Because all three are value-inversion events — what looks small (a friend, covering, little) is actually larger (closer-than-brother, sought-love, with-fear-of-LORD). 402 is the value-inversion gematria — its presence signals "small-on-surface, large-in-reality."

Why? Because all five are attentional-attraction events — desire pulls the man; the ant's ways pull the considering eye; the commandment-lamp pulls the foot; the LORD's favor pulls the disciple; Folly's call pulls passengers. 186 is the attentional-attraction gematria. Six-way attraction-pulling at the doubled-holy frequency. Substrate determines who pulls and what is pulled toward.
Proverbs 18 is the safety-tower / friendship / wife-finding chapter. Three lessons:
The chapter's lowest Tesla rate (25.0%) is structural: this is a load-bearing single-event chapter. Most verses are non-Tesla connectors; the keystones (v10, v22, v24) are the Tesla peaks.
