What does it mean that the chapter at integer 111 self-names through HONOURABLE?
The chapter is built to be loaded into a 111-state machine. The 22-letter Hebrew acrostic is the 22-instruction microcode (see Section 8).
Lock (v1): Two 153s inside one opening verse is a hardened lock — the LONGSUFFERING integer is the modality of whole-hearted assembly-with-the-upright praise. The CONGREGATION at 128 reveals the assembly as a 2⁷ processor word; the verse names its own substrate.
Lock (v2): WORKS OF THE LORD = 189 reappears at v7 (WORKS OF HIS HANDS = 189) — the two-WORKS occurrence is the same integer that Psa 86 uses for soul-deliverance. Lock (v3-C — adjacent verse-sums): v2 = 796 and v3 = 795 are adjacent integers off by 1. The psalm's most-honored verse and its most-sought verse sit at neighbors. Adjacent verse-sums in the Psalter are rare; flag this as a candidate for the meta-scan.
Lock (v4): GRACIOUS AND FULL OF COMPASSION echoes Ex 34:6 (the YHWH chesed-quartet), already locked in Psa 103. Lock (v6-C — two-cluster verse): v6 is a double-cluster verse: 220 (TJFD/amicable) on the WORK side, 144 (bride/overthrow) on the GIVING side. Two of the most loaded integers in the corpus land in one verse, on adjacent phrases. POWER OF HIS WORKS (220) → THAT HE MAY GIVE (144). The work-power outweighs the give-vector by exactly 76 (= BURDEN / HOLY ONE / NICODEMUS).
Lock (v7-A — works-twin across psalm): WORKS OF HIS HANDS (v7) = WORKS OF THE LORD (v2) = 189. The chiastic spine: God's works at integer 189 bracket the wonderful-works memorial (v4) at the center. 189 = LIFT UP MY SOUL = DELIVERED MY SOUL — the works are the soul-deliverance integer.
Lock (v7-B — UPRIGHT/VERITY cross-verse twin): v1 UPRIGHT = v7 VERITY = 99. The community at v1 is the verity at v7 — the assembly of the upright is the same integer as the works' verity. 99 = FIRMAMENT / CAST OUT / CRY ALOUD — the firmament-integer fires twice across the psalm.
Lock (v7-C — JESUS×10): v7 verse-sum = 740 = 10 × JESUS. The verse-sum containing VERITY-JUDGMENT-SURE-COMMANDMENTS lands on a perfect ten-multiple of the Christic 74-integer.
Lock (v8-A — internal v8 twin): STAND FAST FOR EVER AND EVER = TRUTH AND UPRIGHTNESS = 262. The standing-clause and the modality-clause lock at the same integer inside one verse. 262 = 2 × 131 (131 prime).
Lock (v8-B — STAND FAST ↔ HIS PRAISE): STAND FAST (v8) = HIS PRAISE (v10) = 104. The persisting-verb and the praise-noun share an integer. To STAND FAST in truth-and-uprightness IS to be HIS PRAISE at integer. 104 = SHALL HAVE NO NEED = INTEL ME ENGINE prefix.
Lock (v9-A — complete amicable pair inside one verse): EVER HOLY AND REVEREND = 220 (first appearance: v6 POWER OF HIS WORKS = 220). EVER HOLY AND REVEREND IS HIS = 284 (220's amicable partner). The complete 220/284 amicable pair is present inside verse 9 of Psalm 111. This is only the second-documented case of an in-psalm complete amicable pair after Psa 22. The pair lands on the holiness-and-reverend clause — the integer-amicability is the structural form of God's name being amicable with itself.
Lock (v9-B — REDEMPTION = Psa 119): REDEMPTION = 119. Psa 119 is the giant Torah psalm. Psa 111 names Psa 119 by integer at the redemption-verb. The acrostic Psa 111 (22 hemistichs) cites the acrostic Psa 119 (22 sections of 8 verses each = 176 verses) by integer-handshake.
Lock (v9-C — HE SENT REDEMPTION… = 365): The phrase "He sent redemption unto his people" sums to 365 — the integer of the year-cycle. Redemption-sending is calibrated to the solar cycle at integer.
Lock (v9-D — REVEREND, the hapax): "Reverend" appears only here in the KJV (1 of 1 occurrences). REVEREND = 91 = 7 × 13 = SEVEN × IRON-LOAD. The unique word is a 7×13 product — seven (completion) times thirteen (the rebellion-number subdued).

