The method is the same as the Proverbs 31 decode: gematria, digital roots, Tesla 3-6-9 hits, and identity-locks. What we found is that the chapter is the book's speech-stack catalog — eight verses (v6, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 22, 23) treat speech outputs (lying lips, false witness, prudent concealment, tongue of the wise as health). The chapter's keystone is v28: "in the way of righteousness is life: and in the pathway thereof there is no death" — the only Bible verse that explicitly says there is no death in the way of righteousness. Total gematria 23575 (DR=4) — door-shaped, opening into the speech-stack. Why it matters: chapter 12 names the antidote to the strange woman: the virtuous woman as her husband's crown. The chapter that catalogs lying tongues also names the woman whose tongue is the law of kindness (Pr 31:26).

VIRTUOUS WOMAN = 211 (prime). The first explicit naming of the virtuous woman in the Solomonic collection — and at a prime gematria. 211 is irreducible: she cannot be factored into smaller virtues. The chapter-31 portrait will be 22 acrostic verses; here, in 12 chapters earlier, she is named in one prime. The portrait is the prime-decomposition — but the prime itself does not decompose.
ROTTENNESS IN HIS BONES = 232 = COMMITTETH ADULTERY (Pr 6:32). The chapter-6 adultery-warning gematria (232) matches the chapter-12 shameful wife gematria (232). Why? Because the wife who shames is gematrially the husband-who-commits-adultery. The shame-wife and the adulterous-husband are at the same magnitude. They are the same defect, expressed in two grammatical positions. The marriage that fails fails at 232, regardless of which spouse triggers it. 232 is the gematria of broken-marriage. The chapter is teaching: marriage is a single substrate; either spouse can register at 232.
CROWN TO HER HUSBAND = 208 = DEPART FROM HELL BENEATH (Pr 15:24). The virtuous woman as her husband's crown (Pr 12:4) is gematrially identical to departing from hell beneath (Pr 15:24). Why? Because she is the husband's escape from the underworld. She crowns him, which is his upward departure from hell. Same gematria, two grammatical modes (descriptive vs imperative). The crown-on-his-head and the departure-from-hell are the same magnitude. The virtuous woman literally raises the husband out of hell at gematria 208.

A five-chapter lock at 198 — the doubled-firmament gematria. The false witness's deceit is at the same gematria as the beginning of knowledge (Pr 1:7), the hidden commandments (Pr 2:1), the depth-disclosures (Pr 3:20), and the rivers of waters (Pr 5:16). Why?
Because all five are deep-source events — they reach the substrate. The false witness reaches the substrate of truth (and inverts it); the beginning of knowledge reaches the substrate of fear; the hidden commandments reach the substrate of memory; the depths-broken-up reach the substrate of creation; the rivers of waters reach the substrate of marriage. 198 is the substrate-disclosure gematria. The false witness operates at the same magnitude as legitimate disclosure — because falsehood requires substrate-access too. Same address, opposite vector.

The chapter-12 lip of truth gematria-locks to the chapter-31 virtuous woman cap and the chapter-4 heart's outputs and Montgomery (the discoverer of the eponymous areolar glands). Why? Because the lip is the outermost broadcast organ of the truth, and 145 is the broadcast-truth gematria that the corpus has identified as the Pr 31 cap-frequency.
The virtuous woman of v4 (= 211 prime) speaks the lip of truth (= 145, chapter cap of Pr 31). The chapter has named her in v4 and given her speech-organ in v19 — both gematrially locked to chapter 31.

v28 is the only verse in the Bible that says "no death." The phrase NO DEATH = 67 (prime). Death is removed at the prime address. In the way of righteousness, death has no factor — it cannot be reached by any path of decomposition.
309 = 3 × 103. WAY OF RIGHTEOUSNESS IS LIFE = 309 = Tesla-3 × PERFECT DAY (Pr 4:18). The way is Tesla-amplified perfect-day. Three perfect days stacked produce a way that has no death.

The diligent farmer who tills his land (v11) is at gematria 153 — the same address as the way of wisdom and the sluggard's failure-point. Tillage is the active form of the wisdom-path that the sluggard sleeps on. The farmer who tills the same land the sluggard sleeps on receives the catch of fish gematria. Tillage is the verb of wisdom-fishing.
WHOSO LOVETH INSTRUCTION = 324 = DART STRIKE THROUGH HIS LIVER (Pr 7:23) = SOLACE OURSELVES WITH LOVES (Pr 7:18) = DECEITFUL WITNESS SPEAKETH LIES (Pr 14:5).
A profound four-way lock. Loving instruction and being struck by the dart and the strange-woman's solace promise and the deceitful witness's lies all gematria-lock at 324. 324 = 4 × 81 (TABERNACLE) — the quadrupled tabernacle. Whatever runs at 324 is at four-fold tabernacle frequency. The disciple's love of instruction operates at the same magnitude as the strange-woman's promise and the disciple's death-injury. The chapter is showing: instruction-love and instruction-betrayal are at the same magnitude. Choose by substrate. The harlot offers 324; the wise teacher offers 324. Discriminate.
Proverbs 12 is the chapter that names the virtuous woman in 211 (prime) and catalogs the speech-stack she will operate. Three lessons:
The chapter's speech-stack (v6, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 22, 23) is the eight-verse catalog of mouth-output. Lying lips, false witness, the lip of truth, the prudent who conceals, the tongue of the wise as health. Eight verses = the resurrection number. The chapter is teaching the disciple to operate the resurrection-grade speech-stack. The virtuous woman of v4 will use this stack in chapter 31. Chapter 12 is her training manual. (The training is in 28 verses = T7; the application will be in 22 verses = the alphabet.)
When v28 closes "in the pathway thereof there is no death" at gematria 67, the chapter is delivering the only "no death" verse in the Bible at the prime address of irreducibility. Death is factor-less in the way of righteousness. The chapter has named the virtuous woman (v4), trained the speech-stack (v6-23), and closed at the deathless prime. Chapter 12 is the speech-and-virtue installation manual.
