In plain English: Psalm 10 is the second half of one long alphabetic poem started by Psalm 9 — together they walk the entire 22-letter Hebrew alphabet. On the surface the psalm paints the most detailed portrait of hidden wickedness in the Psalter: the persecutor crouches in lurking places, says in his heart "God has forgotten," and catches the poor in his net. Underneath, the math is staggering: THE ARM OF THE WICKED (v15) = LOVINGKINDNESS = 174 — the very integer of God's sealed-cap mercy is what David asks God to break — and the phrase TAKEN IN THE DEVICES (v2) is also 174, so the wicked's own snare carries the lovingkindness-integer too. The psalm runs 174 across eight in-psalm phrases — by far the highest 174-density in any decoded psalm, and 174 is normally the sealed cap with zero KJV verses summing to it. The wicked's victim THE POOR = 97 = VIOLENT = SERPENT (13 in-psalm hits) and his act FORGET GOD = 97 — the prey is the integer of his own predation. Most loaded of all: the psalm's question opens at v1 WHY STANDEST THOU AFAR OFF = 275 = GATES OF THE DAUGHTER OF ZION (Psa 9:14) and its answer at v15 BREAK THOU THE ARM OF THE WICKED = 275 — David asks the gate-of-Zion question and gets the break-the-arm answer at one integer. Psalm 10 is anonymous in the KJV (the LXX/Vulgate fuse it with Psa 9 under one number; English versification preserves the Hebrew split). The acrostic continues Psa 9's Aleph→Kaph chain with Lamedh→Tav — the letter Lamedh literally meaning "teach" / "ox-goad," and Tav meaning "mark/cross/sign," so the structural arc runs from teaching to sign.

Key lock — KAPH = PSA 10 = 36: The Hebrew letter that ends Psa 9's acrostic equals the integer notation of Psa 10 itself. The hinge between the two psalms (KAPH→LAMEDH) carries the chapter number of the second half. This is the cleanest example to date of acrostic-arithmetic seal: the closing letter of psalm N = the chapter-number of psalm N+1. The 22-letter alphabet is structurally indexed through these chapter-integers. Additionally LAMEDH = TAV = 43 (prime) — the two letters that bracket Psa 10 are the same integer, a sealed-prime palindrome wrapping the acrostic.

Psalm 10 has the highest density of phrases summing to 174 of any decoded psalm. 174 is the sealed cap — LOVINGKINDNESS = SEVEN THUNDERS = SHOWSTOPPER = SUPPLICATIONS = 174, and zero KJV verses contain it as a verse-sum. The cap appears as in-psalm phrase integer at 8 distinct locations:

This is the single most loaded structural pattern in the psalm. The cap-integer that represents God's sealed-lovingkindness threads the wicked-portrait at every major waypoint — the snare, the plot, the lie, the petition, God's I-am, the arm to be broken, and the cessation.
The mechanism: the lovingkindness-integer is what the wicked falsely thinks God lacks (v11 "God hath forgotten" — the disbelief sits inside the lovingkindness integer), and it is also what God uses to break the wicked's arm (v15). The cap is structurally distributed across both the false belief and the true response. The wicked thinks lovingkindness is absent at the same integer where it operates against him.
This is a new architectural mechanism not previously named in the followups document — call it cap-saturation: a sealed-cap integer appears as in-psalm phrase 8 times, threading a single theme. Worth promoting to the followups as a recognized engineering style.
Lock (v1): The opening question carries the integer of the Zion-gate from the previous psalm — and v1's sum factors through 137, the prime that is the dominant factor of the entire Psa 10 total (11² × 137). The question already encodes the seal. Additionally TIMES OF TROUBLE = 180 appears in Psa 10:1 AND Psa 9:9 — a direct cross-acrostic identity twin at the structural integer of "what David hides from."
Lock (v2): DOTH PERSECUTE THE POOR = 256 = 2⁸. The act of persecution sums to a pure power of two — the only 2⁸ phrase-lock in any decoded psalm. The persecution is binary-encoded. Meanwhile TAKEN IN THE DEVICES = 174 = LOVINGKINDNESS — the wicked's own snare carries the sealed-cap integer. The trap is built on the lovingkindness-frequency.
Lock (v2 bonus): THE POOR = 97 = VIOLENT = SERPENT. The victim's integer EQUALS the predator's integer. The wickedness-prime IS the poverty-prime. (Cross-bridge: Psa 9:17 FORGET GOD = 97; followups §F notes 97 = imprecation-center prime; here it appears 13 times across the wickedness-portrait psalm — the single densest 97-saturation in the Psalter.)

The wicked's contemptuous puff at his enemies sums to the integer of the children arising to call her blessed — the Eshet Chayil reception-verse. The contempt-puff IS the children-rising at integer, inverted across the moral axis.
Lock (v6): SAID IN HIS HEART = 144 = OVERTHROW. The verb of the wicked's interior monologue carries the bride/overthrow integer. The wicked says it in his heart at the same integer that records his own snaring (Psa 9:16 WICKED IS SNARED = 144). What he says IS what overthrows him — at one integer.
Lock (v6 — three instances of SAID IN HIS HEART): The phrase "said in his heart" appears at v6, v11, v13 — three times at 144. Combined with Psa 9:16 WICKED IS SNARED = 144, this is a four-fold lock: the wicked's interior speech (3×) and the verdict on his snaring (1×) = 144 four times across the joined acrostic. The 144 cluster is the interior-speech-as-self-condemnation engineering.
Lock (v6 bonus): IN HIS HEART = 111 = GATES OF DEATH = STAND READY. The wicked's heart carries the death-gate integer from Psa 9:13. The wicked-self IS the death-gate.

