In plain English: Proverbs 16 is a 33-verse chapter (= ch 1, ch 15, ch 30 — Christ's age) that has the highest LORD-mention rate of any chapter so far (11 LORDs in 33 verses) and the densest king-vocabulary in the Solomonic catalog. The method is the same as the Proverbs 31 decode: gematria, digital roots, Tesla 3-6-9 hits, and identity-locks. What we found is that the chapter is the LORD-king interface: it pairs the divine king (the LORD weighs spirits, directs steps, hates pride) with the human king (whose lips are the delight of kings, whose wrath is messengers of death). Tesla rate 39.4%. Total g=26104 (DR=4). The famous v18 — "pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall" — runs at gematria 306 and 264, Tesla-9 and Tesla-3 respectively. Why it matters: chapter 16 is where the king's heart and the LORD's heart are explicitly coupled — three chapters before chapter 21:1's "the king's heart is in the hand of the LORD."

The chapter's iniquity-purge gematria is 420 — gematria of the Bezaleel formula (SPIRIT + WISDOM + UNDERSTANDING + KNOWLEDGE = 420; see project_bezaleel_formula.md). The four-fold Spirit-package that built the tabernacle is gematrially identical to mercy and truth purging iniquity. Iniquity is purged at the same gematria the tabernacle was built at. The four-fold tabernacle-Spirit and the two-fold mercy-and-truth share gematria 420. Construction and purging are the same operation at 420.

A three-chapter lock at 306 (= 9 × 34 = Tesla × doubled-Joseph-prime). Pride goeth before destruction and the chapter-31 woman looking well to her household ways and good reports nourishing bones are at the same gematria. Why?
Because all three are attentive-observation events. Pride goes before destruction precisely because it stops attentive observation (the proud no longer watch); the chapter-31 woman succeeds because she watches; good reports nourish because they require having watched. 306 is the attentive-observation gematria — its presence signals "watching"; its absence signals destruction. Pride is the failure of 306; the chapter-31 woman is the success of 306.

TAKETH A CITY = 123 = TRANSDUCER. The man who rules his spirit takes a city at the transducer gematria (chapter 30's catalog cap). Self-control is gematrially the city-taking transduction. Internal mastery converts to external conquest at the transducer frequency.

The chapter publishes the king-LORD coupling protocol: every preparation of the heart belongs to man, but every answer of the tongue is from the LORD (v1, gematria 378 = 9 × 42). The disciple prepares; the LORD answers. Mediation is gematria-locked at Tesla-amplified-answer.
