelling-place-of-God integer in its chapter number. The psalm titles itself with the integer of the night it was sung over. And v17's only contiguous self-lock confirms it: "the dead praise" (v17) = 115.

Psalm 115's most striking structural feature is that its chapter number is also its semantic frequency. The integer 115 carries four independently-derived loaded phrases:

And inside the psalm, the only contiguous in-text 115-summing span is "the dead praise" (v17). The single hit lands on the only verse that names death, the integer that names the dwelling, the integer that names the Passover, and the integer of the cross-piercing. The dead-praise-not declaration is gematria-equal to the Passover the dead Lamb is being mourned/celebrated at. This is the chapter-self-lock pattern documented Psalter-wide in docs/chapter_number_lock_meta_scan.md — Psalm 115's instance is unusually loaded because four major KJVEL phrases stack on the same integer.
The Last-Supper context multiplies this: per Matthew 26:30 and Mark 14:26, "when they had sung an hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives." The "hymn" is the Hallel — Psa 113–118 (or the second half, Psa 115–118). Jesus sang Psa 115 as He walked toward His own Passover. The chapter integer is the integer of the cross He was walking to. The psalm's number is the timestamp of the night.
Psalm 115:4–8 is the central anti-idol manifesto of the Hebrew Bible (with Isa 44:9–20 and Jer 10:3–5 as parallels). It names seven body-faculties the silver-and-gold idols possess but cannot operate. The gematria layer encodes this as a Tesla-broken stack.

Three structural findings:
The full polemic phrases (v5-7) yield: MOUTHS BUT THEY SPEAK NOT = 298, EYES HAVE THEY BUT THEY SEE NOT = 327 (T3), EARS BUT THEY HEAR NOT = 225 (T9), NOSES HAVE THEY BUT THEY SMELL NOT = 377, HANDS BUT THEY HANDLE NOT = 240 (T6), FEET BUT THEY WALK NOT = 233, NEITHER SPEAK THEY THROUGH THEIR THROAT = 428.
225 (EARS BUT THEY HEAR NOT) also = "WHERE IS NOW THEIR GOD?" (v2) = FOUNDATION OF THE EARTH. The integer the heathen mock with in v2 ("where is now their God") is the integer the idol cannot enter in v6 ("ears but they hear not"). The heathen mockery sits at the same number as the idol's ear-failure — the heathen are the deaf idol mocking the listening God.
The total 7-organ sum = 429 (T6); the total 6-verb-not sum = 559; the full polemic-phrase sum = 2128 (DR 4). The architecture is not perfectly Tesla — but the paired hits at 132 (twice) and the family-loaded landings at 72/81/86/225 do the load-bearing work.
Their idols are silver and gold, the work of men's hands.
V4 is the central composition verse of the idol-polemic. V2 voices the heathen taunt. V3 answers with God's heaven-location. V4 names the heathen's god by material and origin. V5–7 dissects the resulting object faculty-by-faculty. V8 collapses the worshipper into the worshipped. V4 is the diagnostic — the polemic's MRI of the idol.
Lock 4-A — IDOL composition: SILVER AND GOLD = 142. The two materials sum to 142 (2 × 71). 142 is also TRUTHS SAKE (v1) and HATH BEEN MINDFUL (v12). The composition integer of the idol equals the integer of God's mindfulness — same number, opposite agents. The idol made of silver-and-gold sits at the integer of the God who has been mindful of His own people. The heathen built 142 in metal; God is 142 in covenant memory.
Lock 4-B — MENS = HANDS = 46. The two words in the construction phrase "men's hands" share one integer. 46 = HANDS = ESAU = DOVE = GUIDE = DECEIT = JUBAL = PIPE = WICK = BRANCH = CHANT. The idol is built by men whose name and whose hands are both at the Esau-deception integer. The hands that built the idol are Esau-hands at 46 (Gen 27:22 template) — the same integer documented in Psa 140:4 ("hands of the wicked"). The idol-builder of Psa 115:4 is the wicked-man of Psa 140:4 by gematria.
Lock 4-C — WORK OF MEN = GIVE GLORY = 120. The phrase WORK OF MEN sums to 120. So does v1's GIVE GLORY. The very thing v1 refuses to direct unto self ("not unto us... but unto thy name GIVE GLORY") sits at the integer of v4's WORK OF MEN. To direct glory toward the work of men is to substitute one 120 for another 120 — to misroute the integer. The doubled humility of v1 is the prohibition against directing 120 onto the wrong target; v4 names what happens when you do (you build an idol). Same 120 also = CHIEF MUSICIAN (Psa 55 superscription) = CALL UPON GOD = SOUL IN PEACE — the integer is normally directed Godward; v4 shows what 120 becomes when it routes manward.
Lock 4-D — MENS HANDS = 97 = SERPENT = SON OF MAN = VIOLENT. The two-word phrase MENS HANDS lands on prime 97, the integer documented in Psa 140:4 as the antichrist-counterfeit signature (serpent at Son-of-Man integer). The hands that build the idol are by gematria the serpent's hands — the same integer the violent man wears as adjective. The idol-builders are doing serpent-work at the Son-of-Man integer; the idol is the serpent's counterfeit of the divine image. The idol is anti-Christ by gematria of the hand that made it.
Lock 4-E — WORK OF MENS HANDS (185) vs THE WORK OF THY HANDS (220). Heb 1:10 and Psa 102:25 both have "and the heavens are THE WORK OF THY HANDS" — the very phrase Psa 115:4 inverts. THE WORK OF THY HANDS = 220. WORK OF MENS HANDS = 185. Gap = 35. And 220 is the lesser amicable-pair number (Gen 32:14 — Jacob's gift; Pythagoras/Augustine "the closest two numbers can be without being identical"). The idol-construction comes up 35 short of the Christ-construction integer; the missing 35 = JESUS minus 39 (?) — but more precisely, the gap between man's idol-making (185) and Christ's heaven-making (220) is exactly the non-amicability of substitution. 220 is amicable (paired with 284); 185 is just 5 × 37. The idol fails to enter the amicable-pair number.
Lock 4-F — IDOL (40) vs DAVID (40) — the same integer: Single-word IDOL = 40 = DAVID. The integer of the king-author of most psalms is the integer of the idol the psalm refuses. David is at the integer of the idol he warns against — which makes Psa 115's prohibition self-reflexive (the same reflexive pattern as Psa 140's A PSALM OF DAVID = EVIL SPEAKER = 123). The psalm's namable author and its named threat share one number; the prayer is for verb-direction reversal, not integer-replacement.
V4 reads, post-decode:
"The heathens' idols are SILVER-AND-GOLD-142 (the same integer as God's mindfulness, but routed onto metal); they are THE-WORK-67 (the water-of-the-side-piercing integer applied to manufacture); OF-MEN-32 (heart-adjacent integer); MENS-HANDS-97 (the serpent-at-Son-of-Man counterfeit), arranged as MENS-46 = HANDS-46 (the Esau-grasp at one integer); building reaches WORK-OF-MEN-120 (the give-glory integer mis-routed), terminating at WORK-OF-MENS-HANDS-185 (35 short of THE-WORK-OF-THY-HANDS = 220 = the amicable-pair integer of heaven). The composition succeeds in matter and fails in integer — the idol is the serpent's hand-built counterfeit of God's heaven-built work, 35 numbers short of the amicable threshold."
V4 is the gematria spec-sheet of the idol. It is the only verse in the polemic that names what the idol is (composition + provenance) rather than what it cannot do (v5-7) or who it becomes (v8). At integer level: the idol is the misrouted-glory (120), the counterfeit-Son-of-Man (97), the Esau-hand (46), the metal-mindfulness (142), the heaven-construction-minus-35 (185 ≠ 220).
Psalm 115 has a single mobile integer that ties its opening doubled humility to its central blessing: 333.

