Because wine and the chapter-31 woman operate at the same magnitude as deceivers and as truth-tellers. The chapter-31 woman's fearing of the LORD is the substance of 145; wine's mocking is the counterfeit of 145. Same gematria, opposite vector. The chapter is teaching: substances at gematria 145 can deceive (wine) or refine (furnace, virtuous, fear). Choose by substrate.
This is the chapter's most important insight. The first verse is a gematria-warning: 145 is the most-counterfeited frequency in early-Solomonic catalog. Wine masquerades as the chapter-31 woman's quality. The disciple must distinguish the mocker from the fearer-of-LORD both at gematria 145.

This is the inversion of Pr 15:8's PRAYER OF THE UPRIGHT IS HIS DELIGHT = 365 — same gematria, opposite vector. The upright pray every day; the merchant cheats every day. Both at 365.

The young man with strength but without wisdom is at the same gematria as the scorner whose seeking fails.
The two halves of v29 are intentionally contrasted: 411 (young-men's incomplete strength) and 288 (old-men's doubled-seal gray head). The disciple is being shown the trajectory — from 411 (incomplete) to 288 (doubled-sealed).