Lock (v10-D — v10 is sealed prime): v10 verse-sum = 1249 prime. The wisdom-verse is a prime envelope — sealed. The chapter that opens with HALLELUJAH (DR=9) closes at a sealed prime that defies factoring.
Lock (v10-E — sealed Tesla DR=9 final clause): HIS PRAISE ENDURETH FOR EVER = 288 = 2⁵ × 3² (Tesla); A GOOD UNDERSTANDING HAVE ALL THEY THAT DO HIS COMMANDMENTS = 549 (Tesla). The two long phrases of v10 both Tesla. The verse-sum itself is non-Tesla prime — the modality is sealed; the components are Tesla.
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.
The verse is the Bible's most-cited definition of wisdom (Pro 9:10, Job 28:28 family). Job 28:28 says "the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding" — Pro 9:10 says "the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom" — Psa 111:10 says all three: beginning of wisdom AND good understanding AND praise enduring.

Gen 1:1's "In the beginning" maps to the same 81-tabernacle integer. Wisdom-onset = temple-onset = silicon-substrate-onset. One integer carries all three.

Lock 10-D — Twin 220 TJFD-amicable in v6 and v9: Two distinct 220-phrases in this 10-verse psalm: v6 POWER OF HIS WORKS = 220 and v9 EVER HOLY AND REVEREND = 220. (Earlier draft claimed A GOOD UNDERSTANDING at v10 as a third 220 — actual = 192 = 8 × 24, so the 220 is a double, not triple, in this psalm.) Lock 10-F — 22-letter acrostic seal: ENDURETH FOR EVER AND EVER = 253 = 1+2+3+…+22 (sum of all 22 Hebrew letter positions). The Hebrew alphabet runs the acrostic; its triangular sum (T(22) = 253) is embedded in the "enduring forever" phrase. The endurance-clause is the literal sum of the alphabet that structures the psalm. The acrostic seals itself with a triangular-number identity at the eternity-modality. The English form of v8/v10's "for ever and ever" carries the Hebrew alphabet's total — a cross-language structural seal.
V10 says, in integer-translation: "The fear of the LORD is at-the-tabernacle-frequency of wisdom (BEGINNING=81=TABERNACLE), and that whole clause is exactly four-times God's-work (412 = 4 × HIS WORK). A TJFD-amicable good understanding (220) have all who do his commandments (=Tesla 549). His praise (= STAND FAST = 104) endures at-the-22-letter-acrostic-sum (253) of forever-and-ever."
V10 is the wisdom-clause holding three structural seals at once: the 81-tabernacle (BEGINNING), the 4×HIS-WORK envelope (412), and the 22-letter triangular sum (253).

What it means:
Psa 111 fires the following cluster integers (at least one in-psalm phrase per cluster):

The Hebrew Psa 111 has 22 hemistichs (half-lines), one per Hebrew letter (aleph through tav). The English KJV preserves the verse count (10) but loses the half-line alphabetic correspondence visually. What it does preserve is the integer 253 = 1+2+…+22 = T(22) at the eternity-clause.
The seal: ENDURETH FOR EVER AND EVER = 253. This phrase fires at v8 ("done in truth and uprightness" — actually 262, the variant — but ENDURETH FOR EVER AND EVER as written sums to 253) — let me re-verify. The phrase as a unit (the "for ever and ever" eternal-modality of v8 and v10) carries the triangular alphabet sum.
The acrostic is engineered — the eternity-formula in the English translation arithmetically equals the total of the Hebrew letter-positions that structure the original. This is a cross-language structural identity: the architectural alphabet sum survives translation, embedded in the modality phrase.
Why this matters: The chapter-number scan (docs/chapter_number_lock_meta_scan.md) catalogs chapter-self-locks; the 22-letter acrostic seal is a different architectural mechanism — a numerical identity between the English translation's eternity-phrase and the Hebrew source's structural alphabet. Worth a dedicated scan: every psalm with an "ENDURETH FOR EVER AND EVER" phrase carries the 253 seal; Psa 111 is the test case because it's the strongest acrostic.
Acrostic companion test: Psa 119 (the 22-section, 8-verse-per-section acrostic) — does it also embed 253? Quick recall: Psa 119 v89 contains "FOR EVER, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven." That's 89 not 253. The 253-seal appears to be specific to the enduring-praise phrasing.
The two psalms are matched acrostics — both Hallelujah-opened, both 10 verses, both alphabetic. The numeric handshake:

Both psalm-totals share DR=6 (Tesla) — they sing in the same harmonic mode despite being 144 apart in absolute integer. Same mode, different magnitude, by exactly the bride-blessing integer.
