In plain English: This is a six-word priest-list verse from Nehemiah 12 that lit up as one of the 1,098 verses where every harmonic measurement (chapter, verse, words, letters and their products) reduces to the Tesla digits 3/6/9. We ran each of the four names through the KJVEL Name Decoder to get gematria, ciphers, and KJV occurrences, then cross-checked the Hebrew roots and the verse-level arithmetic. The decode finds that three of the four names encode sacred-space concepts in their roots (consecrated precinct, Eden, inheritance-portion), the four-name sum lands exactly on the verse number for Noah's first altar, and the verse's only hapax (HELKAI, appearing nowhere else in scripture) Hebrew-ciphers to 74 = JESUS. It matters because a "directory entry" verse — a thing most readers skip — turns out to carry an altar-and-cross seal at rank #444 of the resonance set.

In the KJV, none of the four are places — they're all priests in Joiakim's roster. But the Hebrew root meanings of three out of four encode place-concepts. The verse smuggles a sacred-geography reading into a personnel list.

Hebrew sum: 259 + 56 + 734 + 74 = 1123 (DR 7). Non-Tesla in Hebrew, but the English ordinal sum lands clean on the altar verse.
This is a non-narrative verse — pure roster, no verbs, no description. That's exactly why it lights up at signature 6699999: the gematria isn't smeared across narrative scaffolding (and, the, was, etc.). Six words, four of them rare priestly names, two ofs as connective tissue. The verse is structurally a directory entry — and the harmonic engine reads it as one.

The hapax key: HELKAI is the only name that appears nowhere else, and its Hebrew cipher = 74 = JESUS. The unique element carries the unique cipher. Same priest is renamed HILKIAH at NEH.12.21 — so the list also self-corrects: the portion (HELKAI) is the portion-of-Yah (HILKIAH).