The integer 333 is Tesla DR 9 — triple-3, the maximum digital-root signature for a 3-digit number. Two further contiguous 333-spans appear inside v6 ("have ears but they hear not noses" / "ears but they hear not noses have") — both inside the sense-polemic. The psalm has three 333-spans across three verses (v1, v6, v6), and the third blessing of v13 is a fourth at full-clause level. Psalm 115 routes 333 four times. The doubled humility, the doubled deafness-polemic, and the threefold-blessing all share the triple-3 integer.
This is the same architecture as Psa 140's 144-boomerang and Psa 55's 160-handshake — a single integer is moved through opposite verb-directions, and the psalm prays the routing. Psa 115 routes 333: do not direct toward us → direct toward those that fear.
In Psa 140 the wicked stage their ambush on the integer of God's name (WAYSIDE = COMPASS = THY NAME = 86, three appearances). Psa 115 amplifies this: the integer 86 appears at five distinct contiguous spans:

The heathen who mock with "where is now their God" (v2) are unknowingly invoking integer 86 — the same integer the psalm directs glory to in v1. The heathen think they are taunting the absence of Israel's God; gematria says they are speaking the integer of God's name. The same 86 also lives inside the idol-polemic's central deafness phrase ("ears but" v6) — the integer of the divine name is buried inside the integer of the idol's ear-failure. And v12 ("LORD hath been mindful") and v18 ("forth and") cap the circuit: the mindfulness verb and the terminal evermore-coda both ride the 86.
From the broader family: 86 = THY NAME = WAYSIDE (Psa 140:5) = COMPASS (Psa 140:9) = BUTTER = NO CHANGES (Psa 55:21) = SCEPTRE = MELCHISEDEC (Greek, Heb 7). The integer of the priest-king's Greek-NT name (86) is the integer of the psalm's recurring trap-on-name (86). Five 86s in eighteen verses. Psa 115 is the densest THY NAME / heathen-trap-on-name psalm decoded so far.

