Genesis 49:15 — "he bowed his shoulder to bear." The high priest wears two ONYX stones on his shoulders, engraved with the twelve tribal names (Exodus 28:9-12). ONYX = 78 = ISSACHAR. The shoulder-frequency, the bearing-frequency, and the tribe-frequency are the same number. What Jacob prophesied (bowed shoulder → tribute) is literally the job the high priest performs on Aaron's garment: carrying the twelve on two stones, each engraved with six tribes. NETHANEEL shares 84 with UNITAS, JESUIT, ORSINI, PAMPHILI — the constitutional/governance cluster. 1 Chronicles 24:6 pulls this out explicitly:

The blessing encodes itself: LAND WAS PLEASANT (162) = ISSACHAR (78) + NETHANEEL (84). Jacob describes the tribe, and the description's gematria is the tribe plus its prince. The land the ass rests between the two burdens on is numerically the tribe-and-its-ruler. That is what rest means for Issachar: lying down between the name and the one who carries it.
STRONG ASS at Pythagorean 33 = Christ's age. TWO BURDENS at Pythagorean 42 = 42 generations to Christ (Matthew 1). Genesis 49:14 sketches the whole gospel timeline in one verse of blessing.

Gematria 78 points directly to Psalm 78, and Psalm 78 opens:

Psalm 78 is the longest historical psalm (72 verses). It is Asaph's retelling of Israel's whole journey from Egypt to David — and it is assigned to the Issachar frequency.