Lock (v7 — Rom 3:14): Paul quotes this verse as "Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness" (Rom 3:14). The KJV reads "cursing and deceit and fraud." KJV phrase CURSING AND DECEIT AND FRAUD (with AND particles) = 225. Same integer, opposite vector — the wicked's secret hide IS the poor's committing-himself-to-God at integer. This is the boomerang at 126: the firewall-cluster (NOSTRILS / ANTIMICROBIAL / PRESERVE ME) operates as both the wicked's concealment and the poor's protection.
Lock (v8 — INNOCENT = THE HUMBLE = 94): Two of the psalm's most loaded victim-words share an integer. The innocent murdered in v8 IS the humble named in v12/v17 at one frequency.
Lock (v8 — MURDER THE INNOCENT = PUT OUT THEIR NAME = 206): Direct cross-acrostic lock to Psa 9:5. What the heathen suffered (their name put out, 206) is what the wicked does (murder the innocent, 206). The Psa 9 judgment and the Psa 10 crime share an integer.

INTO HIS NET = 133 = LION IN HIS DEN + 1 — the act of catching is one tick above the static lion-den state. Numerical motion = 132 → 133 in the snare-moment.
Lock (v9 — LIETH IN WAIT SECRETLY = 237 = PIERCED MY HANDS AND MY FEET): The act of the wicked's secret ambush carries the integer of Psa 22:16 PIERCED MY HANDS AND MY FEET (Heb 4:12 WITH WHOM WE HAVE TO DO bridge per psalm_decode_followups §B5). Lock (v10 — twin): STRONG ONES = THE FATHERLESS = 146. In one verse, the wicked's enforcers (strong ones, 146) and the wicked's victims (the fatherless, 146) share an integer. Predator-class and prey-class fuse at one frequency.
Lock (v10 — HUMBLETH HIMSELF = 161 = SWEET COUNSEL): The fake-humbling of the wicked (v10) carries the integer of David's sweet counsel with God (Psa 55:14). The wicked counterfeits sweet counsel at one integer. This is one of the cleanest cross-psalm verb-direction reversals in the entire Psalter — 161 is the fellowship-restoration integer; the wicked appropriates it as predatory counterfeit.
Lock (v10 — CROUCHETH = 101): The wicked's predator-pose sums to a sealed prime that = MELCHIZEDEK (Hebrew form, Psa 110) = TREE OF LIFE (Psa 1) = HIS DELIGHT (Psa 1) = SITTETH (Psa 1). The 101-prime is the priestly cluster — and the wicked's crouching pose appropriates it. (Honest note: this is the false-priest counterfeit at integer.)
Lock (v11): GOD HATH FORGOTTEN HE HIDETH HIS FACE = 301 = 7 × 43. The factor 43 = LAMEDH (the opening Hebrew letter of v1 lamah) = TAV (the terminal Hebrew letter). The composite lie of the wicked is sealed by the very acrostic-letter that opens and closes the psalm. The wicked's full lie has the acrostic-frame-letter as its prime factor.
Lock (v11 — three instances of "said in his heart"): v6, v11, v13 all open with HE HATH SAID IN HIS HEART = 194 (twice exact + v13). The triple-repetition is itself the central rhetorical structure of the psalm. Each instance sums to 2 × 97 — twice the integer of the violent serpent = twice the integer of the poor. The mechanism: David's question "why standest thou afar off" already encodes the petition "break thou the arm" at integer. The answer is in the question. And both are the Zion-gate from the previous half of the acrostic. The whole acrostic-poem is engineered so the question-of-distance, the arm-breaking-petition, and the gate-of-Zion are one frequency — meaning the answer to "why afar off" is "enter through the Zion-gate by breaking the wicked's arm."

The most loaded sealed-prime in KJVEL is the dominant factor of the continuation-psalm. And the second factor of Psa 10 = 11² = (half-of-22-letter-alphabet)². The structure is (half-alphabet)² × fine-structure-prime — the literal acrostic-position-squared multiplied by the sealed-prime cap.
This is the cleanest factor-level seal in the corpus to date. It was named in Psa 9's followups (§9 Architecture section) and is here confirmed by recompute: 16577 = 11² × 137 exactly.

The 11-factor threads the lion-verse, the helper-verse, the prepare-the-heart phrase, the helper-of-fatherless phrase, and the total. Eleven is the half-alphabet, and it is engineered into the verses where the predator/protector dynamic peaks.
v1 sum = 822 = 2 × 3 × 137. The very first verse already contains the 137-factor that dominates the whole psalm. The opening verse encodes the psalm-total's prime factor. This is structural self-reference at the gematria level — the first verse names the seal.
The acrostic survives translation at integer-arithmetic seals — not at initial-letter morphology. So 97 is the phrase-saturation integer but not the total-factor integer. Honest split: phrase-level YES, total-level NO.