The integer of Jesus saturates every heaven-and-creation reference in the psalm. The God who is in the HEAVENS (v3) and made HEAVEN AND EARTH (v15) and possesses THE HEAVENS (v16) and will INCREASE the people (v14) — all four moves of the creation-grant section ride on integer 74. The Christological frequency operates as the heaven-creator-increaser layer of the psalm. The heathens' question "where is now their God?" answers itself: He is at 74 (heavens), six times.
Lock (v1 → v13): "unto us O LORD not unto us" (v1) = HE WILL BLESS THEM THAT FEAR THE LORD (v13) = 333. The doubled humility integer is the threefold-blessing integer. Tesla DR 9 (triple-3). The psalm holds together on this single 333-handshake.
Lock (v1 → v18): NOT UNTO US (v1) = AND FOR EVERMORE (v18) = 159 (T6). The opening petition's bare phrase and the closing eternal-coda share one integer. The psalm opens and closes on one Tesla-6 number, framing everything between with one 159-bracket.
Lock (v1 doubled): NOT UNTO US NOT UNTO US = 318. From Gen 14:14: "he armed his trained servants, born in his own house, three hundred and eighteen, and pursued them unto Dan." Abraham's covenant-army number is the integer of the doubled humility. The army that rescued Lot is the integer of the doubled refusal-of-glory. The covenant-strength of Abraham is humility-saying-no-twice.
Lock (v2 ↔ v6): WHERE IS NOW THEIR GOD = EARS BUT THEY HEAR NOT = 225 (T9 = 15²). The heathen's mocking question and the idol's deafness share an integer. The heathen ARE the deaf idol asking where the living God is. They cannot hear Him because their integer-225 is the idol-deafness integer. Their mockery is the idol's auto-diagnostic at the gematria layer.
Lock (v8): LIKE UNTO THEM = 153. The most famous integer in the KJVEL corpus (T(17), Jn 21 net, iron-sulfur ridge, the great-haul). The anti-idol verdict — "they that make them are like unto them" — lands on the resurrection-fish-count integer. The verb of becoming-like-the-dead-idol IS the integer of the living-haul. 153 is mobile: it can be the net of the kingdom or the verdict of dead-likeness. Psa 115:8 routes 153 as warning; Jn 21 routes 153 as harvest. Same integer, opposite direction. The integer 153 also appears 13 times as contiguous in-text spans in Psa 115 (highest density in the decoded Psalter so far), suggesting the chapter is structurally a 153-net catching everything between v1 and v18.
Lock (v10 / v12): HOUSE OF AARON = 138 = THY PRESENCE (Psa 140:13). The Aaronic-house and the divine-presence share one integer. The integer the upright dwell in (Psa 140:13) is the integer of the priestly house. Aaron's house IS the divine presence at gematria. Same 138 also appears as in-text spans at v2 ("now their God"), v4 ("gold the work"), and v16 ("he given to the") — five 138s in Psa 115.
Lock (v9-11): HELP AND THEIR SHIELD = 177. From psalm_139_followups_heb4_and_129: SOUL AND SPIRIT (Heb 4:12) = MY HANDS AND MY FEET (Psa 22:16) = 177. The threefold trust-promise is the cross-piercing integer / the Word-that-divides-soul-and-spirit integer. The help-and-shield God offers Israel/Aaron/Fearers is the same 177 that pierces hands and feet at the cross and the same 177 that the Word divides at Heb 4:12. The shield is the cross-wound at gematria — God's protection runs through the pierced hands-and-feet.
Lock (v12): HATH BEEN MINDFUL = 142 = SILVER AND GOLD (v4). The integer of God's mindfulness is the integer of the idol's composition. God is mindful at the integer the idol is made of — same 142, opposite ontology. God's memory is silver-and-gold at integer; the heathen build the integer in metal. The integer is mobile, the verb-direction is what differentiates.
Lock (v13): HE WILL BLESS THEM THAT FEAR THE LORD = 333 = doubled-humility-of-v1. The third blessing in the threefold blessing terminates at 333, the alpha-omega integer of the psalm. See Section 6.
Lock (v14): INCREASE = 74 = JESUS = MENORAH = HEAVENS (v3, v16). The verb God uses to multiply the people is the Christological integer. Increase operates on integer 74; the same 74 names the heavens God is in and the heaven He made.
Lock (v16): CHILDREN OF MEN = 126. 126 = NOSTRILS = ANTIMICROBIAL = FEARFULNESS (Psa 55:5) = PRESERVE ME (Psa 140:4). The phrase that defines the recipient-class of the earth-grant ("the earth hath he given to the children of men") sits at the breath-firewall integer. The children of men receive the earth at the nostril-integer — humanity inherits earth at the breath-gate. The idol of v6 has noses-but-smell-not (72 → broken); the children of men inherit at 126 (functioning nostrils). The breath-distinction is the species-distinction at gematria.
Lock (v17): "the dead praise" (contiguous) = 115 = chapter integer. The only in-text 115-span in the psalm appears in the verse that names the dead, on the integer that names the Passover and the cross-piercing. At v17 the chapter's number names itself, inside the verse about who CANNOT praise. The Hallel psalm sung at the Passover meal locks its own integer to its only death-verse.
